I wish I could give them a zero. Working with this pharmacy has been an absolute nightmare. It has been over a week without my prescription and they have been back and forth with my drs and nothing is resolved. They aren’t taking any ownership of their part in this problem and they told me it was MY job to talk to my dr and get this fixed. They basically never answer their phones and when they do they are unprofessional and rude.

First they didn't have our prescription. Then they wouldn't answer the phone when other pharmacies called to get it transferred. Then they said they'd transferred it when they hadn't. Then they said they couldn't transfer it to one place because they claimed they'd sent it to another, who didn't actually have it. My child spent two extra hours sick and in pain because of these antics, which I'm told by other pharmacies they are notorious for. We'll be transferring all our prescriptions elsewhere.
