I will be calling about this incident in the morning but the blonde pharmacist that waited on my mother this afternoon that felt it appropriate to say “I don’t care who it’s for” to a woman picking up medication for her dying husband on hospice needs some sensitivity training and should feel ashamed of herself. That patient passed a few hours later, that behavior is never acceptable especially when dealing with critically ill and dying patients. Also if you are a family dealing with a loved one passing I wouldn’t suggest this pharmacy as they don’t care that you lived one is in pain and dying. Lacking compassion is what this terrible human thrives in. I hope she has to experience this pain.

Well I don't think to much of them they have dropped the ball so many times call me tell me my prescriptions are ready and then they haven't even started them and it's ain't the first time definitely going to switch to Shrivers Pharmacy Kroger needs to get on the ball they are definitely slipping badly

Girl with purple hair, I think Stephanie is SUPER rude. I walk up to the window and she picked up the phone, but DIDNT SAY A WORD......just waited for me to talk. Always looks down on people that are picking up scripts, especially if its a narcotic. Theres a couple other employees as well but don't know names. But some of them are sweethearts!!But just wanted you to know, I have now switched pharmacies because the disrespect we get from that kroger.

Whoever the girl with purple hair that works her is rude and not very kind. Went to pick up a prescription that I was told would be ready that morning and she proceeded to smirk and state it won’t be till after 4. Talked over me and was very rude. After this switching pharmacies because of the attitude.

Stephanie with the purple hair was extremely rude. My mom and I went to get our COVID vaccines today and she was vey rude to not only us but multiple elderly customers just trying to pick up their prescriptions.

The actual pharmacists aren't too bad, but quite a few of the other workers are rude and don't seem to understand how insurance works. Their automated calling system will let you know you have a prescription, but when you arrive to pick it up, they tell you there is a problem with the computer, or your item wasn't covered when you know for a fact it is. You shouldn't have to try to prove or argue with the pharmacy. They will randomly switch you to generics with no explanation. I've even heard false information directly from one of the pharmacists. It also seems like a clever scheme to get you to browse the store while you wait. If you walk around long enough you'll likely see something you want to buy. I got a flu shot here, and it bothered me. Never had problems other places! Made me wonder if they knew what they're doing. On top of all this, the place is just a small corner in the store. Why spend hours or days when some pharmacies can do it in 5 minutes? The stress and headaches are not worth it. Not recommended. Stay away!

Most are freindly and helpful. But they have their share of employees that act like it kills them to be there and wait on you RUDE AND NO MANNERS SHOULD WORK SOMEWHERE ELSE IF THEY CANT BE POLITE TO THE PUBLIC.
