This is among the most unclean places I've come across in a while. I found it necessary to file a complaint with the health department due to the conditions. The employees tend to gather and engage in loud conversations, with no effort put into cleaning. The carpets are sticky, and filth seems to be pervasive. Dining here poses a risk, and I sincerely hope Panera Corporate takes notice of this, as it falls far below their usual standards. I am deeply concerned about the unseen filth when the visible areas are already so dirty.

Great experience. Today was black Friday and they were very busy. But our food was prepared quickly (for as busy as they were). It was delicious, hot, and a good value. I haven't had the best experiences at Panera in the past couple of years but decided to take a chance to get healthier food. Glad we did. It turned my opinion around.

May be one of the dirtiest restaurants I've been to. Tables had trash on them, the floor was gross and the back of my son's seat was covered in food. We love Panera but this location has gradually gotten dirtier. We don't even come anymore but tonight I thought I'd give it another try and it was terrible. The food also isn't as good and the waits are so long. I can get past the wait time if my food is good. That's just not the case here, I waited 22 minutes for Mac n cheese that was cold when I got it. Was not worth the $30 (a pick 2 and a kids meal with drinks) for my 3 year old and I to eat.

I put a 1 because that is the lowest I could do. The place was SO disgusting and dirty, the soda machine has mold on it, every table and booth in the restaurant was dirty with large pieces of food and napkins under them. My friends food was wrong and the kitchen staff had no hair nets (with really long hair). I have never seen a panera like this!! Not to mention we ordered to dine in and all of our, and everyone else we saw get food, was given in to go bags rather than wash dishes.

Wow just wow. This was the best tasting and service at a Panera I have ever had. For real the team that served me lunch at 225 Aug 11 was a really good team. Whoever was cooking that day goodness gracious there was some soul in that food. I didn't see trash laying around either except for the stuff on my table.

Everything is overly toasted. The service is horrific every time I have gone in. Nobody seems to know what is going on. I love Panera, but I have never had a good meal at this location.

I ordered 1/2 sandwich - chicken avocado melt. The price was $8.29 and it was the tiniest sandwich ever. Didn't really want to order the full sandwich because it is like $12+. Food is good there but you DEFINITELY don't get what you paid for!!! They need WAY more meat!!!

Food is predictably good. I love to get begals to go and they don't always have a dozen. Timing can be everything. This is a smaller Panera as shops go. Limited show case sweets are available as compared to others. But for this market area that is appropriate. We enjoy the dining area and our favorite spots are often filled. The staff is very good. Its location is easy in and out. Echoing other reviewers about the downgrade in service and cleanliness. I quit going when one beverage I ordered to go was charged significantly more than what the menu stated. The explanation for the price made no sense, and the unreasonably high charge was even pre-pandemic. Worst Panera I've ever been to.

I am officially announcing my legal separation from Panera bread. We haven't eaten there for years and been completely satisfied but I've noticed lately a real downgrade in service and quality. I know the restaurants in this area are having difficulty keeping people, but today after spending considerable time trying to place an order, nothing that I ordered ended up on my tray. No soup at all and a completely different sandwich that was $4 more than the one I ordered. In the end they did give me the soup for free, but looking at the meal, two sandwiches and two bowls of soup for $41, I'd rather not eat it all. No more Panera for us.

I loooove Panera food but there’s some drawbacks to our location- the tables are never cleaned off from previous customers. Every time ive ordered out (which has been many times!) they’ve forgotten my side, and sometimes more. It’s still worth eating at for sure, but there are some things that could be better.

GrubHub order. Missing 2 items. Asian chicken salad $8.29 and was not a good value. Very small for cost. Wild rice soup $8.09 only 5 spoonfuls. Bacon turkey sandwich very good and good value for cost. Only reason 3 stars and not 2. Baguette just thrown in bag.

Floors look like they haven’t been swept in a year, tables look as if they haven’t been wiped off or cleaned in 6 months. Out of “lettuce blend” the main ingredient in the salads. Specialty teas were out. Plastic wear instead of real silverware. Definitely needs an overhaul!!! Big time!! For the money you spend, we won’t be back, gives all Panera breads a bad name!
