Worst service I have ever had at a Walmart. Was just trying to get a couple produce items and refilled our water jugs with the refilling station. Lady at the register AND support was unable to ring up 3 3gal jugs of refilled water. At first they didn't believe us when we told them the price so I had to go to the back of the store, take a picture, and text it to the other person I was with. Then they were trying to say they didn't have anything for a total of 9gal. They refused to ring up 1gal 9 times. We got charged for 10gal. Won't be coming back here. I know it isn't a lot of money but the hassle was absolutely ridiculous.

I went in today looking for a few items for my step son who is 2 and potty training. First I started in personal care because he needed a new toothbrush. Then I found my way to the baby section where I was looking for pull ups and training underwear. I noticed a woman who seemed to be watching me because she followed me from personal care to the baby section. I started to get upset and started thinking she might be a secret shopper. Why follow me into 2 separate areas and not pick anything up and then keep following me and starring at me. I shouted a few things to my best friend on my phone and stated how ridiculous it is that people can't even shop in peace anymore. Then as I was checking out I made a comment to the cashier and she said I don't think anyone would do that here. What she doesn't understand is I know that is a job for some people and they are actually called "secret shoppers" who are there to assist with asset protection. What is upsetting though is how about follow the people who actually need followed and not the ones who have money to pay for items. I'll never shop at this Walmart again.

I spend a lot of money at this particular Walmart, prescriptions, groceries, personal items etc. I have been to many Walmarts and know how important the customer experience is for success. I have been to this store at least 20-30 times since I moved here last summer. The employees that they have elected to be the greeter or the welcome person are horrendous. Never a hello, never a smile, never a thank you and have a nice day. I many times spend money elsewhere lately because the way I feel when I walk in the store. Why don’t you ditch the greeter, and use that person to help the store somewhere else, I guarantee your sales will increase. Sometimes it’s the small things that keep people loyal.

This is the worst store for deliveries! Every other order has rotten produce being sold as fresh, missing and damaged items. The fresh produce department in particular has quality control issues. The shopping bags are not labeled like their competitors, and the drivers mixup deliveries. I’d suggest using Kroger delivery instead.

I’ve become so frustrated with the pickup here lately, it makes me not want to come back. Multiple times I’ve ordered pickup groceries, been told they were ready for pickup, and then had to sit at pickup for 25+ minutes. It’s extremely frustrating, especially when one is already in a rush. It’s one thing if the order simply isn’t ready, but to have me sit here on multiple occasions is ridiculous. This is likely the last time I come back to this Walmart.

I love coming to this Walmart, we live far east but would prefer to drive to Lewis Center to shop at Walmart than our local Walmart. This store is always neat and clean, shelves are always stocked. Our local Walmart there are always stacks of merchandise or pallets full of stuff in the aisles, or your almost getting ran over by the employees gathering the on-line orders. At the Lewis Center Walmart almost every employee we passed greeted us and with a smile. I have not yet had any experience with the customer service here yet but the service center is always clean and enough employees ready to help customers when needed.

Only needed one item. Found it and checked out quickly.The store appeared to be very clean.Greeters (if that's what they are supposed to be these days) weren't very "greetful" to see me. Perhaps their lives are unhappy. Still, I smiled and said, "Hi" to them.

good store selection, but the employees follow you around needlessly as if youre going to steal something, so if that annoys you, stay far away, they'll harass you on a regular basis. oh, also, i witnessed a very rude employee scorning, trashing her subordinate at the checkout, very unkind.

Is this Walmart a franchise? Why is there a difference return policy at this store than the corporate Walmart website? I tried to return diapers from my baby shower and they gave me SO MUCH CRAP. they finally gave in, but gave me the biggest run around and were nasty about it the whole time. Kathy was incredibly rude as was the associate at the return desk. They said “I can only do 1 exchange of 1 item under $50” I said “that’s not Walmart policy and pulled it up, she called over her manager, who called over an upper manager, who said “our store manager doesn’t allow diaper returns” ummm what? Thats not Walmarts policy. I said “okay can you put me in contact with him?” And with the most cringey face she says “um. Yeah I’m not going to give you his personal cell” not only did I NEVER ask for that info, why are you being rude? I’ve worked at many stores and always had a direct line IN the store. He doesn’t have that? Anyways, absolutely horrible staff here and disappointed. What’s the point of making a baby registry here if when things don’t go as planned/they’re not the right brand or size with the item I can’t return it. Literally every baby is a trial run with diapers , it’s not one type suits all.

Okay dude straight up this is my favorite Walmart to go too. They normally have every thing I'm looking for and then some. Not only that they also have the best deal on groceries! It's wild honestly. Often they have some pretty good deals on electronics here I normally feel like I can save a few bucks getting stuff here compared to even other walmarts. However it does have it's downs because this store get busy like real busy and sometimes the shelves are born dry empty. I mean that's just how it is when you're dealing with a mass flux of people but I have no problem dealing with that I'm just warning you if you're not a people person or hate waiting in line than you maybe want to go to a different Walmart because this one almost always have a lot of people here. Regardless I reslly enjoy shopping here and I don't plan on stopping so I highly recommend especially if you're in the columbus area.

Best experience I've had at Wal-Mart in a while. The lady behind the bakery on Saturday (3/11/23) early evening was awesome. I picked up a 7 in round cake from the display and I asked if she could write on it. I didn't think she could write very much there since it was a very small area that could be used. She not only managed to write out "Happy Birthday Linda" on this small cake, but she added pretty little flowers and made it look really nice. She made it special and I appreciated that so much. Also, the lady at checkout was very nice, friendly, and efficient at her job. I left feeling good about my experience. I hope I have that kind of customer service in the future and I wish other stores would follow this example of what shopping should feel like.

I was in the store on a Tuesday night to pick up an item that I already paid for. I didn’t realize when I ordered it was set for Wednesday pick up at 11am. A nice guy in electronics got the item out of case for me and walked me to customer service who told me I would still have to come back tomorrow. A manager was called who told me the same thing. She was literally holding the item I came to pick up that was already paid for in her hand when she said come back tomorrow. Crazy.

Must be the cleanest, quietest walmart store I've ever seen. I avoided Walmart like the plaque but really needed some items and was in the area (I'm from the Columbus area). Getting in and out was a BREEZE! There were NO long lines or lack of cashiers. Everyone was friendly and helpful. This store shows what a Walmart can and should be. Other stores should aspire to this one because they don't even come close to this absolutely pleasant shopping experience.

If you want a shopping cart, you have to go back outside and get one. The check out line took longer than the shopping trip which is suprising with the mess throughout the store. The Lewis Center location is always busy but they are too cheap to open more than 1-2 registers at a time. The register I went to, the receipt printer was jammed but they kept using it. I have an item that needed returned but can't now with no receipt. Plan for 2 + hour trip if your grocery shopping.

Many people have a negative perception about Walmart but that’s not true. Guys believe me Walmart provides same quality stuff as other chains like COSTCO, Kroger’s, Sams club sometimes relatively at a lower price. The main point is we can buy individual stuff from Walmart rather than we have to only buy wholesale from others mentioned above. I am not belittling any one of them. They also offer quality goods. I don’t know why I like to roam in Walmart. This is a good place and very friendly staff. The way they greet people and the way they help us to locate stuff exactly is awesome. We can get almost everything we need.

Had a *lovely* experience with the electronics associate today and a janitor who should gave minded his own business.I have a toddler, he needed a diaper change. Most people don't know there are bathrooms near electronics and when they do, I use those because the front bathrooms tend to be heavy on traffic and gross. This is also where the family restroom stall is located and it is easier for me to use this when I have to use the bathroom as well since my son gets weird about standing on the bathroom floor (and frankly, yuck). The only other option in the women's restroom is change him on the public table outside the stalls, then take him and put him on the chair thing they have on the wall in the large stall, which always has a belt that is always broken, which means he could fall a couple feet onto a tile floor while I am using the restroom. So family restroom is the best option.Well, someone (the guy working electronics) was in there. Great. 5 minutes later he comes out..........yet I hear no flush, no sink to wash hands.......and he's just waltzing back to work. I call to him and wave him back telling him the toilet isn't flushed. He goes in to flush HIS OWN MESS and another worker, a janitor, walks up and tries to defend him saying "the auto sensors have trouble all the time." I proceed to tell him "but when someone just walks away without hearing it flush, thats a different story." And he repeats himself as if I didn't understand. There was still zero excuse why the flush and again, still no washing hands, didnt happen.Then the worker proceeds to tell me I should've used the women's room. I tell him what I said in the first paragraph, and he repeats it. I eventually tell him he could've done the same, but im not gonna sit here cornered in a restroom arguing with him (I was in the family room with the door cracked at this point with 2 men larger than me outside the door arguing with me.They then proceed to talk trash RIGHT OUTSIDE THE DOOR. Notified management and she was yucked that the whole thing happened, but also that he STILL didn't wash his fricking hands and yet he was back there working! She also knew exactly the 2 people i was talking about, which in a store as big as a Walmart and this talk happening at the front end, is bad. Ive worked major retailers and didn't know half my coworkers if they worked on the other side of the store. Usually someone knows who you are for a reason. I also currently work retail and have worked a lot of it in my adult life, never had these issues with any of my jobs ever.Side note: the manager agreed about the flush. The auto sensors have always sucked, but they have buttons on the side to flush and even she will push it if it doesn't flush when she gets up. It even did that to me when I used it. It didn't flush, yet I pushed the button twice just to be sure so it would be clean for the next person.

WALMART buys their items from China, making me nervous about buying the Organic foods because when I bought the organic blue berries I felt tingling in my body like when I eat non organic blue berries and my mom bought an organic banana and her nose started running like when she eats a non organic banana...SO IS THEIR ORGANIC FOODS REALLY ORGANIC????? I shop and trust WHOLEFOODS organic foods for years .

The worst customer service. It's humiliating how the person at the entrance jumps on you shouting "Your purchase receipt, give it to me", without any explanation. They are very rude. I experienced such a situation and it was humiliating and sad. They should train their employees better. "Please and Thank You" should be a rule for them

Associates were available however unlike other locations they weren't there too seemingly prod you along, they were there to help and did so with respect. I was very impressed by the cleanliness
