Embarrassed to say, over a 2year span, countless experiences with expired food on the shelves (V expired, >6mo) produce that makes our family sick, and have witnessed temperature sensitive foods sitting out far longer than it should. The staff isn't terrible, I think they're doing the best they can, but either the supplier is bad, or some of the bad seeds working there are doing some shady things (I can't prove it, but example being , mixing/replacing eggs into cartons they didn't come in).. some didn't get us sick but then others CLEARLY have. How else can i explain that? I 100% do not believe the food is safe there

Always a decent place to shop. Staff is relatively friendly most of the time, you have the one off irritated customer service desk person who might chide you for returning clothing but no big deal. The deli workers here can be a bit irritable also.

This location is clean, the store is bright & well staffed. Plus the parking lot is clear cut. Cashier was friendly & I had a cartload & the wait for ringing out was only a couple minutes. It was an easy trip.

Dear Kroger, if you are going to charge me $10.25 for 4 simple truth chicken "cutlets" please trim the fat and rib bone off of them. It's obvious you took two breasts and sliced them in half. Your meat, seafood, and poultry selection is piss poor. God I miss GIANT EAGLE!!!!

I do not recommend the pick-up service here for produce. I got out one of my yellow peppers to see a dime sized rot hole in it. Whoever they have pulling produce orders, I really wish they would pull something THEY would want to eat themselves...it's called good customer service.

I ordered food trays from the Kroger Deli, using the web site. I chose 3 sandwich platters, a cheese platter and a veggie tray to take to a family who just lost their father.The pictures on the internet, and the item descriptions were a great assistance in making product selection. When I picked up the order I was so pleased!!! The food and the prices are great!!! The deli associate was so friendly and professional!The actual food platters are much nicer than pictured! I will choose Kroger Deli many more time to come. Best of all...no work for me!!!

The old woman working the floral department is extremely rude. I came in for a doordash order and she immediately got rude and said you got to give me more than that. So I told her I don't control when the order is placed. I just pick it up and asked how long would it be? She ignored me until she got done cutting her flowers. Then she turned around and walked over to the corner and picked up the order that was already done and then handed it to me. But yet she acted like she didn't have time to make the order and yet it was already done but she felt the need to be rude

I was going to buy some pickles but I couldnt locate them! But two kind gentlemen named Zeke and Luci helped me find them and even asked about how my day was, they were both so kind and they went the extra mile! Please give them the raise they deserve!!! Dont lose these valuable Employes!

# 2 Review. Haven’t shopp this store in months because it had gotten so bad. Left my full cart today. The 2 people it seemed in charge of running check out were standing and talking while the WHOLE 3 cashiers were having g to help bag groceries because baggers couldn’t keep up. This location is still THE WORST!! I don’t give a horrible store my business. I am driving g farther to give my business to MEIJER!!Horrible staff, horrible staffing, pharmacy lines to the door! #

You might as well just go to Walmart because the checkouts are even worse at kroger. Spent almost an hour trying to check out because not even the employees could get the self checkouts to work(as usual)

I'm tired of long lines, nothing on the shelves, my insurance company dumped Krogers and at first I was upset but then it made me see how other stores operate and it's all ok! Small staff, more do it yourself check outs, rude staff when there is a problem and I'm tired of doing everything myself. Kroger in Delaware is even worse and it's smaller.

Shauna was of no help to us at the self check and was rude.In the middle of helping us, she told us verbatim that she was going to go take care of something else without helping us. Our e coupons were not working, and she, rather than kindly telling us to go to customer service, told us that she would not be helping us and that we can take it to customer service if we had a problem because she didn’t want to our discounts off. The discount was only for a few dollars, I’m not sure why it was that big of a deal.When she returned, put her hand on her hip and said “look, let me tell you, there are five registers and I have to help all of them”. Yet she had time to chat with another customer and bag her groceries. You could hear the aggression in her voice and it was so deeply unprofessional.When we got her name, she pointed to her tag and said “take a look at it real good”. Then had the audacity to tell other customers that she was being yelled at. We will be reporting her to corporate, and I will be calling in when the store manager is available.

Went to pickup a cake at 930 pm, it was only self service with a big queue in there almost took 30 mins in the queue for just 1 item. Saw one customer struggling and they took almost 20+ mins to finish their transaction.At least 1 manual counter would help the customers speed up the process.

I love this location, they have everything, including home goods. I am not a fan of their checkout process. I don't like to bag my own groceries. I know it's pretty lazy but I feel like I pay for the service, otherwise I'd go to Aldi and save some money.

I decided to start ordering fresh fruit for my team every week and had created an account and had fruit delivered for several weeks. Today I placed my order & it would not go through. I had to call them. What a horrible experience! I was told that it was because I had a different address for billing & shipping..? That’s pretty common so i told the lady so. Also I had already made purchases this way for several weeks! Then she says it’s because I have to verify my card because the billing/shipping are different. Ok. She says in order to do so I need to make a purchase near the billing address in California….? What? There aren’t even Krogers in California! I’m supposed to fly to California to use my card at a non existent store in order to verify the card then I could use it online…, what? She then said I could just change my billing address to match the shipping address, I told her the billing address has to match the card, or it would decline, and as a company card it’s in California!. I asked repeatedly to get someone else because this all sounded wrong. She told me no, I could call back & speak to another agent. Then she hung up on me! So I called back only to be told there is an escalation department, but they were busy. They would call me back by the end of the day. Well it’s 10pm so I’m guessing they aren’t calling!!

Just had the best experience at this Kroger. Thanksgiving morning...hardly anyone there! :). All employees stocking the shelves said hello and the shelves were filled! I especially enjoy chatting with the Big Cheese,, Deb, in the special cheese section. She is knowledgeable and shares delicious suggestions. AND to top off my experience, a young man named Tyler was my cashier. He was personable, eager to help and very customer service oriented. I wish he could give lessons to others his age. There is nothing wrong with being nice, cordial and helpful...it will get you much further in life. Thanks everyone for starting my day off with a positive vibe!

The grocery pickup department is terrible. We live so close and the store would be so convenient but who has time for them not being ready or being out of half of what we ordered every other week? On top of that, the employees who rude half the time.

The produce and isle groceries are good. The Meat Department? They're selling spoiled meat. EVER SINGLE ITEM I BOUGHT WAS SPOILED. I bought the meat at the "reduced rate" I purchased pork steak..SPOILED. As soon I made it home i took the meat out the original packaging to freeze and i had to immediately throw it away, I almost threw-up. One lb of ground beef, spoiled..the sweet smell of rotten beef is still in the air from me trying to cook it. I tasted it to make sure and i had to spit it out.And lastly the drummets I spent $18 on didn't have a strong smell even though I noticed a slight odor so I cooked a few pieces.The chicken was definitely spoiled . I had to throw away all the chicken i had separated in the freezer and throw it away. So $30 worth of meat in the trash. I didn't know "reduced priced"meant buying meat that NEVER SHOULD HAVE BEEN SOLD!Ill NEVER BUT MEAT from this Krogers ever. The trust is definitely gone.

Avoid the grocery pickup at all costs. Every week it's one excuse after another. We appreciate the cleanliness and selection. Have shopped Kroger for decades but we are done with grocery pickup.

Products seem to fly off the shelves here, not great options sometimes. They also have two sets of doors at seperate ends of the store and lock one of them at 8pm (or before I guess) They actually locked them before 8pm as my fiancé was walking up and the associate locked the door right in front of him anyway, terribly rude.

I walked around aimlessly, because my sister did not give me a list of what she wanted.I bought pretzels and 8 12 packs of beer (K-Rogers has a great selection of brewski.)She was not happy about it, but hey that is what happens when you don't give me a list.She wanted me to reimburse her for my purchases, but I told her to go take a flying leap.I bet she never sends me there again without a list.I am so glad that I was able to help her with her real life education.I am including a photo of some of the beverages I bought.The apple-blackberry brew was the best thing I have had since I discovered Leinenkugel's Summer Shandy.I was going to buy some hard liquor but the did not have the magnum bottle of Bacardi rum.All in all, it was a great trip.

Kroger has to improve a lot in how it describes it's self check out system like many outdated ones in America with lot of loopholes that needs fix in customer service. Technology placing is one thing continuous improvement with necessary checkpoints to give customer optimal service is another😊and it lacks that in my opinion in terms of transparency and clarity many times.
