Just wanting to add to my review, the new store is really coming together and looks great but the staff is not the best. One in particular, I am unsure of her name but she is tattooed and appears to be a manager but is not very helpful to other staff when it’s busy and is typically playing around on her phone or talking about smashing store equipment that is not working.Always make sure to double check your food, orders and paid for a 6pc chicken strip basket with BBQ sauce and paid for the extra sauce and no gravy. What I actually got was a 4 piece and no BBQ sauce.

We have been coming here for years, however we are done. The service over the past few months is hit or miss. Tonight we stopped in and the girl that was getting the ice cream was not pleasant. She wasn’t putting the effort in to make things the way they should be. She acted bothered about having to make anything. My daughter got a dish and it was less than half the size that it usually is. I got a blizzard and the one side was just vanilla. The other side had a little bit of the mix but when I stirred it , all the butterfinger was in the bottom of the cup. She didn’t make an effort to mix it at all. The person of front of us got 3 milkshakes and they were watery looking. We recently stopped at the Columbiana location for a fundraiser and their service/products was excellent. It a farther drive but one we will be making for future DQ visits.😕

My sister & I Love this place!! The people who own it now are great & the worker's are beyond fabulous... They are kind fun they actually make You feel like they are so happy to see You. Not many worker's make you feel like that!! This place is the best!!

Not even worth one star. Order a small M&M blizzard, basically pay 5 dollars for a cup of vanilla ice cream. Then when you say something they give you a dumb stare. Guess you have to pay extra to get the normal at other DQs.

Disappointed in size of ice cream servings before they were even placed on the counter, I asked for my money back. Alex said no refunds. I asked to speak to the manager. She said she is one. I asked to speak to her boss. She left my sight, supposedly called Bill, who supposedly said no refunds. I said I had wanted to speak to him myself. She called again in my sight but out of earshot, and again did not let me speak to him. Returning to the counter, she said he had left it up to her. I said "Please, refund my money". She again said, he had left it up to her, but added, whether she had the police escort me out! I had not so much as raised my voice, no curse words, no threats, just asked for my money back. Upon being threatened by Alex, I asked for fresh servings as those had been sitting out. She made some other comment about not losing her job over this. I took the fresh ice creams, said you apparently aren't worried about losing a customer, and left. Over the years, our family has come to celebrate birthdays with DQ ice cream cakes. This has always been our go-to store, but never again.

Food was okay besides the cashier forgetting to put something in my bag. Ordered ice cream cones for my son and I, we ate them, then opened the food to realize it was missing something.... Went back to the restaurant since we were just next door and told the cashier it was missing and she got it for me right away. As I was walking away the other girl working decided to chime in, thinking I couldn't hear her. She said that the missing item isn't included and it's extra and then said in a snarky tone "and why is she just now opening her food?"So I turned right around and showed her my order (mobile order) and told her that it IS included and told her we obviously ate our ice cream cones first since they would, ya know, MELT if we ate the food first 🤦‍♀️ She turned around and ignored me, no apology or anything. Not sure if we'll be back. I think we'll stick with the Columbiana Dairy Queen.

We used to stop here every Monday and Thursday after karate. No more. The portions are now about half the previous amt, and runny. We registered our concerns, and received a very rude response. I don't appreciate being talked down to, and said so. The manager was phoned, and we were told that they could have the police escort us out. REALLY? FOR ICE CREAM?

Pleasantly surprised with the good food and good service at this location. I've been to other Dairy Queens that the service was lacking and so was the horrible food. Not this one. The food was hot and the employees were friendly and accommodating

Lady at counter was offended by my brand new truck and that I actually carry big bills and use real money she wouldn’t change a 50 $ after being open long enough and clearly had enough business to have had change.. absolutely a miserable woman .....period

Very unprofessional. The blizzard I got was supposed to be turned upside down or next one free. She argued with me about it. My husband asked for and paid for Carmel in his. And there wasn't any in it... Never again will I go to leetonia Ohio DQ.. it's a disgrace to the name. And I really wish cooperate would just pay a surprise visit to this location and see how their employees are!!!

Pros: Food tasted good. There's something about combining white bread with beef and sugar with milk that is very satisfying.Cons: service was slow. Staff seemed undertrained. The cashier got my order wrong. Then, my total came to 17.06. I gave her a $20, and she typed it in her register, which of course showed 2.94 in change. Then I said "oh, I have six cents." And of course she became extremely confused and I had to explain to her that 2.94 + .06 = $3.00, and that by taking the six cents and giving me the $3, the outcome would be exactly the same.Then, she forgot to charge us for the extra toppings in our blizzard. That's great for us, but at 89 cents per extra topping, and surely a high profit margin on such an item, I'd definitely be a little upset about it if I were the owner. Again, undertrained.My girlfriend's order of a Bacon Cheeseburger did not have any bacon on it, and our blizzards had ice cream running down the side of the cup.It seems like all of these items could be fixed with better management, more efficient workflow, and additional training.That being said, I'm sure we'll go back seeing as it's the only fast food place in town and sometimes a Blizzard really hits the spot.

Leetonia DQ is the nicest DQ out there. Everyone is really nice and friendly and I have to let them know they did an AMAZING job on my cat’s cake. I had tears in my eyes when I saw it. Her picture was perfect and the cake was decorated so nicely. We were so thankful. Thank you guys!

Not very Profesional got mad because we turned our cup upside down to see if the blizzard would fall out like most of them serve it that way. The waitress said if that would have fell out you would have been cleaning it up. We simply asked I thought that it was ok and she said no that's only at participating locations. We then said you need a sign letting people know that. She then got mouthy and making a big deal of it no ice cream was spilt and no mess was maid your in customer service lean how to keep your mouth shut.
