The young lady in the dog grooming area is absolutely amazing. She is so friendly and very good with the dogs. The price to clip nails was more than half less than everyone else. The store is very clean and stocked with everything. I will DEFINITELY be a regular customer now!!

We've been coming here for a while for the self-service wash, and recently started using the grooming services for our two large labs. We absolutely love Phoenix! Always super friendly, accommodating, and easy to work with. Our chocolate lab is super anxious and leery of strangers, but she seems to do great with Phoenix. She even gave her little bows this last visit, and gave us goody bags when I picked up. We think the prices are very reasonable for the service you get!

I was looking for an item that I wasn't able to find anywhere. They had it. The staff there went above and beyond what I ever expected, opening the item up so I would get the right size. Definitely have a new favorite place to shop.

So I was running close to closing time and called to see if they could hold the doors or something that was on my way and might be 1-2 after their closing. The girl on the phone was so nice and said yea just call when you get here and we can run it order out to you!!! I was so grateful to even hear they cared and was friendly about it. The employees are always so genuine and care for animals too and just makes my day. I thought this gesture was worthy for sure and this is just another reason out of many why pet supplies plus is my only animal supplies store I shop at and will continue. Thanks again see u soon! My dogs have been eating the same food since we got them (other than switching from puppy to adult). I extensively researched and after ingredients, price and availability; I opted for Diamond Natural. I don't understand why Lancaster cannot keep this stocked. Whoever does the ordering...shouldn't. I never had any issues with Grove City. We can't just switch a dogs food without them getting upset bellies. The importance of keeping food stocked is paramount. And I don't wait for them to run out to get the next bag.. you guys are going extended periods without having it.

I've been shopping here since they opened. No place has a wider selection of dog food, period. The store is always mint perfectly stocked and displayed! The dog wash is cool and the fact that you can bring your pets with you inside the store is wonderful. That alone brings smiles to everyone. i love the discounts, of course! The store mgr is very knowledgeable and the staff is ***always helpful and friendly and I'm so grateful they carry sympathy cards for pets. Bentley-approved!!!

It is wonderful to see what I need, put it in my card and pay for it and then go to the store and they bring what I ordered out to my car (which is great especially for those heavy dog food bags!

Normally the staff is friendly and helpful. They have a pretty wide variety of food, treats, toys, Etc. We normally pick up stuff for a dogs and cats but they do have supplies for other animals and fish.

Great place, my dog loves to visit and explore all the smells. He knows bmthe moment we walk in the door that hes about to get spoiled a lil more 🐕 The staff are friendly but not very knowledgeable about their products and what they carry. The prices are a little steep, but average for a pet supply business. I otherwise would have given 5 ⭐️

Store is always clean and employees are very helpful ,my only complaint is there never seems to be nearly as many sales for bird supplies as cat and dog and the store has quit carrying bulk bird food which saved a lot of money and I'm paying three times as much for the same thing now.

Phoenix is incredible. She cuts my two GSD’s nails, who both hate it, and she makes it a breeze. They love her, and always give lots of kisses after, even if they hate getting trimmed!

I love Pet Supplies plus and always feel very valued as a customer. Mike, the manager, is always so kind and helpful. Sara helped me find products that my dog loved when I was having trouble getting her to take her pills. She has been so helpful and kind every time I go into the store. I love coming to this store. Every staff has always greeted me and has always asked if I needed assistance. First time I brought my dog in, they all gave her much love. She even scored a delicious treat from one of the employees. Another reason I enjoy shopping here is that they carry some high-quality brands that you can't find at other stores such as Fromm. Make sure to sign up for their rewards program so you can get the member special pricing and of course coupons! For those of you who want to minimize the shopping time in the store, you can shop online, apply coupons you get via text/email/social media and pick up in store/they'll bring your stuff out to you. Sometimes, you can also find some manufacturers' coupons throughout the store next to the eligible items. My pets, Wolfa & Crepe, and I want to thank Pet Supplies Plus + staffs for saving me $$ and giving us a great shopping experience!They have the cutest, friendliest rescued cats for adoption in the store if you're looking for a fur child/friend/companion :)

Highly disturbed this month. They had a spiny tailed lizard (uromastyx) on the floor, and I watched it quickly deteriorate every week as i went in to buy feeder crickets. Not once was the price tag on him lowered. I'm sorry the pictures are disturbing, but my stomach is still weak from what I've seen. If you cant sell the lizard, give it away or euthanize. Anything is better than a slow, painful, starvation. The two pictures were taken 20 days apart.

The associates here are very courteous and helpful. The grooming staff are excellent. The pet wash is convenient but very dirty . When we were there today the drain was clogged with dog hair. The grates and tub were covered in dog hair. We cleaned the area before washing our dog.

I have been coming to this location for years and I'm always amazed by the variety of wonderful products. The staff is always very patient and kind and very knowledgeable about the products and what works best for my dog. I come here a few times a month and it's always a pleasant experience. I love the self-serve pet wash. The store itself is always clean and orderly which is reassuring in a pet store. I would definitely recommend this location, the staff, and this particular pet store!!

The convenience of the Self Wash for my dog was awesome!! They supply everything and I was so happy to walk out with a fresh boy :) Very clean and all supplies that you need from shampoos to towels and even a blow dryer too!The groomer even brought me a brush to use. The entire team here are friendly and helpful!

This was my first experience at getting my dog groomed here. Setting up the appointment was easy and taking him there was even easier. Phoenix got me right in and did exactly what I wanted her to do with my fur baby. He is a shihpoo and his hair cut was spot on. When I got back to pick him up, she was there waiting for me holding him and he was happy. I have gone to other places that weren't so caring. I would highly recommend you take your pet to see Phoenix.
