Today was our first appointment for our puppy Lola and the staff was so attentive and genuinely caring. Lola had 2 shots today and she didnt make any fuss or pull away or anything but sit on the tech's lap munching on treats. Thank you all for answering my questions and for making our first appointment such an Awesome experience. We have definitely found our forever vet would highly recommend BARK to everyone we know!!!!

Called with what seemed to me as an emergency about my Chihuahua. And they calmly suggested I feed him turkey/rice or chicken/rice mix. He was better by evening, and back to being himself by Monday. Great folks. It was about helping and not about money. Recommend. Thanks BARK for helping my little buddy Diego. God Bless you 🙏

Had our dog put to sleep today. Was a very traumatic for us. The staff was unbelievable with their understanding and concern. It was like it was their dog. They were in no hurry to get us in and out. Gave us much needed time to spend our last minutes with our baby. Knew exactly what to say and just sat there with us. Thank you for making this so much easier to handle

Highly recommend. The staff is caring and knowledgeable, Dr. O’Donnell is very good at what she does and is clearly in the field because of a passion for animals. She gives honest opinions about issues your pet may have and procedures she would or would not recommend when making you aware of options. She was recommended to me by a friend and I’m so glad we began taking our pets to her.

Thank you for sending the letter explaining the alleged inappropriate comments according to your staff, hearsay.My husband is a honorable man, disabled 100% USAF veteran, who has several health issues, not to be disclosed.However, I requested to have the courtesy to return at least 50% of the money we paid for simply popping a pimple twice to my daughters cat.Quite frankly I wasn’t happy with your services. I just went along with my daughters wishes.When a doctor decides to no longer see a patient, usually they take highly road and send a letter on TIMELY matter so the patient is not caught out off guard. It was very unexpected and disrespectful to my daughter and her cat.On top of that, you claimed on the that we did not follow instructions when WE DID and told you, we tried to call again because it came back to make another appointment. That was when we found out that we were no longer welcomed in your office. Yet you told my daughter that you want to “create relationships with your patients.” It seems like you want to create that with my WALLET. My daughter didn’t need to make a prepayment, wait an hour of her time, missing work, for this.Happy trails.Leila S.Ps. Just send the money we don't want to hear from you ever again. At least have the courtesy to meet me half way. 50%.

Couldn't be a nicer more compassionate staff and Dr. o' Donnell- Faust is equally knowledgeable and compassionate. My 13 1/2 year old Lab passed away and they felt the loss as I did and helped with all of the arrangements. After having him for a patient for years and giving him all of the regular care and getting him through a couple of bugs, they were feeling the loss along with me. Now they will make sure Joe's little buddy and companion will stay healthy and happy throughout his life.

Made a false accusation about some inappropriate comments made by my step father while I, the main owner of my cat, was not present at the time. Refused not only to see my cat again (even without the man) but also refused to explain what the comment was and lied about sending a letter regarding dismissal for over two months (note the time of this incident took place on September 30th 2022). I requested it once again and they have YET to send this letter of dismissal as of today Dec 5th.Not to mention the first time we went to their clinic, the doctor was over 45 minutes late to OUR OWN appointment because she was having an idle unprofessional conversation with the patients before us that we could clearly hear from the examination room.Unprofessional and unreasonable people.EDIT: it seems I have gotten word back from the doctor herself. I just wanted to say thank you for reaching out in the first place and taking the time to respond.I do not condone the possible alleged words or actions of a family member who forced himself to go without MY knowledge, I assumed my mother, who is a woman of color, would be the only one to take him. I have only called assuming everything was okay but I wanted to know what the comments where specifically as this is NOT the first time.I apologize but I bring this review up as someone who does NOT share the same political views and feeling as if the office was directly punishing my mother, again a woc, and me, a woman of mixed race who is also part of the lgbt community, because of a man I do not agree and have to deal with forcefully. I feel judged as someone who has witnessed family hit with racist remarks.I requested the letter from your office and they told me over the phone that it would be sent. Nothing was sent which is why I ask again and why I feel that this was unfair in the first place. They mentioned they sent the letter and I have yet to receive it, so something is not following through in your officeAs for the 45 minutes late while I do agree creating a relationships with the client is valid, this was not the case for myself as you didn't waste your time to talk or converse with us. Above that, my TIME is sensitive and I had to head to work before this appointment. I couldn't reschedule as I paid a deductible already. So if you're telling me that I HAVE to wait almost an HOUR to have you loudly talk then this is where I disagree and where I believe what you are doing is unethical from your end.

I have been a client here for several years. This is a great facility staff is so always kind, patient and knowledgeable. Dr. Margee is the best. I have had the typical Standard visits-also I’ve had very sick kittens to a chronically ill heeler named K that they took amazing care of. Also, as sad as it was when I finally had to say goodbye to K these people, every one of them were amazing. They even took the time and made a keepsake paw print and gave me a clipping of her hair. And with all the sad comes the happy and I now have our new puppy under her care as well and I know he will get the best care as well- can’t say enough about this place

I called them today and got an appointment for my sick pup. My now, old vet was too busy to see him! The soonest they would see him was Friday! He’s not eating or drinking and is a Yorkie. He couldn’t wait until Friday! I now have a new veterinarian. Everyone was so nice! What a great place. ❤️ I would highly recommend this clinic. I will be back.

I literally could not imagine taking my dogs anywhere else. Dr. O is the ABSOLUTE best in the good times and the bad. You also could not ask for a better office staff. They’re the kind that get so excited to see your pet every single time, and always get on the floor for some puppy love. (And by puppy I mean any aged dog :) )

Change your google profile since you no longer serve all the areas you used to.. And be more specific about the services you provide. You are a "mobile vet" that is only mobile 1 day a week..I was so hopeful that I would be able to put my pet down in the comfort of his home... but I guess I just dont live close enough for the "mobile vet" to travel

Very nice and friendly staff . Very clean establishment. The veterinarian really cares about the care of your anaimal. They respond on Facebook even when they are closed . So happy we found this vet for our pups!!!! Wish I could rate more stars !!
