For those who think homemade donuts are a thing of the past, this place is for you. Theirs are 'old recipe' homemade. Nestled in the small downtown area of beautiful Leesburg, Ohio, is this little gem. They have everything from a simple glazed donut or cookie right up to beautiful wedding cakes.

Casey knocked it out of the park! The cake she made for our wedding was superb, and the cupcakes as well all were phenomenal. She came to our wedding and set it up and made sure it’s presentation matched how it tasted. I would strongly recommend everyone going to visit their shop and try it for themselves. My wife and I live an hour away but will be making the trip out just to have the delicious baked good they make here again and again!

Very fair price for the beautiful custom cake. I asked for an Animal Crossing themed cake for a baby shower I was throwing, and Batter Up Bakery really delivered on everything I wanted. It was beautiful, and the cake was delicious.

They built my son a custom "Cars" themed cake and I gotta say...THEY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND!It looked great and tasted amazing! Their doughnuts were great as well! Our family will be return customers for sure.

Although I wish they were open everyday, it is an amazing place to get morning donuts. Nice selection of donuts, cupcakes, and cookies with a fast and easy checkout. Every staff member I have met was friendly and inviting.Their birthday cakes are also amazingly well done!

Batter Up Bakery is the best to get donuts from. They have really good items to choose from that are delicious. I just tried a Frappe for the first time and it was AMAZING. However, I'm only giving 3 stars because this is the only time I've been able to get a Frappe. Any time I go in there they never have The stuff to make one and it's very frustrating. Other than that the staff is so friendly and very welcoming.

Batter Up Bakery is a local gem with delicious treats and wonderful, sweet staff. My husband and I had Casey and the ladies do our wedding cake and cupcakes and they were perfect, delicious and moist. They try to source local ingredients for fresh flavors and there are so many combinations from which to choose! My mother-in-law loooves the strawberry cake so we try to get one for holiday gatherings. Also, you have to try their donuts and cookies..mmmm 😋

My 1st time coming here. They greeted you when you walked in. Asked if you were looking for anything special. By the time I got there it was late afternoon and they were pretty much sold out of everything. But the nice lady said, if you see anything you want,I can make it in the back. Who does that?So of course,we walked out of there with delicious donuts,brownies, and the softest(if that makes sense)cookies I've ever had. You definitely have to go there!!

This place is outstanding!! The bakery items are amazing but the people are even better! They have gone out of their way multiple times to deal with my daughter's weird food allergy. They are always great to work with. I would recommend any day!

Best local baker around! They have an unwavering dedication to quality products! Items are made from scratch and DELICIOUS! Very active in the community as well. Whether you are after donuts, cupcakes, cookies, brownies (OMG THE BROWNIES), or candy, Batter Up Bakery will satisfy your sweet tooth! PS - they sell white and chocolate milk from a local dairy as well.

I'm not really a Donut or Pastry eater, but We stopped in to grab something sweet to have after Our Pizza from Next Door! While watching Our Box Fill up, I spotted a lovely Brownie that seemed to have my name on it so I chose ONE! Everyone seemed pleased with the contents from the Box and My choice of that Brownie turned out to be one of the Best I've ever had! This was made even all the more memorable as My Parents are from LEESBURG! A very nice addition to an already Memorable Day! Batter Up, " HOMERUN! 🥇

Mother’s Day cake was very badly put together. We said “hey, but it will probably taste good!” It did not. I do not recommend. Cake was awful and I paid far too much trying to support a small town bakery.

I don't go to Leesburg much so it was my first visit today. Got there at 2 in the afternoon so I didn't expect much to be left. But I got 1 long john . I read where the Alkires recipes were being used here and I believe it. The texture of the breadwas just what I remembered from years ago. Can't wait to return for a cream horn. I remember them being so good at Alkires. They were very flakey. If the cream horns are as expected I will add another star.
