By far my favorite tack store. I make the trip down from NEO several times a year. I love that they rotate stock and the sales are above and beyond. I have bought tons of great items from this store. The store is super cute and the sales employees are never hoovering or make me feel like I have to buy something.

Had an issue a while ago but I gave them another chance and WOW! The store's atmosphere is so much better. The staff has been extremely helpful and we will gladly continue to shop there for all things equestrian! Definitely stop in if you are looking for good deals!

Equus Now! is an amazing store! The customer service is the best around and the staff are some of the nicest and genuinely caring around. I love how much my daughters’ faces light up when they walk into the store! Oh, and they also have all the things you could want or need for the riders in your family! I have consistently had good experiences with the staff at Equus Now! Each time I visit the store the team is on hand to support and answer questions. Recently I participated in their consignment program to sell my old saddle and the entire process was seamless. They are incredibly organized and have a sophisticated system for handeling the consignment which took all the pressure off. Rose and Jen have been so easy to work with! I feel great supporting this local business. They are knowledgable, kind and friendly, a huge asset to our equestrian community.

I ordered a custom saddle cover and right away an email back from Rosemary at Equus Now with a suggestion about a change that might make it perfect. It wasn't an up-sell, it actually ended up being less. I was encouraged by her suggestion and it arrived perfect and in a timely manner for a custom item. She was helpful and responsive. I pride myself on shopping local and supporting small business, but I couldn't find a local shop that had a the color I was looking for. My experience made it feel like I was a local customer and cared for during the process.

The salesperson was so rude. We went in to shop for boots for our daughter. We inquired about consignment and the salesperson immediately dismissed us. She pushed us to buy $350 boots and acted so annoyed when we said it was a large purchase and would need to discuss it. She even tried to pressure us by claiming there is a boot shortage and that we wouldn’t be able to find them anywhere else. Great news, we ended up buying boots for a lot less than $350. Even better, we didn’t get them at Equus Now and we will never go back. I’m so sorry to disappoint the salesperson, but some of us still understand the value of a dollar.

I consigned my daughter’s saddle and, within a month, the saddle had sold. The staff was very knowledgeable in helping me determine a “listing” price. They took the stress off me and made the experience so easy. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Equus Now again!

I purchased a saddle on 9/2/21. On 9/10 I still had not received any communication on the shipping status so I sent an inquiry only to suddenly receive a refund with a note saying “Thanks for following up in regards to your Equus Now! This saddle went out on trial in our Retail Store at the same time you purchased it online. I was hoping it would be returned from trial locally, so we could ship it to you. But unfortunately, it sold. I am so sorry!” I wonder how long I would have waited if I had not followed up?!?I would not recommend order anything online from this company.

This place is HUGE and the people who work there are really nice. Usually tack stores have a substantial price increase compared to online, but not Equus Now. Definitely worth stopping in the store and seeing if they have what you need! Nice consignment items, too.

Our go to tack store, online or in person. Staff is wonderful and even if you are only in a couple times a year, they always remember you and greet you like a VIP. Staff is knowledgeable and committed to finding the best product for your needs. They have even shipped an item to my home free of charge when the wrong size came in on a out of stock order.

This by far is the best tack store I have ever been too. I went while I was here visiting my daughter from California. Best selection ever from gifts to riding apparel. Amazing customer Service from Allison and Jan. Daughter is trying out a saddle...no pressure and nice to know your dealing with a trusted company!

The shop is a little tricky to get to The first time we went but much easier after that. The store is beautiful on the inside, between the display of products and decorations. They seem to have a lot of equine needs... Honestly though I go for the Breyer model horses as they are a flagship store. The staff here are wonderful and go out of their way to help clients. Can't wait to explore some more!!

I love this place, everyone is helpful and they have a great selection of everything! I have been going there for all of my equine needs for about 5 years, since I purchased my first horse. It was awesome to have experienced horse people help me chose tack that was best suited to my horse and answer all of my novice horse owner questions. Now I have 2 horses to shop for and I still ask their opinion about a lot of the things I’m looking at buying. They are so competent and helpful in choosing not only tack/blankets, but products and supplements as well!

Unfortunately never had a good experience with Equus Now! despite trying to give them the benefit of the doubt and a second/third/fourth chance I am left just disappointed. I like supporting smaller tack shops over big box online retail, but between being overcharged, sold the wrong item, unfriendly and ill-mannered staff I sadly have to say this is one tack shop I won’t be attending again.

I am from Canada and I recently ordered a used saddle from the Equus Now! website. I was very impressed with the service offered by the consignment department and Jo Lavigne was especially helpful-- she patiently and thoroughly answered all of my questions about international orders and took the time to provide me with more photos and measurements of the saddle. My order arrived within 1 week and I am very happy with the overall transaction. I wish I lived closer so I could give this store more business!

Love the store. Folks that work there are great. I’m a western rider so not really much for my discipline. But they still carry stuff I need. Blankets and things of that nature. I’d rather go to equus than rods. As the customer service at equus is a 100 times better than rods.
