Was a bit skeptical as their services were a bit pricey compared to what we’re used to, but the service was absolutely fantastic. The online booking process was easy and they made sure to send out friendly reminders before our appointment. Heather took care of our Aussie, and she did a fantastic job. She was knowledgeable and efficient and took the time to ensure she understood what we wanted. The shop was clean and everyone we interacted with was extremely friendly. 10/10 service, we’ll be back for sure!

Barkers Barbershop for Dogs is AMAZING! We took our 8 month old mini-schnauzer there for the first time today and my wife and I could not be more pleased. Our boy Winston is so soft, smells wonderful and his haircut is just perfect. He had never been to a groomer before today and they were so understanding of this and did such a wonderful job. We will be coming back here all the time and I would highly highly recommend them to anyone looking for a groomer. Thank you!

We have taken our baby Bentley to Kim for a few months now, and we are always so happy with his haircuts. And the bowties haha. Bentley has a history of not being so calm with his grooming. But somehow, Kim is able to work her magic every time. He’s beginning to get used to her and even gets excited to see her. Normally, I would be nervous to drop Bentley off for grooming. But I have such peace of mind taking him to Kim. Thank you so much, Kim for taking such great care of our Bentley and giving him such beautiful cuts!!!

Second trip to Barkers, Duke is a six month old, Old English Bulldog. High energy ! No problem for this shop. Duke loves Barkers, I have to drag him out there. Very good job and I love that they are able to grind his nails. This all keeps me calm as well . 😂

I don’t even understand what just happened! I just had the worst interaction with these people for no apparent reason.I have a small business and it really hurts my feelings when people are mean so I try to be really respectful when I have a complaint.I was here twice with my Westie. The first time Heather cut his hair and she did a great job! It was expensive but I was really happy with the way he looked so I brought him back. The second time Erika cut his hair and l wasn't as happy. I reached out to them on Facebook messaging to explain the things that I was not happy with. I really wanted to bring it to their attention so it could be addressed and also I thought maybe they would offer me coupon for the future. I NEVER asked for a refund and I was really polite about it. You would not believe the rude response I got! I had every intention of going back to this place but booking with Heather next time. These people didn't apologize, told me they don't offer refunds (even though I never asked for one), made a ton of excuses and shamed me for taking what I thought was a free sticker! Then this person called me mam and told me to have the day I deserve and to take my business elsewhere! Don't worry, I will.

I love taking my dog Enzo there they are all awesome, I would recommend anyone to take their dogs to Barkers. They have a amazing team of groomers. They love Enzo as if he was one of their furbabies.

We love Hannah and her new staff. They all do a great job and have positive energy. The shop is always clean and smells nice. They only use natural products as well so our dog does not come home smelling like strong perfume. I love the quick service model so our dog is in and out within an hour, usually. Other places can take 2-3 hours or more and this stresses out my pet. My dog comes home happy now and I am very grateful. Highly recommend!

I just took my golden doodle puppy for her second grooming with Barkers! Not only did their staff provide a wonderful grooming experience for my pup, but they listened to and answered all questions I had! At both visits Hannah and her staff greeted my puppy and made sure she felt comfortable entering in the grooming area! They were down at her level giving her lots of love and affection and truly made her feel at home! They are so patient and kind! I would highly recommend Barkers for any grooming needs!! We will be returning costumers!

Barkers was great with our ridiculously nervous pup! Ten out of ten, won't go anywhere else again. Update several months later, still going here, still great. Pup is handling their service much better now that she knows them. I especially appreciate the scheduling system and the available services just to do nails and small add-ons in between full grooming sessions. Staff are always so sweet to her, easy decision to return.

Took my puppy here who has only been groomed once since we got her and Hannah was so friendly too me and my puppy, making both of us feel comfortable. She did a great job, my puppy's hair cut looks so good! And she did a great job with her nails too. I will definitely be bring my puppy back here. Hannah also does a great job with communication on scheduling, grooming our pup, and making sure he gets all the attention he deserves! Last week I took my 6 month old golden doodle, Maggie, to Barkers for grooming. Hannah and her staff are the best groomers you will ever find! Maggie loves to go to Barkers and she is treated with such care and respect each time she goes! Not only do Hannah and her team do a wonderful job of grooming but they truly take care of your pet! I think one of my favorite things about Barkers is that as soon as Maggie walks in the door the entire staff greets her by name, the groomer knows what package she’s getting that day, they always ask how Maggie has been, and they’re 100% prepared as soon as we walk in the door! To schedule online is a breeze and the text reminders of your appointment are so so helpful!! We are Barkers clients for life!

I brought my 4 month old Pomeranian puppy for his first visit today and we both had a great experience! He was a little nervous going in. I was a little worried about how well he would behave. But the girls in the shop were not only professional, they obviously are dog lovers as well who are willing to take their time to make sure your puppy enjoys the process. He came out clean and fluffy and smiling. (Yes, you know that face when a dog smiles.) I have already made my next appointment! I Highly recommend Barkers!

Wow, first time here but we have already booked our dogs through the end of the year. They came out and talked about what we wanted and what they thought was best for our dog. When we returned our dog was finished and very calm. He didn't seem to mind the process at all. You can tell when people actually like animals.

My dog Ace got his first groom here today and the whole experience was wonderful! The appointment was very easy to book and I received text confirmation and appointment time reminders. Hannah was very kind and sweet (to both me and Ace). Ace was done very quickly and he looks amazing! She did exactly what I asked her to do. He is a very shy/timid boy and while he was excited to leave when I came to pick him up, he does not seem stressed out like he usually does post grooming appointment (from other facilities). Pricing is very reasonable as well. We will absolutely be return customers and will recommend Barkers to everyone we know looking for a groomer!

Wonderful place to bring your fur babies. I have two pomeranian mixes, Hannah and her team did a fantastic job with them. We did the full groom, with that they are so much more comfortable and their cuts are absolutely adorable. They were extremely flexible with us and the customer service was exceptional. As soon as me and my partner walked into this place to get our Chico boy his teeth brushed and nails clipped, we had good vibes. Our dog is very nervous and usually doesn't cooperate when being groom. They did an outstanding job keeping him still and calm. Great playful environment and I will definitely be returning!

Way toooo boujeee! Love the service to the doggies but they NEVER ANSWER the phone, like Covid is over. This is a disservice to your customers. Also, the online appt is either broke or they have an algorithm to upcharge you after a while...there is no option to book a "small" dog Full service for me anymore....and they don't answer the phone so you have to drive all the way to Lebanon to ask them a question.

This was the first groomer I've used for our 2 Cockapoo puppies. We had a great experience! The owner was really sweet with them and they felt completely comfortable. My dog always comes home smelling amazing and she's so soft! They are patient with her (she's a little timid), provide easy scheduling, convenient times, and the shop doesn't feel gross or smell like so many other groomers. I will caveat that you get what you pay for, so pricing isn't cheap, but it's worth it for the quality service you receive.
