The store in Lancaster has a much wider selection of EVERYTHING and their prices are CHEAPER on ALL hyde/delta 8 products! Was a customer for 7 years until I spent $10 on a product that didn’t work today. Never left the parking lot with it and was never told I couldn’t get a refund had I left the store with it. Asked for a refund. Got denied. Never going back. EDIT: the staff is awesome! Super friendly and helpful! Love the staff and the owner! I have nothing against them!

Over priced Vapes and e juice. I paid $21 for a 30ml bottle that only cost $4.99 online. They don't give you receipts so you can't use your warranty on there fake knock off Vapes that work for a week if your lucky then your out $50 to $100 because you need the receipt for proof of purchase.

Limited selection of mods. Not a single rda. Prices are ridiculous. The build your own juice station has terrible nicotine. Half the time I can't even seem to communicate basic information with them... half an hour for them to figure out whether or not they had a q4 for the tfv8? To the point where they just started handing me coils... is this it? What about this one? And all this coming from the owner of the place.

The employees have a slight attitude, which I don't care for....the prices are good and the store needs a good cleaning and tubes need the correct prices marked.theres always employees goofing off in the back of the store.they need to stock up on special sale items ...
