Well stocked and clean retro style Kroger! Has anything you’re looking for on a grocery trip. Also has a great customer service counter for lottery or check cashing to name a couple of their services. Has a walk in and walk up pharmacy along with a state liquor store. Fast, efficient and friendly employees! Plenty of parking available. Highly recommend this grocery store!

Kroger is so hit or miss these days. Every trip, no matter what something, is out of stock........ Making sure you get the sale price between digital this and card only that is an absolute PITA......been strictly getting groceries from there since 2005. It's now more of an inconvenience than its worth......

Fairly good Kroger, hate going with my wife and having to wait 20 extra min for her to clip stupid digital coupons 🤬 Why can they just not make the product that price to begin with?!?!?! But other than this which is not specific to this Kroger, they have a well stocked store. It also has a well stocked liquor store as well inside 😀

Pretty good but is out dated, run down, small, and crowded. Has a state liquor store, pharmacy, deli/bakery. No sushi bar or seafood market

Way too crowded and very VERY poor selection of produce and meat/sea food. Workers are usually nice and happy to help. The parking lot is really needing some attention too..

Usually I never have any trouble. But tonight one of the workers at the self checkout would just not leave us alone. I understand why. But I have a lot of retail experience and the self checkout was just loading while I was moving bags around and she just would not stop jumping in.

I like Krogers for specific things like the pharmacy, produce, and occasionally their liquor store. They offer rewards for purchases. Like gasoline points, so you can get cheaper fuel. The pharmacy area offers flu and other immunizations, and are very courteous, and knowledgeable. They help folks with their medication questions, assist you in obtaining your medication as knowledgeable, professional intermediaries between you the customer, and your medical and insurance providers. They have different financial services available like Western Union so you can send someone you care about in an emergency proficiently and reasonably. I buy concert tickets, and other special public events. Very clean store with helpful employees.

I went at 11:30pm on a Tuesday and they still had someone to bag my groceries while the other employee was doing check-out. I had left something in my car and the girl who was bagging unloaded my whole cart while I ran to the car. They were both very personable and great at their job. The selection is good and shelves stocked. Produce was fresh and pricing fair.

I went to this store for the first time last week. My daughter and I were coming in to pick up a birthday cake. We came into the store, which was overcrowded, and we turned to enter the store. As we did, an employee berated my daughter and I in front of several customers. She pointed towards a sign that was hardly visible which stated entrance and pointed into a different direction. Apparently, we had entered in the wrong direction. My daughter and I were humiliated by the rude employee. I spoke to the manager and advised her of the situation, however, she never addressed the employee. If that is the way they treat their customers, I will shop elsewhere!

Only had one lane open with the self checkouts. Had to put our stuff down and walk out as well as another customer because we couldn't just stand there and wait.

I don't know why I keep trying this bakery! EVERY TIME I order a cake days in advance (more time than the allotted time they ask for), they call me THE DAY OF and say they can't make the cake: " We don't have a decorator in today." We don't have the kit." "We can't put this picture on the cake." And many other excuses, yet when I place the order they are all for it, no problem at all! I will NEVER order a cake with this bakery ever again!0 stars by the way!

I order a cake 2 week ahead of time and cup cakes and get there to get cup cakes and omg they was not ready they didnt even have the oder and then I show up to get the cake and it's not even ready and there like it's going to be 15 to 20 min and I have to be in nelsonville by 1 o clock and I ask for a manger and he was like I am sorry didnt even act like he cares omg. I will never ever oder a cake at Kroger agin this is sad if you need a cake i would tell u not to go there at all i will post picture when i get it. The women making the cake though is super amazing and very nice

Terrible! KELLY THE STORE manager. Lunged at me mouthy and couldnt do her job. I left the store feeling I was harassed. She and her colleagues were joking bout my finances.. unprofessional I called corporate and Kroger apologized! I know it's just a few bad apples. I also called and filed a police report for harassment.. so sad this had to happen.

SMALL, DATED, CONGESTED!! This store is one of the worst Krogers I have been in besides Glouster, Ohio Krogers. With the New Lexington and outter areas growing at a fat rate. This Krogers needs an major expansion or relocated. Why not purchase the old empty Pamida and knock down the wall and expand.. Everytime we shop there no matter the day of week it is always congested, no carts and the many of the carts do t work. There is hardly any cash registers and the few self checkouts they have are not enough. The bakery does not have a big selection. The deli is small and cluttered with hardly any room to manuver around with cash registers always backed up. The store looks and feels dark and dirty compared to others. The pharmacy is not handicap friendly and offers no drive up window only a walk up area and needs to be relocated to the outter wall of the store. This Kroger does not have much to offer as far as variety. Anymore we travel to Lancaster to go to Kroger on Memorial Blvd. Why is Krogers not expanding in this area and letting this store go down hill with the New Lexington area doing so much to make this a much nicer area for it's residents. Does Krogers Not care?

Small and cramped location that REALLY needs a remodel and expansion.More than a couple times I have gotten home to realize something I had bought was expired or gotten meat that smelled like garbage.Many times you can walk down the frozen food isle and see boxes of products just sitting on the floor and if you walk back by 20 minutes later it’s still sitting there and not one employees around. Which explains why sometimes your frozen veggies are one solid block.If another grocer opened nearby I would definitely stop shopping here.

It wasn't bad this time. I would suggest avoiding shopping there before 9am, as they try to force you to use the self checkout. I've gotten into calling customer service and requesting a lane to be open. They open one after whining about it not being their job or that all of their cashier's are on break.

Usual my experience here is good, normal for a small grocery store. However I doubt I would ever send a teenager in there. Levi in the liquor store just followed me so close I am almost having a panic attack. Not sure if he was trying to smell my hair or pit pocket me or what his intentions were. I shouldn’t have to look over my shoulder while I shop. I will take a different route home and shop at Logan from now on.
