I remember shopping at Young's when I was a child with my Grandmother. It's a nice store. Very friendly. I still shop there when I come down to visit my Grandma house. She's been dead for years.

Nice hometown grocery store. Polite employees that seem to be well versed in there customer service. Felt extremely appreciated as a customer. I enjoy the deli area when I'm in town for work and can I tell you there food is pretty tasty. All in all I'm super satisfied when I go into Young's Market because when I leave I know my needs are met. Recommended for sure.

As for variety and availability, not a bad place at all for a small town market. And prices weren't too bad. Unfortunately there was no sign posted about a "cover up" (I was wearing an outfit with shorts and a tube top) and about 15 minutes into my shopping someone came up to me and told me my outfit was against policy, and I was asked to get a cover up or leave. I appreciate it is a family owned business and they can make their own policies, but at least have them clearly posted. And don't wait until the customer has most of their stuff gathered. 🙄 And I thought my town was conservative.

Young’s family market is a great place to get everything you need. Very friendly staff and great prices. They really make you feel like family there. Very clean and safe with wearing masks and making it safe for all of us. None of us like wearing masks but it is what it is. We all have to do it. Is it pleasant no but if it keeps all of us small businesses open than so be it. As a small business owner I don’t like it but we could be shut down. So everyone just needs to be patient and follow the rules. Young’s are just being there for us and having their business convenient for us. This store was very clean. Employees were helpful. They enforced the mask mandate which made me feel comfortable to shop there. My husband is takes medication to lower his immune system due to a organ transplant. His blood oxygen is a bit lower and so he shouldn't wear a mask however he could get really sick if he doesn't wear the mask. Thank you for watching out for the people and for enforcing the mandate.

This store is very well organized! It's got a really nice flow to it the way you navigate the store. The boxes of cereal are all nice and in a straight row as well as everything else in the store. I like going here because it's quick and easy to find what I'm after.They also have apple cider from the laurelville fruit farm as well!

I live close by and have been going here since I was 15 years old. I will be 52 in a couple of weeks. This is one of those stores that has been built on that meat department and the deli! They usually have the best deals on meat better than you can even get at the large grocery stores on in the bigger towns. I am pretty sure they also have charcoal and stuff if you are camping cooking out or whatever. Same owners on the gas station which is where the store part of it originated at. Probably anything they wouldn't have inside the store would be over at the gas station. We absolutely love the meat department and the deli. I could have said that the other way around we absolutely love the deli and the meat department. Now don't you guys go raising prices on things if you start getting a bunch of business over this review! Keep it down for us locals that have been regular good customers for years!

It was a standard small town grocery store. The staff was friendly and the store was clean. It definitely felt like some things were missing, for example there was barely anything gluten free. Again, I didn't expect there to be, but would have been nice as my wife is severely allergic. Overall, if you need groceries and you don't need anything special, I'd definitely recommend going here.

Only about 10 mins from the cabin we were staying at for the weekend. They had a pretty great selection like most chain markets. A deli, a bakery, a decent beer selection. This is were we stocked up on food for the weekend and we had no complaints. Easy to get to, decent pricing and pretty great service.

Nice special prices on pork chops. Got 4 nice chops for $2.63 ($1.39/lb) I never see prices like that @ Walmart.

I moved to Laurelville a little over a year ago, and have always had the best experience at both the grocery store and gas station. I can always find what I need, and the employees are always so kind and helpful! It’s sad to see someone trying to slander this family’s business just because they feel entitled to not wearing a mask. I will continue to shop here and support this hard working and amazing establishment. Keep up the good work!!

I've been coming to this store for over a decade now & this is also one of my fave local stores in this area. We come here when we are on this side of town. Prices vary so look out for their deals especially meats. I hope you guys are all doing well I used to work @ the bank across from this grocery store! Will always support this store. It has always been extremely convenient, even now when I just visit Laurelville to see family. I have never had an issue at the store or with any of the employees. They have always been friendly and chatty. The store is always clean. Brad is always friendly. 10/10 for COVID safety. ~Support local-

If I could I would give this store a negative rating. I have seen the video, read the article, and have done my research about this situation. The bad reviews are not bogus. You do not under any circumstance, tell a customer to Shut up and the manager did it 3 times! Also in the video you can clearly see that the employees are not wearing their masks properly while screaming at this women to wear a mask. Your store DOES NOT HAVE THE RIGHT TO MAKE IT OWN RULES. The customer clearly stated that she had a medical exemption. A store is not aloud to discriminate or segregate under ANY CIRCUMSTANCE. Ohio mandate says you have to honor the exemptions. As you can also see with regards to other bad reviews the owner defends his illegal stance and will not own up his horrible treatment of this customer. This manger should not be managing a store or or working with people. I know this is the only grocery store in town for people here but I think its high time for a change. Young's Market should be shut down. One does not deserve a store or in to be in control of anything when he treats people the way he does. Its not only this customer there have been others who came in without masks saw those videos he was horrible to them as well.

There are not many places in today’s world that I feel at home and welcomed so much. But young’s family market takes the cake of markets I have shopped. This is such a great place to go and shop and support a small town family, and know you are not just another customer. They take care of your needs and make sure you feel at home.

Store owners and employees are extremely rude and verbally abusive. There was a customer without a mask and they harassed her through the whole store. She had a medical exemption. When I see people not wearing a mask I assume that is the case and keep my distance but the store owner got right in her face. Apparently not too worried about getting sick.

Great selection. I was surprised when I moved to Laurelville 5 years ago by the variety of items. Being the only market in town they also are reasonably priced. No price gouging like some small town markets seem to do.Very friendly staff.

Every employee is so friendly and the store has a great variety of products. The Young’s are a great family and have done so much for the community. If you like to support locally owned businesses I highly recommend!

Extremely poor customer service and cashier services. The owner or manager screams in the faces of women and children. He spouts lies that are not fact based or true to the Ohio Mask Order as stated by Dewine on December 3rd. They do not respect or honor mask exemptions and openly disrespect women and children while not having their masks on over their nose and mouths properly. We will never give this market a dime after the display we saw from their employees today.

I have friends in the area I hoped to visit with and try to support small local businesses when I have the opportunity but I have seen and heard enough about the owner and his employees to know that I would never spend my money there. I have a medical exemption from mask wearing and I wouldnt want to be treated as rudely as I have seen they treat some of their customers. Shame on them!
