This is Richard Cotterman.I went to pick up my prescriptions this morning but I was in the donut hole until Jan 1, 2023. They updated the prices but they did not fill one of my prescriptions that had been there for 4 days. I did not notice this until I got home. I had to make a second trip around 20 miles because someone did not do their job. I was not very happy.

the larger younger girl with glasses there is kinda rude. stood in the middle of the isle while I was trying to walk past. while my fiancé and I were looking at drinks she came by with totes and rudely exclaimed 'eXcUsE mE' like we were such an inconvenience because we were shopping. no workers were cashiers, only self checkouts. we put everything we had back after waiting in line. we were there at 10am on Nov. 18th

We have a chronically ill child. So, sadly, we have to handle much medically, including dispensing prescription medications on a regular basis. Imagine adding to those every day medical struggles on-going problems and diffucult conversations with your pharmacy. For the convenience of a 24 hour pharmacy we have tolerated this CVS location for years now. However, we are considering going to a smaller local pharmacy. The staff at the Memorial location are often unfriendly and even rude when we politely attempt to explain a problem we are having. Today, when I explained the problems we have had several times getting prescriptions filled. I was interrupted by the staff member more than once and told two or three times, "Well, that is your opinion." If you are looking for friendly, caring or just decent customer service I suggest avoiding this pharmacy.

Like this store the people are friendly.i worked at a cvs for many years so I pay attention to how people are treated..the girls up front are nice and helpful too..they don't carry something I got at mine but I'm not complaining every store and location carry accordingly..

Never had an issue here, always been able to get in and out. The drive thru for the pharmacy tends to be busy most of the time.

A girl named Heather that works in the pharmacy is so nice. Not judgemental of the medication I take ...like all the others are there..

The drive thru can take hours to fill bit if you go inside its only 15 min..they are very nice but there is one girl there who is very snooty and rude.

MinuteClinic should probably be named 90 Minute Clinic...Only 1 person was ahead of us...Do yourself and go to Urgent Care by the River Valley Mall and avoid my mistake.
