As we are new to the neighborhood This was Chewie’s first visit to Mutt & Co for a bath and grooming. Julia C. did an amazing job and had him cleaned up and trimmed up in no time! Mr. Chew is not a fan of having his feet touched but she managed to clip his nails which was much needed. In fact, we were able to bring in our older pup Buddy and she trimmed his nails as well. With his new haircut, Chew looks 5 years younger, and smells amazing!! 5 stars!! We have found out new groomers in the Lewis Center area! What luck on our first try. Everyone at the store was kind, receptive and helpful! Picked up some new treats that the boys already love. Thanks Mutts & Co for such a great first experience, we will be back. I have been taking my dogs there to bathe them and the service is amazing! The staff is always welcoming and nice. The bathing rooms are always clean and stocked with shampoo, conditioner, towels and brushes. I don't use their shampoo because my dogs have skin allergies and they have medicated shampoo so I can't talk with regards to that. You will find all sort of treats and food (my dogs love their baked cookies), and lots of toys for your pets. Highly recommend the Lewis Center location on Pullman Dr.

Mutts & Co. located in Lewis Center, OH is by far my favorite pet store!! The staff is always friendly and helpful. They carry a variety of toys that my dogs have loved and the prices are very reasonable!! I love getting 15% off on toys if I book a grooming or nail appointment. Definitely check them out if your pet needs a new toy, food, treats or grooming.

I have been using the self bathing stations for over a year and love the amenities. Thanks for the new dryers too! The bath package is great and the in store discount you receive off of merchandise the day bathing of is a nice bonus. My dog is a fan of of that one, because I always end up buying him treats!

When I went to Mutts and Co., Lewis Center, desperate to find a dry dogfood that my dog would enjoy eating, I was greeted by Gwen. After 5 minutes of questions and conversation with her, I knew I had met the right person with lots of knowledge to help me find the best food option for Murphy. To this day, he loves his food ♥️I also appreciate the kindness of the staff at Lewis Center. They greet me when I arrive, offer help and are always willing to carry out my large bag of food to the car so I don’t have to worry about injuring my back. Expertise and kindness for the win!

We have a 7-month old Wheaton Terrier, which is the first long haired dog we’ve ever had so grooming is a new thing for us. We took her to Mutts & Co & signed up for a Spaw package & ONLY a face trim so her hair wasn’t covering her eyes. When talking to the bather when I dropped her off she assured me that the groomer would know not to cut any fur other than around her eyes since we only ordered the face trim. When I picked her up I was shocked and speechless because they had shaved all the hair off both ears!!!! They said it was because some of the hair on her ears was matted, which could cause infection. What they should’ve done instead of making the decision to shave her ears in the moment, is call me to give me the option to let them do that then or let us wait until we could get an appointment to have the rest of her body trimmed so it would be even.I am beyond furious about this first grooming experience. The staff here is absolutely incredible. We come a few times a week and everyone is genuinely helpful and a pleasure to be around. Our puppy gets SO excited to visit each time and they are so sweet with her! Also - wouldn’t go anywhere else for nail trimming! Our vet turned us down the first time we tried because our pup was too anxious and Mutts & Co was gentle and calming and she does great with them.

I love going to this store. Such helpful and knowledgeable staff. They always go out of their way to help you and make sure you get what you need. I have placed several special orders and they always keep me updated on status and work to get what I need delivered. I look forward to shopping here! It is hard to find good customer service nowadays and they always go above and beyond.

The entire staff is so friendly and our puppy absolutely adores them. They are also very accommodating and set us up for weekly recurring orders when our food was out of stock! Wouldn’t go anywhere else :)

I never write reviews and this is my first one ever. but this place is worth it! The employees there are fantastic and you can tell they really care about animals. I have been shopping at the Lewis center location since July of 2023 and it’s an awesome experience every single time. Added bonus that the dogs know the drive to the store and get excited once they realize where we are going 😉
