Great ice cream at a great price. Staff is always friendly and good at their job. Plenty of room to sit inside. It's also located near a park with benches to sit outside if you prefer. This also provides a great opportunity to burn off that extra sugar.

They are lucky they are in a small town. Because this business wouldn't survive anywhere else, it is poorly run and owned. You call in your order and these kids that work there only see one thing and that's an order at a time. So you walk in and pick it up and there's people in front of you, and they're doing their orders one at a time as your food is getting cold after you've already. Not at one point did they say has anybody called in a order here.

This place was good. Easy, fast and efficient with their service. The woman even came out to my car ahead of time to get my order. Mine was a simple chocolate malt as usual and it's a nice little place.

Spent all day at a showing and went for a quick bite before the long drive home with our children. Ordered our food waited outside twenty minutes got our food left only to find the order was wrong and was completely missing items only to be asked if we would wait even longer for the order to be corrected which I refused and asked for a refund and then asked even again if I wanted a remake I dont think this place views their customers times as valuable. I wonder if that would change if we started sending invoices for our time they waste when an order is wrong.

I've literally gone here my entire life, the staff was always a 10/10. But lately a few of the youngest have been extremely rude. Punching holes in cones, messing up flurries, closing the window in people's faces ? I don't plan on coming back for a while. Service has gone downhill.

Over all a great experience. The Mushroom Alumni is def a must have as is their pizza. If you more in the mood for sweets, try their awesome variety of blizzards, homemade sandwiches like the Viking Bar, or a cone!

There ice cream is souch better Tony's in Ottawa. Just sad a little the they had to raise there prices. I understand they have to but $4.25 for a flurries I think is a little high.

My KLAUSING family is from Leipsic and I have been going to eat since birth. Fantastic people, great bite to eat and amazing ice cream (vanilla chocolate rolled in nuts) WOO HOO. Covid needs to end so I can get one soon!
