The lady who helped me was very niced. The pharmacist was extremely nice and they filled my prescription when I wasn't able to get them at my regular pharmacy and I needed my medicine to take out of town with me to go to my brother's funeral

Did not honor Good Rx discount. Always bills my insurance and My copay is more than the Good Rx total price off the drug. Have to wait EACH time to them to clear the mess. I just want to use the coupon that they are holding in there hand. this team is nice but is directed only to help themselves

Meijer did fantastic job but Kroger pharmacy and Kroger lost my business cause I had to find emergency epilepsy med elsewhere cause Kroger had med, backed 9 year old boys Rx out and gave medicine to someone else. I fired them they will no longer get my business or $$$$

I called the Meijer Pharmacy in Lancaster, OH, and spoke to someone in the pharmacy, who was very polite; she told me that I DID NOT need an appointment for the Covid booster vaccine. I asked her why their website stated something to the contrary. She stated that last winter, they were very busy, but now it is not as busy, and an appointment was not necessary. She stated that as long as they had two pharmacists working simultaneously, there would be no problem in my having to wait for that vaccine, to be administered. In fact, several days earlier, I went there and asked one of the pharmacy clerks to give me the vaccine forms, in order for me to fill them out in advance, and not waste time filling them out at the Pharmacy. This occurred the days before Labor Day. Hence, the day after Labor Day, on a Tuesday, around 12:30PM, I went there with my family, in order for all of us to receive our updated Covid booster vaccines. I handed the pharmacy personnel all of the forms, including copies of our insurance, photo ID, the records of our previous Covid vaccines, and Meijer's internal form for vaccines. The clerk took those forms, and we went to have a seat. After waiting twenty minutes, I checked with a female pharmacist, who was administering the vaccines, to see what the status of our shots would be. She directed me back to the main desk, to see about our paperwork. Also, she told me that "as you can see, we are very busy". I went back to the pharmacy desk, and could not get a definitive answer, as to exactly when we would be waited on. All I was told by a male Pharmacist (who was not very helpful), was that "it was after Labor Day, and they were very busy, and were behind". He repeated that lame excuse several times. Another person told me that I didn't have any appointment, in spite of the fact that I was told that I didn't need one. Again, I wasn't told how much longer I would need to wait. Finally, I told my wife, that I was going to ask the pharmacy for the original copies of our Covid vaccine cards, and leave. In fact, I told the Pharmacist, whom I first spoke to when I arrived there, to give me back those records, and that we were going to leave the store. I must have lit a fire under him, because at that point, the pharmacist, finally came over to us, and gave my wife, my son, and myself the Covid boosters. I didn't appreciate waiting forty five minutes, and repeatedly hearing the same lame excuse, that "they were busy because of the Labor Day holiday". This is not the Christmas season that we are talking about, when the stores are very busy. In conclusion, it is doubtful, that we will be getting any more vaccinations at that facility, in the future..

The pharmacy employees are always very nice and polite. They typically get prescriptions filled in a timely manner. I'm happy I transferred to this pharmacy over the previous one I went to.

They keep messing up my insurance. They bill them wrong almost every time I get something filled, and then my insurance companies get mad at me because they bill them wrong. I’ve gone without medication for weeks because they can’t figure out the difference between primary and secondary insurance. And when I tell them that they HAVE to bill primary FIRST and then bill SECONDARY, they get attitudes with me. It’s a pharmacy full of Karen’s. Well, sorry Karen, someone has to tell you how to do your jobs.

Meijer, my favorite stores by far. Best fruits and vegetables and meat. Always clean and pleasant employees. The home furnishings departments and clothes always have nice selection. I spend way more than 25 minutes when I come. Thank you for all you do Meijer employees!!!
