I went into the store knowing what I wanted. The picture online was exactly what was in store. I walked to the front desk and asked if it was in stock and they got a furniture representative. Rochelle was extremely helpful and kind in getting the purchase set up and delivery set up as early as a few days where they will bring in my home and set it up for me. I am extremely pleased with my experience and will definitely return. I was in and out within 30 minutes. I will definitely be returning when looking to buy more furniture. I would highly recommend working with Rochelle she is very professional and I will be a returning customer!

Came in today to just look around and price new furniture for our new home. I was able to work with a wonderful sales lady named Stephanie. She was very helpful and knowledgeable and even when I explained that we were not planning on buying today, just looking, she never pressured us into buying anything but also never just "left" us since we were not buying. She stayed with us to tell us different options as far as color and styles for all the different furniture your store offers. After today's experience with Stephanie we will definitely be back and work with her for or purchases!!!

Our sales person went above and beyond! She was very personable and got us taken care of while also being super friendly to our toddler when we were trying to shop for new furniture. She made a great experience and I hope she is recognized for her service with us! I cannot remember her name but I remember we were speaking about her having children as well and she had Mickey Mouse nails from going to Disney with her children. She was phenomenal!

Alexis was amazing. Made our experience easy and was more than willing to show us other items. We ended up going back to the same couch multiple times and finally settled. She was patient the entire time. However the green blob that walked by us a few time was giving dirty looks. Not a very pleasant person. Saw her interact with customers she needs to work on her consumer service. You never sit down before the customers. But check out was very simple and easy with Jermery.

We were greeted within minutes after entering the store. Rochelle let us know the store layout of what type of furniture was in which area and let us take our time. We were asked by two more friendly associates if we had been helped yet while we browsed the selection.Rochelle was knowledgeable and knew the product and craftsmanship of the loveseat we were interested in purchasing and provided specific information without referring to the items tag. She helped us get the delivery scheduled and followed up later in the day to make sure we didn’t have additional questions.We plan to return for our next furniture purchase.

Over the year we have gone to big sandy for furniture and tvs. So when we needed all new appliances for our new home, we thought why not go to them. Everything was great the sells men helped us find a style and brand we wanted. We weren't going to be in the house for a few month so they even held them for us.Once we picked up the appliances and filed the rebate that came with them. Unfortunately it wasn't that smooth of a process so we went in and have big sandy help/fix it. Gave us new invoices and told us this will fix it. Nope it sure didn't. I have called in for months now. Never get calls back from Jeremy the manager at big sandy store in lancaster. When I do talk to him I just get the same excuse, I'm waiting to hear back from lg.1,500 dollars in rebate gone. It surely would have been nice to just get a straight answer or them make it right for us. I will never go back and spend my money at any big sandy. The leak of communication and care for the customer is just worthless

We had a great experience at Big Sandy yesterday. My wife needed a zero g recliner asap due to a medical condition. Shawn worked with us and went above and beyond to sell us an extremely nice recliner that we were able to take home with us. I was surprised and very grateful at all of the hoops Shawn had to jump through to make everything work out for us. Also, shout out for Mike who showed me how everything went together so I could set it up when we got home. Stop in and see what they have, we went through quite a few to find just the right one.
