I always get my corn at the Chillicothe store and had been used to seeing it for $8.99 50 lb bag of whole kernel corn. I was in Lancaster and decided to pick up a couple of more bags and it was $11.49 there for the same exact bag. Ridiculous the stores are only 40 miles apart so I went back to Chillicothe store directly from Lancaster and there it is $8.99. that is just uncalled for tractor supply. I can see it a couple hundred miles away because of supply chain differences but these stores are right next to each other

The prices are slightly higher than can be found elsewhere, but the convenience of having a store on the East side of town more than makes up for that on most occasions. The store is dog friendly, which is nice, and the employees almost always greet the dog with a treat at checkout time (ymmv, like everything else). The store itself is slightly disorganized to my mind, and somewhat messy, but again, the convenience is king in this case.

This is by far, the most helpful and supportive TSC I have visited. The team is incredibly helpful and made my mower buying experience painless and easy as possible! The manager was excellent in communication and her team was phenomenal from start to finish. This is actually a 45+ minute drive for me but made the drive twice just because this store was so helpful and had the product/solutions I needed!

I had an excellent experience purchasing a large item from this store. The staff was friendly and helpful when answering questions and giving me access to the floor models. I made the purchase, and they held the item for me a couple of days so I could arrange to pick it up. When I went to pick up my item, they checked my receipt and promptly brought it out near the loading bay where they had instructed me to wait. The forklift operator was cooperative and took care when helping to load the item into the truck bed.I also appreciate seeing a business read and reply to reviews. This reinforces my feeling that the staff wants customers to be satisfied.

Prices are significantly higher than that of Rural King, which would be my only complaint. If you don't get control of your inflated pricing, you will be the next on the chopping block. Furthermore, the fact that you have 2 TSC stores in Lancaster, population 40,000+/-, means that you are cannibalizing your own stores, monopolizing the area, in an attempt to keep the likes of Rural King out. This doesn't mean you're a "bad" store. To the contrary, TSC is a great store. You need to consider adjusting your profit margin expectations and pass the savings on to the customers. The increase in traffic would offset your adjusted net profit expectations, thus appeasing your shareholders.

They had what I needed and were offering to help find another one locally if I needed a second. That's not typical service, these days. Prices and a lack of First Responder/Military discounts make this American company ever able to reach a 4 and not a 5, for us.

I had a gift card I needed some soil and also some quick set concrete. I got the soil from outside no problem went inside looking around the store trying to see if they carried quick set concrete I asked the cashier the young man suggest they did he told me what size bag and how much. When I came back to the register the young man informed me that they did not have it in stock he apologized and said the truck would be in Tuesday and it should be on that truck understandable no problem and told him I'd be in Wednesday that way they won't be no one mom rushing them for a quick set concrete. They have just got anything that you can imagine from hunting too your favorite fur babies food

Our apartment building was on fire early this morning. Tractor Supply graciously not only opened their doors so we could be warm in our nightgowns and pjs and some were barefoot. They brought chairs, water, blankets, soda's and shoes for some and took care of the animals. Tim Horton's (which I will leave a shout on their Google Reviews, brought us hot coffee and donuts.) These are great businesses folks, and I shall not ever forget the hospitality and caring they gave in our time of need. Thanks from Windsor Place Residents! I am a resident and not staff. PS my cat loves that blanket. She sees the dogs on it and she licks their faces while looking at the them. She loves dogs unlike most cats.

You don't make women put there purses by the register when they walk in. I won't be putting my motorcycle sling bag with a $600 dollar helmet by the register. My motorcycle community friends and family will never shop tractor supply again.

I had the pleasure of meeting your employee Vincent. He works in your Lancaster store. He is a good front line representative of your so. Not only did Vincent help me find what I was looking for that was not on the shelf He went in back and looked for it. Which I know u will say that is his job. But if you know how many people would not have looked and tell me if it Wasn't on the shelf you did not have it Vincent was such a pleasure and made my shopping experience worth it. I go here for my outdoor work attire and gloves. The fitted Ridgecut gloves are a perfect and comfortable fit. Same with the canvasy type materialed work pants and shorts.

Great customer service. Friendly staff. I've purchased over 60 fence posts and three rolls of fence weighing 192 pounds a piece and the staff had no problem helping me load it up. Great group of guys and gals. Do not hesitate to give them your business.

March 1, 2020 around 2pm I went shopping its was bitter/sweet.. they had exactly what I was looking for and a wide variety of other products, great prices... BUT the power was out and I had to use the flash light on my cell to do my shopping. I respect it, but it sucked. But the store didnt miss a beat on getting sales today.

The staff are knowledgeable, polite and go out of their way to be helpful. I stopped to buy some cargo straps one afternoon because I was afraid of losing a mattress and box springs I was hauling home in an open trailer. The young man even came out and strapped them down for me!We shop at this Tractor Supply store a lot, for household and farm items because of convenience, variety and the employees.

We love to take our dogs in to shop! Our dogs have only been fed "For Health" brand dog food, and they love it! It's always clean and employees are very friendly to us and our pets! So happy they welcome our pets in the store. We are so glad there's a TSC on the East side of Lancaster!
