We adopted our sweet babies back in February and all I can say was the process was exactly how my fiancé and I wanted it to go! We got time with the puppies to bond and figure out which one really clicked with us. They never ever rushed our time and allowed us to be there for however long we needed… short story we adopted TWO puppies from the same litter!The staff and vet were so happy to answer any questions we had and gave us all the information needed for our puppies in our paperwork as well! It truly was a great experience and now we have two amazing family members as well! Very friendly staff at a very clean establishment. I had my Minature Schnauzer groomed and was very happy with how he looked when I arrived. He went from looking like a homeless bum to a proper gentleman.

This place has been outstanding for my poor Jill a 12 yr old beagle stray I rescued a week ago! We have been in twice now for treatments, they offer a wide variety of services! Soon hope to enroll her in a doggy day care at least once a week. The doctor was kind enough to draw pictures of internal organs just to help me better understand my babies condition. The other staff were all super nice and always cared for Jill was well as my needs over anything else! I will be a forever customer to take my fur family too them to ensure I get the best vet!!!!

I really feel comfortable bringing my babies in to the Animal Care Center of Polaris for their healthcare needs. I know that they will receive the best care at an affordable price and I don't have to worry about being upsold on supplements and herbs.Their boarding options are great too! I love the price, location, amenities offered, times the clinic is open to pick up/drop off, and the peace of mind knowing my fur babies are in the same place they would be if there were an emergency, especially for my old guy, Sam.My dogs tell me they love the daycare options and the safety of being at their vet's office if they needed anything - like updated vaccines.

3 weeks back when my dog 'Happy' was throwing up, I took him to Animal care centre of Polaris as its close to my home. Dr. Rebecaa Schwarze is very friendly and hears to all our concerns and answers them. When the same incident happened again in a week and I called over phone, she addressed my concerns over phone itself and did not have to take Happy for a visit. All in all, a very good experience and I would definitely recommend this place for our fur babies as the doctor and staff are very friendly. My new puppy and I love Animal Care Center of Polaris. We have spent lots of time there as you do within the 1st 6 months of a puppy and now we use the Daycare. I have no problem leaving her with ACCP loving staff as I know she is well cared for. The daycare is the "best", facility is clean, heated floors and Cali loves playing with others there. ACCP is my girls 2nd home!

This center has a rescue. We adopted a puppy here. As rescues go they are less crazy than most about the application but we were very annoyed at the arbitrary rules about ensuring our indoor cat was fully vaccinated before we could adopt a dog. They don't hold rescues so it created drama trying to get the cat shots at the last minute. I took another pet here in the past, service was meh from the adoption manager though the general staff were patient and nice. There is a reason we have a different primary vet. Facility is large and nice though, waiting room is big enough to keep very bouncy pets away from each other.

Excellent Pet Care and Staff. I have two rescue dogs and both are pretty skittish when it comes to going to the vet. The entire staff is always so patient with my dogs (and with me when I leave them for boarding and get sad). The facilities are always very clean, they have hours for those of us that work crazy schedules and they handle nail trims, grooming, boarding, exams, surgeries...I am so happy I found this center. I greatly appreciate everyone that works there. When I board my pups it is always a scene and when I come back my dogs are healthy and happy and it is such a relief to know they are in excellent hands.

Took my dog here because he had injured his paw and needed a bandage change. Come across this clinic because it was near by and I am new to the area. From the vet techs to the doctor herself, they were all very welcoming and kind to me and my dog. They explained everything in layman's terms so I understood exactly what was going on with my dog and felt much more relieved after leaving. I was very impressed with how caring, professional and efficient they were. There was barely any wait time and felt very comfortable having them care for my dog. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a new veterinarian, Dr. Schwarze is so friendly, down to earth and personable. Thank you for taking such good care of my dog!

I have had nothing but excellent service and care for my puppy, Sebastian from day one. Sebastian likes everyone there as well. This means a lot to me to know that Sebastian feels comfortable with each staff member.Each time Sebastian has an appointment, there is never a long wait to be seen by the doctor. The doctors are very attentive and takes the time to listen and address any and all of my concerns I might have.The cost is reasonable and the staff works with me and lets me know upfront the cost of visits and any other additional fees, if any, when necessary.I am a satisfied customer and will continue to take Sebastian to the Animal Care Center for all his health needs.Sincerely,GGHappy n Ohio

We started going here about 1.5 years ago, and when we first started we loved it! Dr. Schwartz was amazing and very helpful, never made you feel rushed, staff was always friendly and we recommended them to everyone. But over time, it seems like it is becoming less "personable". Took our dog in last week for a shot and we never went into a room with him, they just took his leash, walked him back, gave him a shot, and walked him back out. I know he was just there for a shot, but felt like it should have been less like a quick checkout line. We still visit often (we rescue/foster animals) but even then we don't see the doctor.I loved this place, but wish they had a little better people skills. Their hours are great if you need to get in quick or work odd hours, prices are not too bad, but really miss the interaction we had when we first started. I will also add, the first foster we took there we were able to be in the room with the vet for the first exam, now we have to wait in the lobby while they take the animal back.

i adopted my dog from animal care center and the whole process was completely seamless. i was able to visit him the same day i found him online and my application was processed within minutes. every staff member i met was wonderful and transparent so i had complete confidence that i was getting a healthy pup. i have continued his care here and absolutely adore the staff. it’s easy to get appointments since they are open 7 days a week and every veteranian has been kind and helpful. thankful i found this place!

My husband and I got a dog less than 2 months ago that has had a yeast infection and now an eye ulcer in the short amount of time. We were able to walk in for appointments both times and get the necessary medical advice. The staff from the front desk to the doctor are nice and ready to answer our questions. We also took our dog, Otis to get groomed. He doesn't like to have his face touched so at the end of the appointment he would not let the lady groom his face. We were able to come in next weekend to have his face groomed and finish cleaning him up without any additional cost. So far, our experience has been really good with this place.

The staff at Animal Care of Polaris are always extremely friendly and take such good care of our puppy. He visits for daycare at least 2-3 times a week and always has a great time and he is well taken care of. Bernard has been sick most of the short 6 months we have had him and the vets always go above and beyond to make him feel better and identify the source. We will never take our dog to any other vet. I highly recommend taking your pet to animal care of Polaris.Dr. Schwarze is the most caring and and compassionate vet we have encountered, you will be at ease knowing she is taking care of your furry family member.

Bruce my dog loves the staff and the other dogs. He is a Rotty and loves to interact with people and his other doggy friends. I have also kenneled him multiple times and they do an awesome job making him feel loved. I have had nothing but great experiences with the staff of Animal Care Center of Polaris. I highly recommend them for veterinary services day care grooming and boarding. They take in rescue animals and try to find loving homes for them. What a great place!

Animal Care Center of Polaris went above and beyond anything that we could have ever asked for. Our dog, Annabelle, was lost for 4.5 days before someone was able to find her. New to the area, and unsure the extent of her injuries, we wanted to receive care as soon as possible. Without an appointment, we walked in and were seen right away.The staff was amazing and exceeded our every need. We were provided with a warm blanket and dog beg to keep her comfortable, as well as a bowl of water to help treat her dehydration. When we were ready to leave, they also allowed us to wash her with there supplies. This allowed us to avoid carrying our pup up and down the stairs, especially in her weakened state. Also, several of the facilities techs checked-in on us while we were waiting for the doctor to see us, and sat on the ground helping to comfort Annabelle along the way.Dr. Schwarze was also amazing. She never tried to oversell us on her care plan, and made sure that we were informed each step of the way,. For the first time, we felt like we had a say in her care, instead of being pushed towards the "best option".Thank you Animal Care Center of Polaris. You have gained our trust, and have helped restore our pup to her normal self. We hope to be a patient for the rest of our lives.

We love all the staff at Animal Care Center Of Polaris! From the front desk (they know who they are!), techs and vets to the very best groomer there is! This is our one size fits all/one stop shop, they cover all of the doggos needs. You know how wonderful they are with your pets when the dogs have no trepidation with marching right in the front door with their tails wagging!

I was looking for a new Vet and came across Animal Care Center. I called on a Sunday morning and they were able to get me in on the same day. They have a wellness package that is great...especially if you have an older pet. My dog was at ease and actually enjoyed being at the vet! Everyone was very welcoming and even my dog could sense the compassion.

We brought our two small dogs here to be groomed for the first time by this particular groomer. We typically go to their sister location in Gahanna but their groomer was on leave. It might have been our fault for not specifying what we wanted but we definitely did not get the same treatment. Our two little dogs were buzzed with a guard and no bath ($50 x 2 + tip)... Live and learn. Overall, they look fine and seemed to have been cared for.

The staff at this office have always been helpful and welcoming to our family. We have the most experience with Dr. Mutchler. We originally had the pleasure of being her patient at another facility and were pleasantly surprised to see her at this one as well, as we had moved to the other side of town. I've entrusted my dog's care to her and her colleagues for the full 9 years of her life, and have always had total confidence in the care she has received. They care for her as if she was their own. We have been very pleased with Dr Eaton and her staff. Our dog loves to board with them!Dr. Eaton took the time to answer all of our questions and concerns when our dog became very ill. She is extremely knowledgeable and caring. My daughters had many concerns about our fur baby having surgery. She took the time to answer all of our questions and we all left feeling confident that he was receiving excellent care, and he did!We are very appreciative of the level of care our dog has received at Animal Hospital of Polaris. UPDATE: DO NOT GO HERE..AVOID!!! Since the pandemic this office has gotten worse with no respect towards the pets/owners. They can’t keep a consistent vet in office for one..for the others: In the last 8 months I’ve had a vet completely not provide medication, because she didn’t want to, to my cat that gets upper respiratory infections (we were there for that, she failed to tell my bf who was there this) without asking us more on the cat’s history, they didn’t provide my dogs any of their food/medications for 4 full days of boarding (the one is allergic to chicken and was fed their food with chicken for 4 days…she and my 2nd dog had a HORRIBLE reaction due to this), a vet told me that the food I give to my dog is not good enough/ and talked down to me basically saying how I cared for my pets was wrong, then giving my pet a higher dose of meds (over .4 pounds) when he is consecutively under that for the last 5 years…this is just a few of the red flags. We have stayed due to the awesome nature of the vet techs…but that’s the only thing they have going for them at this point. I miss the old manager that was there and was turning this place around. Overall in the last 8 months it’s like this office doesn’t care about the health of the pets that go there…PLEASE do your pet the best and find a new location.I was referred here by a friend who passed this location on his way to work. My male dog woke up in so much pain one morning I didn’t know where to take him as I had just moved and didn’t have his vet anymore. Called and they had me in right away! I loved that the staff is always super friendly (only once was the lady at the front desk a little irritated). I saw Dr. Schwarze and she was amazing at explaining everything to me! Even followed up with personal phone calls to see how my boy was doing. She also understood not everyone has all the money upfront for tests and makes plans on when to get the tests done and stuff based off of what you are able to do! I have recommended them to my friends who have been looking for a new vet. This place is truly amazing, so glad I went to them! Wouldn’t trust anyone else with my pets.

Animal Care Center is great! Baxter has dietary and skin issues that the doctors at the Care Center have been able to treat. My dog is healthy and happy because of the excellent care he receives at the Animal Care Center. I use them also for day care and for boarding. The doctors and staff are friendly and caring. I can tell they have a genuine love of pets.

Dont board your pets here unless you want them to become malnourished and catch Kennel Cough.Every time we board here, our dog Millie comes back thirsty and hungry.Now we've just gotten back from a 1 week vacation and shes lost weight AND has a cough despite being vaccinated. Her little eyes look sunken in and shes been sleeping all day. We called to check on her during our vacation and they neglected to tell us any of this.This is the third strike for us. We brought up our concerns politely before we dropped her off and it looks like we were completely ignored. They also didnt give her a grooming, which we paid extra for.We won't be taking our pets here any longer. We simply no longer feel safe taking them here. I encourage everyone reading this comment to find a better vet.

We volunteer for a rescue that uses PACC and have always had a great experience. Every one is kind and passionate about the animals. We hardly ever have to wait long to see a vet or vet tech.

I took my dog, Rocky, in for vaccinations and a nail trim yesterday and the service was excellent! The staff was very courteous from the time I dropped Rocky off to the time he was picked up by my wife later in the day. I have been taking my terrier mix to Animal Hospital of Polaris for over 3 years and he absolutely enjoys his time there. Their convenient hours are also a plus for us with our busy schedules. I was able to drop him off early in the morning and pick him up later in the day, I love the fact they are open on weekends as well! Thank you AHOP for making my experience the best it can be and taking great care of my furry friend!

Had a great experience with taking my cat in. Staff was super friendly. We were in and out pretty quick.So at first review the visit went well.The second visit was awful. I would not take cat there for any surgery. The room smelled and seemed it had not been cleaned.Update-I took my cat in for teeth cleaning and ended up spending the night at the OSU animal hospital.Leo was scheduled for teeth cleaning in the morning and they didn’t perform until late afternoon. No x-rays were done. When I went to pick up my cat Leo at nearly the closing time he was not doing well because the antiseptic had not worn off.He ended up having an infection.

Dr. Schwarze is an excellent veterinarian. She really cares about your pet and takes the time to explain everything. We have enjoyed our experience with the other Animal Care Center of Polaris staff. Simone is very caring and has been very helpful in loading and unloading our Golden Retriever from the car. Cory does an excellent job listening to her customers and providing great customer service.
