Had a kitchen sink leak, attempted to fix made it worse. Called around to find a plumbing company that could come out on weekends. Found Roto-Rooter. Scheduled service fast and even added on installing a faucet to replace a old one while they were here. Rick was great and explained everything as he was working on estimate and also fixing everything for me. I would recommend to friends and family. Will use again!

Three different guys had to come out, all went out of their way to get the problem solved. Big thanks to them for getting our septic line cleared! Definitely not an easy job but they make it look easy! On time and very reasonable price for the work they did.

Your service tech (Joshua) was quick, clean and through. Great experience with him.Was not pleased with initial customer service who scheduled service. My window was from 1:45-3:45. Tech did not show until four hours after that window.

The second visit, the tech found the issue. This is great because they dont guarantee the work unless stated on the bill. I would be skeptical about using them again. I didn't have a huge problem just a lysol cling clip stuck in the toilet. They should tell you up front if they will charge for another trip out. I got lucky this time but I could tell they were not happy the first rep didn't check a box or write anything down so they did not charge for second visit. I don't want to use a company that is not confident in the work they do so, can't always guarantee to fix the issue. They do come out quickly, same day for me. Hope this review helps.

Roto-Rooter responded to our service request on the same day. Joshua, the employee who came to our house, was polite and friendly, and he carefully examined the drains we called about to diagnose the problem. After he completed his work, everything was back in working order again, with a six-month guarantee for free service if the same issue happens again in that time frame. Very happy with our experience with Roto-Rooter.

Kitchen sink backed up Saturday night. Went online and filled out a request and received an answer in about 10 minutes and they showed up at 8:30 Sunday morning and had the clogged fixed in less than an hour. We were hosting an 80th birthday party at our house for a family member and it was important to have the sink drain. The two technicians that showed up were friendly and professional. Note to self-no more Egg shells down the drain through the disposal. Couldn’t have been any happier.

I sincerely regret calling Roto-Rooter. Lousy company. Techs and office do not communicate. If you call, you are hung up on. If you call again, they don't know anything about your home. If you ask to speak to a manager, you will never hear from one. Hours and hours wasted only to never receive a solution for the problem. Do not waste your time, or money. Call someone local.

David and an associate arrived at 11:47 AM. Diagnosed the issue with my water heater being bad heating elements. As they were heading out the door, David added a drain valve to the parts list. They left at 12:22 and returned at 1PM. After returning downstairs for about twenty minutes David announced that he replaced a pressure relief valve, at 3:20 he said he replaced a second one making my parts list two elements, a drain valve, and two pressure relief valves. Parts total at this time was $167. Labor was at $400. He then came up and told me I had to “Make a decision”, which he followed up with I either needed to replace the hot water heater for $2200 or pay an additional $350 for him to clean the tank. He invited me down to look at the residue inside the tank, which appeared to be a filled with calcium pieces. I opted to have the tank cleaned, which he first described as having to remove the tank and flood it to clear it out. I ended up letting him use my shop vac to vacuum the residue from the interior of the tank rather than agreeing to let him take it apart and clean it outside in my front yard or in the corner of my basement by the sump pump hole and flood it with water to clear out the calcium deposit debris. That took about 30 minutes. When I returned the basement he had reassembled the tank and was cleaning up the mess created by the tank clean up. The cost amount at 3:37pm was $667. David and his associate went outside to write up the bill and when he returned inside to present the final bill the total was $716. 24. Pretty expensive endeavor. It hasn’t been long enough to know if I have hot water yet, but I feel being made to feel being charged $716.28 is a way better deal than having to install a new hot water heater even though he verbally changed the cost of this repair twice before changing it a third time when he presented the bill.Service: Water heater repair

Manny came in and did the repair on my burst pipes. He was incredibly kind and answered all my questions. Whenever I work with repair folks I worry about sexism- speaking to me as if I know nothing because I’m a woman- there was NONE of that from Manny- which I deeply appreciate. He listened to what I learned about the issue respectfully. If I have to call Roto Rooter again I’ll request Manny. :)
