Cute little diner accommodated our family nicely. Waitress was super sweet! They Seemed to enjoy seeing new faces, and kiddos! If you're in the area and need delicious and quick friendly service, this is the place to go! Glad we stopped in!Kid-friendliness: They said they don't have kids visit frequently, but they had high chairs/booster seats and staff were all super friendly!!

Great clean place to eat! You may run into someone you know that goes to Franklin Monroe school .I do when I am in there. Great food ,friendly service even with a smile. Cant beat the price or the delicious food. If You go away Hungry Its your own fault ! .Everyones so nice in there Check them out ! You will be glad you did . The place is always busy ! Great Thanksgiving buffet. They even had deviled eggs which were delicious! Small Mom&Pop restaurant where the folks are mostly local farm people, and they couldn't be nicer. People actually talking to one another and enjoying conversation over a good meal. I love small town charm.The cakes are delicious. All the things I shouldn't have but are too good to resist! Come for a visit, you'll walk away full and satisfied.

Some of the food on the buffet was good. They need to put labels on the food so you know what you are eating. The blonde waitress was too “friendly” with my husband. Jesus. I love how the owner doesn’t even respond.

Our family went there after my uncle's funeral. They had a buffet for us, service was top notch, the place was clean. The food was decent for the most part. The fried chicken was the best thing on the buffet. The cheesy hash browns was next in line. The Meatloaf was okay. The baked beans wasn't nothing to wright home about, tasted like they was straight from the can with some bacon strips added. The only thing that made me think of down home cooking was the chicken.

My first time there. Had the 3pc dark meat chicken dinner with mashed potatoes,gravy and a side salad. Everything was wonderful. Took home the last piece of coconut cream pie. The pie was great, but needed a little more coconut flavor in the filling. Not really complaining. They were very busy, and could have used more help with busing tables.

Love this little country diner and the people that visit here. People are so friendly, food is home cooked good, and their cakes are DELICIOUS! Especially their Mandarin Orange Cake. I shouldn't be eating it, but just don't have the self-discipline to stop myself- it's THAT good!

Heard this was a great place to eat. Arrived 45min before posted closing time. Waitress never saw us until 3 others came in. She told them the grill has already been shut off. Then looked at us and said "oh I didn't see you" . I guess they didn't need the business. All 5 of us walked out.

Now called "Laura's Country Diner" Food is decent but the price is pretty up there! $6 for loaded fries was pretty high. The cheese burgers are good. Im all about cheese burgers and fries from these little places. Can't comment on the other food but the prices could be a little bit cheaper. Otherwise worth a stop in at least once.
