Always great and friendly service. I love that they ask you for your opinion here as well. They never try to upsell me and are honest with me. They are very knowledgeable and polite. It is my auto stop shop for sure. I rather come here than Napa that’s closer. And way better the O’Riley’s in my opinion.

I used to work at this location while in university and was transferred from another store. When I transferred I was not notified when I was put on the schedule and instead was told the day of that I was late for my shift despite showing up every week for 3 weeks and asking about my hours beforehand. What doesn’t help is Garrett, the store manager, is almost never at the store when he’s supposed to be scheduled. Working there was honestly not the worst, a lot of the staff are welcoming and fairly professional and the customers around the area were always a blast to talk to (Especially Kenny). My gripes come from Garrett, who although I believe does care about his staff, does not do a good job of running the store, as I and many other employees were constantly scheduled hours we couldn’t work due to us being in university. When I asked to transfer back and told him I was leaving Uni he said he’d get it handled for me. Long story short he didn’t, and almost a month later I come to find he didn’t even start the transfer and I had to personally reach out to his higher up (which is normally against our policy). Needless to say it’s not great to find out I’m pretty much jobless now, and although I cannot blame Garrett alone, it is in no way my fault I was removed from the AutoZoner system, and this whole situation could have been avoided. Now I’m struggling financially and still waiting to hear anything about my job as I’m typing this. If you’re coming here to buy parts, it a nice store, but I would never ever recommend working here if you can help it.

20 year customer and rewards member. Will not go back again because the last two managers were rude not helpful. Today the manager would not take my used oil because he said it was in the wrong type of container ( the same container I've use for years).

Staff at the Lima, Ohio, Cable Road location went out of their way to make sure everything exceeded my expectations. Staff were super friendly, helpful, and kind.

Went in for blades for my accord and my odyssey, realized they gave me 2 sets for the accord and not one for the odyssey. By the time I realized what they did I lost my receipt.tried taking brand new blades in to swap out for the right ones and because I didn’t have a receipt I’m stuck with their blades. Is this how they get people in a recession to over buy? Who knows all I know is advanced or Napa or oreileys or even Walmart would have exchanged them for me. So never again will they get a dollar from me or from any of my 7 children or my wife. Between all of us and our business we own 14 vehicles. Oreileys will get my business from now on for everything.

Great people to deal will And don't get the High prices of Advance auto parts After 5 trips to Marysville to get a clutch the couldn't get the slave cylinder for my clutch right and got a hassel in returning the slave cylinder for the clutch You need the right part don't count on Advance auto part Hope others are better

I had a headlight out and Garrett changed it for me and took care of a wiring issue and saved me a ton of money and trouble! Highly recommend stopping out at auto zone!

I was with my friend & my pupper, Chaos to run some quick errands. My friends car has been acting up so we stopped at Autozone to have them check it out with that nifty little diagnostics tool. With our luck the car ended up dying in the parking lot & just about everyone working tried to help us any way they could. It was a little hot out & one of the super rad workers Alex, saw my dog was in need of a drink so he brought him out a big bowl of water & it was just really nice how kind & helpful everyone was. Chaos rates it 10 stars so that should let you know how great the staff is!

My mother and I don't know much about cars. When a part broke on the battery terminal and needed replaced we went to AutoZone for the part thinking we would have to buy and put it on ourselves. When we got to AutoZone the store manager came right out with an extra one and put it on right then for free!! He was so nice and helpful. We will be back for all our car needs!

They need to learn better customer service. I've gone in 2 days in a row and both times the employees act like they don't want to greet you or help you. They sluggishly come over and ask what u need as if ur bothering them. I always hate going into the autozones in lima. I feel like I'm begging for money or something. They definitely don't go out of thier way to help you. If they help you at all..

Teach your employees basic skills. I came in with a bearing I needed replaced. If they don't have a year make or model they are doomed and send you away.... I went to right down the road and looked in a book and took measurements and we found what I needed this may be the reason that 5 guys were standing around doing nothing wile your competition had 7 people waiting in line. Get a clue Stop worrying about how much hair gel your puting I'm and worry about taking care of your customers.

The employees are very helpful and the store is very clean. They have very reasonable prices compared to other part stores. I would say they have a very nice inventory for all vehicles. If they don't have what you need they do their best to get in what you need the next day even on holidays.

I went to the store on Cable Rd to buy a new wiper for my Jeep Trailhawk. I recently bought a new Bosch wiper and it was terrible, left a spider web on the glass. Explained the issue to the the salesman which was the manager. He gave me a new one to try no charge. Said if it doesn’t come back and we can try a different brand. I have never been to this store, I live at Indian Lake. Wow who does this? I’m amazed and will definitely drive the distance to shop here. I forgot to get his name but Thank You!!! I will be back

I love the free diagnostics they can run on my vehical. Purchased a new battery today, and they installed it free. Done and back up in less than 10 minutes. Friendly, knowledgable staff!

I probably won't be shopping here anymore. Went in to get brake caliper and pads .I told the guy that I just wanted the cheapest set. He kept asking if I was keeping the car or selling it trying to up sale me the more expensive stuff. After telling him multiple times I just wanted the cheapest set I just walked out .you guys have got to stop hiring know it all college kids from UNOH.

I would avoid AutoZone all together most of their products are over priced. I bought a distribor from them because I had no choice they had one I stock had it installed by someone who has degrees in auto/diesel. Drove for around 5 months no problem then it broke and parts from it fell into my engine and destroyed my cam shaft come to find our it has happened to other people according to there own website and they have told me not there problem $1500+ to fix it. If I could I would give zero stars
