Used to be one of the best and loved it. Now it is dirtier and the staff especially the mgr. Delia are very rude. Will never go to this one again.*update* went today and they randomly closed at 3;30 although supposed to be open til 6. Employees are as nasty as the store. See photo

I love to give back to the community and donate things I no longer need. This place is great for that and also to do some shopping. They have a great selection at a great price. Locally here in Lebanon. Highly recommend visiting.

The prices here can be twice retail. Today I found a bicycle for $150 that sells at retail for $79.00You want to be sure to check retail pricing before buying anything at this Goodwill.

I mean,, it's goodwill. You have to really dig to find clothing that's attractive, in good shape and your size as they often are not in the proper area by size. Nothing worse than seeing the PERFECT item on your size rack only to discover it 3 sizes too big or to small!Some of the employee are very friendly and helpful. And equal number of them, well, aren't.But it's a thrift store so you can't expect perfection!**** UPDATE: JULY 2022 ****New store hours are make going there almost prohibitive if you work weekdays as it closes at 4:00! Those of us who rely on being able to find bargain items to accommodate our budget have to go elsewhere for items.

Lead manager rolled her eyes as we asked for help as if she was so put out. Wasn't helpful AT ALL. Didnt want anything to do with being helpful.very disappointed since we are regulars! Store obviously needs better employees with better attitudes.

There was a jacket I really liked. It was a yellow tag(full price). It had what looked like bleach spots on the cuff. I thought it shouldn't be full price. Everyone was very curious and helpful. I enjoy this store a lot. You have fantastic discounts. I always save so much . Thank you

1st time 2 this Lebanon GW.. Store was super clean and sale flier is listed on the end of aisles. Stopped 2 look for capris and womens shorts and jeans separated by size, but the shirts, not so much.. Anything 1x and above are just grouped together in 1.5 aisle. Will definitely stop back when in area again.

They were having a 50% off everything sale....the store was pretty crowded, but everyone seemed pleasant and polite about making room for people to pass. Found some great bargains. Cashier was pleasant and friendly, in spite of the busy day.

They really have very little to choose from in here. Maybe people don't donate anything anymore. I don't know. Clothes for men are small. No furniture at all. It's like they pick thru the good stuff, or people just don't donate any more. They have nothing, but at least it's goodwill, so go look just don't plan on finding anything that fits or something worth buying. Maybe the CD's can't beat $2 for music. No dressers y'all. No chairs. No tables,but it's a donation center. Seams like they would have more there

Annoying! I wanted to buy a jacket that had a white sales tag but no price on the tag at the Lebanon store on Main Street. The staff, including the manager, could not sell it to me without a price. So I asked what the most expensive price was for coats in the store and I was told $14.99 so I said then fine I'll pay full price of $14.99. I was told I still couldn't buy the coat because the person who prices merchandice was gone for the day and she's the only one who can price merchandice! This happened to me a year ago when I wanted to buy a picture that wasn't priced. Its Goodwill for gods sake not Saks Fifth Avenue. So a store that provides profits to programs in need lost a sale today over some rule that makes zero sense. Why can't a manager price the item for a customer? This system of pricing needs to change. I was told the person who prices items will be in on Sunday after 10:00 a.m. so I could come back then and the item would more than likely be priced, but I'd have to find it on the rack because they couldn't hold the item for me. Absolutely absurd.

Tremendous selection and great prices - you can find anything here, from clothes to electronics to dishware.It is the cleanest Goodwill I've ever been to, and the staff treats you as if you were shopping at Macy's or Saks. This is a legitimately good store with great staff and even better options, likely due to the affluent portion of individuals who live in Lebanon and the surrounding areas who donate.I found a blazer/jacket/suit coat that fit perfectly and looked great for under $12 - I would have paid $500-600 retail. Goodwill is great for those on a tight budget, and this is location one of their finest examples!

Nicest Goodwill I've ever been too. Room to push a cart, and although some things seem a little pricy, they have great deals on books and clothes most days. Really clean and great employees!

We tried donating some things, didn't realize they don't take tv's and the book cabinets where the shelves and doors only needed adjusted (after being laid on side in the move) in order to look almost brand new we were told weren't nice enough. Manager was very rude and obviously ignorant.

The selection is large. The store is organized and appears clean. The items appear to be clean and mostly like new condition except for clothing. They run a lot of specials and the price is usually very affordable.

I flippin hated it because there was a grumpy old lady when i asked for a price of a mini canvas she said i dont know and put it under the register and i was even more mad when they dont return your money but give you a dumb discount you probably will never use

Always my go to place to buy clothes and other random things. They ALWAYS have deals going so if you go today i can pretty much guarantee a section of the store will be 50% off.

The store had a terrible odor at the entrance but was fine inside. An ok place for secondhand clothes, but housewares and furniture were sorely lacking.

I wish they would notify their consumers that there are no returns when there's a discount. I tried stuff off on home because the fitting rooms were so crowded, then they wouldn't let me return. Wasted time and money.
