I always love visiting Target because it offers a wide variety of trendy clothes, board games and home accessories. Notably, Target has an excellent section of $1-$5 goods that changes seasonally. Also, Target offers exclusive items that can only be purchased at Target, such as specific LEGO sets.

Max (usually behind the service desk/customer service) is a literal angel. I wouldn’t normally write a review on a specific employee per se, but my gosh, he was so kind and took his time. Just really kind, great temperament and personality… an asset to this location for sure! He needs a raise! HahaThanks Max for all your help!

I've shopped at this Target since they opened. The store and restrooms are akways always clean and brightly lit. It is a great place to shop when you first set up your household....on. Their gift registry for weddings and for baby showers is super because it blends with in-store picks and those only available on-line. They work hard to keep their shelves stocked and fronted, have mastered the after-Christmas return process and have reasonably priced clothing and shoes for the entire family. One huge advantage for me over the years with 3 sons has been the ability to get the first dose of medication from their pharmacy generally within an hour of going to the urgent care across the street! Plus there us ample parking and plenty of those red signature shopping carts. Target is a cornerstone of Lancaster in my opinion.

Love the coffee aroma from Starbucks when you first come in. The store is always clean, well stocked and organized. Overall the employees are very friendly. Prices are reasonable.

With the advent of online ordering and curbside pickup, this store has taken its place among the corporate giants in severing the customer service cord. The fact that they have a Starbucks and a serviceable collectibles area near electronics, are two of the reasons I still even shop here. With barely a cashier visible, we are forced to use the self checkout like every other retail store in the area. If you just want to get in, grab your "Starbys" and do some light shopping for those last minute essentials, this will do nicely. If you are having a difficult time finding what you need, you are probably better off firing up your Target app and ordering a pickup.

Target is great , one of my favorite stores of all time.I love this in particular location because I can pick up my prescriptions at their built-in CVS !Flu season shots and vaccinations available too !!!!

Yesterday I was in this store and something unpredictable happened! my baby ended up throwing up on me and on the floor of the store, I didn't know what to do, and the store employee kindly came to help me bringing paper towels to clean me up, he was super kind to me. I have never felt so welcomed as I did in this store. all the employees are to be congratulated! I just love this store even more.

It made my life easier & the quality of items picked were great:) I have migraines & can get hurried to get home before they get horrible...or have to leave without getting everything if I'm triggered. We arrived about 45 minutes before closing, so the store was in disarray but was still up to par. That being said my issue was with the staff. I get it, at the end of the day, you just want to clock out and go home. But when you work in customer service it's literally your job to be personable and respectful to your customers until you're off the clock. Especially when they are being overly apologetic for checking out RIGHT at closing time. I get it everyone had their moments but out of the EIGHT employees that were just standing up front (leaning against the counters and walls, just WAITING for us to walk on the door) only TWO of them said thank you or have a good night etc.

2 female adults & a 7 year old child decided to stop in Target Lancaster Ohio this evening. The way we were followed by Employees was Pathetic. I went separately from my friend & her daughter w/ a basket.Right from the start was 2 females making fun of my friend right as we split apart near women's clothing. I was looking at shower heads and see an employee hiding himself in a bottom shelf on an end cap. Then as we approach to check out they are 2 cashiers & a female Manger all staring watching us approach like we were felons just off the prison bus. The manager looking like a head football coach losing in OT comes out toward us & ask us if we were ready. We were Christmas Shopping & had alot. Corporate go ahead & check the cameras. I'm a very tall dark haired female who came in appx 945pm 12/18 w/ petite 5'2 woman & small female child. We lost a cell phone prior to checkout & someone did return it ...as we searxh frantically..... none of the security crew ask if we were in search of anything. Electronics female is the ONLY employee to have Customer Service Skills & was non judgemental as she knew someone turned in a phone & realized We were in a panic. We had a Very Large Sever Hundred Dollar order & was Discriminated against for my Ethnicity or & most likely we didn't fit the typical Target "appearance." Places like this make me Sick. I know Coach Bulldog & had to swallow some pride as she found out we were Not thrives nor beggers nor scammers. oh they refused to allow that electronics employee a tip for being helpful....anyway Target u lost Big Time. While we did purchase this time... we will NEVER be back & we aren't poor or felons or theives. We are just moms survivors & .consumers who wanted to get Christmas gifts at a place we don't typically Go.

I really don’t see how they are still in business. They don’t have anything to offer but a big “pride selection”. The only thing I see as a pro is they have a good Starbucks 😂 I just go here when the wife drags me in. And we never leave with anything!

Love that they have a drive up option to pick up medicine for my granddaughter while she isnt feeling well. We didnt have to take her out of the car and walk through a store. Thank you for making it easy.

I worked for the Lancaster store for over a year and loved it! My bosses were amazing. You respect them and they will go above and beyond for you! They respected my schedule for school and me going to church. You do your job right and give them a well good notice for future events and they will help you as much as they can! Communication is key, best first job ever!

They allow aggressive AT&T salesman to wander the store bothering every customer. It's bad enough when they're in one spot, but the salesman walk around the store asking people if they're finding everything okay like they are employees. I won't go here again because of this alone

Shopping at this location on a Thursday around 2pm. Went to check out only one register open. The lady in line had a cart full. So my mother and I decided to self checkout. Only one person at the time at self checkouts so I was separating our cart because some of the merchandise was my mothers and other mine.Checked myself and had too place my bags on the floor meanwhile your associate was standing right behind us watching us checkout and trying to pick bird seed and scan.... meanwhile I look back and the line has grown ... three to four others waiting on us!Don’t you think the guy standing back watching us scan could’ve opened a register to help others or offer to help lift and scan the bird seed! Instead of watching us I am sure you have security for that! I did not appreciate only one register open and I surely didn’t appreciate the guy standing behind us watching us scan. If you had more registers open I wouldn’t have to scan my entire cart and you wouldn’t have to watch ME and my Mother!Put him on a Register! Done Target will not Return!

This Target store in Lancaster is just wonderful. Every associate was very friendly, helpful and went above & beyond to help us in electronics. The store was very neat, clean and very well stocked. Thanks everyone for making our shopping experience great!

I'm giving this place a 3/5 purely for the nostalgia factor. I used to come in here all the time as a kid and ate in the dining area. Nowadays the place looks largely the same and has barely changed. I can't say I'm a big fan of the staffing but oh well. Their array of clothing for men is pretty nice though.

Such a simple, easy task. You make it easy for me to give you money. Success for both Target and us. I appreciate Target's attention to detail in creating the pick up system. A recent experience at Walmart in Lancaster Ohio (excellent concept, complete lack of employee buy in - experienced sucked!) amplifies Target's success. THANK YOU!
