My only complaint is that there isn't any room when the packers and the click list shoppers are on the floor. They treat you like you are in their way. Some are even rude and won't move so you can get through the aisle

Went to buy some Kroger brand Blue cheese salad dressing. There's a few bottles that are outdated. So I went to the Service desk to let them know. And the lady in the red shirt just showed her head & rolled her eyes. Like she doesn't care at all. Went back over a week later, dressing is still on the shelf outdated. This isn't the 1st time this has happened. Make sure your checking the dates, especially at the Kroger on N. Memorial Dr in Lancaster, OH.

N. Memorial Kroger Lancaster, Ohio ClickList..I will NEVER use you again!! Over an hour waiting in a line of 7 cars with every spot filled waiting too. In that time only one car was loaded!! Was told by inside customer service that corporate cut hours and there were only 2 people working. I call corporate and after 30 min on hold with a representative, my call is cut off. If you don’t have the staff, why let orders be filled?? I have used this location ClickList for years, and it has just gotten worse and worse. They used to give seasonal little goodie bags and samples. Now, well can’t even get an order filled. It’s not the employees fault. Just another good thing down the drain and probably blamed on Covid. Shame on you Kroger! What horrible customer service.

This is by far the nicest Kroger I've ever been to. The bakery, flowers and everything that's typically lacking at every other Kroger I've been to are fully stocked here!

The 1621 N. Memorial Dr. Lancaster, OH 43130 Kroger neighborhood store is amazing!Kroger should be proud everyone’s kind and considerate service. In store and pickup services are wonderful. I have ordered Kroger pickup from this location 4 times. All but one time there's been an issue. The first time was great and so convenient. The second time I waited almost a hour but I eventually got my order. The 3rd time I waited over a hour and when I finally got in a pickup spot they called me and told me they had not even started my order and I could pick It up the next morning. The poor young man on the phone didn't even know what to say and just kept apologizing. This last time I get a call when I'm on my way to get my order from a rude younger girl telling me my order wouldn't be ready till 3 hours after my pickup time. Every time I ask why there's always a problem with my orders they just tell me it's a corporate issue and there's nothing they can do. Needless to say I'm not ordering or even grocery shopping at this location ever again.

I LOVE THIS STORE! But let's talk about the sushi,-These group of people who make the sushi are AMAZING! They are always nice, sushi is always AWESOME!! Please give them a shout out for me because they all deserve it :)thanks for going the extra mile in your sushi skills <3

The new checkout lanes are garbage, I just spent 7$ on detergent, and I guarantee if I had used any other lane I'd have walked home with it. It probably got snagged up somewhere and I missed it, that's on me, I can see that, but then they take up the place of three self checkout spaces, and when you're bagging your stuff you then have the pressure of the person behind you who's starting their transition while your still trying to get your bags together. I love Krogers, considering I've been to the same store since I was a child, and this is the first time I felt the necessity to say anything negative about the store.

The employees were very helpful and friendly. The store was clean, well stocked and organized. Checkout was quick and easy. The coupons on the Kroger app has saved us some money.

Over the top AMAZING customer service by Brandon, Chris (Store Leader), and Sabrina (pharm tech). My cart was too full so Chris helped me take the extra bags to my car. Honestly, I was starting to get concerned that this location had started to go downhill but today it looks like they've increased security measures and their staff was helpful and pleasant!

Prices are fair, a lot of issues with keeping up with supply and demand. Lots of items unavailable that I would regularly purchase there. Unfortunately, I have noticed a pretty large decline in the quality of produce/fruits/veggies as well. This has been going on for at least the past 6 months or so now, and doesn't seem to be getting any better, especially with the winter temps upon us. Even in the summer, fruit & veggies are (mostly) at their best, finding non-rotting strawberries/grapes/bok choy was a major chore. Hoping this will improve sooner than later!

I dont normally leave a review unless its a good one, this has nothing to do with any employee at this location this is for the company. I purchased a pre,-cooked turkey for a family who was going to be going without a Thanksgiving dinner, paid over 60.00 for the turkey. At the time I was like wow that is a lot but i wanted something very nice for these people, 5 days after Thanksgiving I was in shopping walked by the turkeys and a precooked turkey the same as i paid for was 11.00 talk about price gouging no way kroger I am going to expose you. Times are hard and this is how you treat your customers.

Always can fi d what I'm looking for. I really like their meat/seafood department. The store is always clean and everyone is very friendly. I especially love Starbucks inside the store.

Always a pleasure to be there. The store is very clean and I enjoy everything that is there it's quite big so I use a motorized cart. I always clean the cart before I use it they have sprayed there for that purpose. I always find what I want when I'm there they're very good about keeping things stalked. If you haven't tried the Krogers I suggest you try it because it certainly is nice. I like the one that's on memorial drive the best

Only one self check area was open, and only 2 check out lanes. Each area had a huge line, probably with about 20 ppl in total waiting to check out, so a big congregation around the front of the store, making it impossible to practice social distancing. If the other self check out area had been opened and maybe 1 more lane things would have been a lot less congested. The store looked great, though! Much nicer than the store on Main St.

Went into store had no carts went out and got one nobody in site outside gathering them up went to service desk to let them know and they told me they had 4 people getting them walking around the store I see lot's of carts blocking aisles and shelves full of trash asked for manager took 10 - 15 minutes before she showed up was letting her know and she acted like she didn't care. For being a fairly new store it's going down hill quickly and I said that too manager.

Cashiers are always rude. Never smile, rarely say thank you. The tall one with the mudsa hair that runs the self check out is the rudest. Always talking with someone not paying attention to her job. Never shop there again. I have complained and complained. Attitudestems from the top.

I have tried 3 different days to get my shingles vaccine here and everytime I was given a different reason why it couldn't happen that day, if we need an appointment like CVS requires then why not just go to CVS, or a different Kroger since obviously this location doesn't serve their customers.

Positive and Negative. This is my favorite store for buying groceries. I've been here enough times that I know where everything is that I need. Every employee I've come into contact with has been very nice and courteous. The isles are nice and wide, which I love! They also sell a bit of everything, it seems. Their pet area is much larger than the one at the East Main location with a nice variety of toys, bones, and treats. Now for the negative, lately I've been using the pick up option where I order groceries online and when I pick them up, the employees pack the groceries into your car for you, which is very convenient. Sometimes they won't have things in stock that you ordered, so you can allow for substitutions or not. If you don't allow substitutions you won't get the item or anything close to that kind of item. The problem I've been having lately is that a few items that they said weren't in stock were actually right there on the shelf. After the pick up, I'd go straight inside, look for the item, find it right there where it always sits and buy it. I don't know if it is a teenager not wanting to look for things hard enough, laziness, or an honest hard working employee just not really seeing the items. Also, I prefer all my groceries to be in bags, including milk and laundry detergent, but most people don't do it that way, so I don't complain about it, but I do expect things like ketchup, bread and veggies to be placed in bags and sometimes they are just sitting in the trunk without bags when I get home, meaning I have to carry those things in one by one or put as many items as I can in my arms to carry inside. Some people have a long way to walk from their vehicles to their homes. Some people have to carry their groceries up three flights of stairs, which I know from experience is very difficult. I have let Kroger know what's going on with some of the pick up orders, but it is unknown by me if they have talked to their pick up employees about these issues or not. I really do love this store, though.

I don’t understand what is so hard about the “Clicklist” line. It is putting groceries in a car it should not be up to a hour wait. In my opinion if ya don’t got enough people take it out completely or limit the amount of orders processed. Get it together Kroger

Constant scanning errors, dirty store, some employees are surly, no hand sanitizer available, just overall not a pleasant place to shop. Meijer and Aldi and Giant Eagle are much better in my opinion. The only thing going for this store is convenience of location.
