Genuinely very happy with our experience here. We took our 8 mo old poodle here for the first time today. We were worried because he's never been fully groomed before and he has severe separation anxiety. Another groomer we worked with a few months ago refused to fully cut his hair because he "was too noisy" and was "kind of stupid" (as a 5 month old puppy), and as a result he was starting to accumulate bad matting. On top of this he's quite big, so I'm understanding that he might be a bit much to handle.The workers here were incredibly kind and understanding of the situation, and they did a fantastic job on his coat. He looks fantastic. They also said he did a great job, which I'm sure is in no small part to their care and attention to him and keeping him feeling comfortable and safe while my partner and I were out. We will definitely be coming here again.

Overall I am very happy with this groomer.Although I wish they utilized a little more tech, such as online booking, itemized receipts, and call waiting, they do a great job and have a great price.Cats came back well groomed.Will be returning!

They fit me in with short notice, we brought in a rescue cat that was dirty and badly matted. They took great care of him giving him a bath nail trim and a greatly needed shaving. The ladies there were super Friendly and I will definitely go back and also recommend to anyone that may be looking.

I took my 9 month old Golden Retriever here for his first grooming and I cannot say enough good things about these ladies! They immediately took Sully in like their own, explained everything to me, and called to give me updates. They made me feel so comfortable leaving him there and they were quick! These ladies did a phenomenal job and I can’t wait to take him back!

Do not bring you cat here! I have a long haired male cat who needs sanitary shaves. When I made the appointment with Caley, I was told I had to drop my cat off and pay for a $75 service, despite them offering a $10 while-you-wait shave.Once I got my cat back, I saw the service was not properly done. His belly and legs were shaved/trimmed, but his backside was not. The back of his legs were cut so jagged, it looked like a kindergartner did it with safety scissors. The whole point of the sanitary shave is to keep him clean. His poop is now getting stuck in the jagged cuts more than it was before. I had to take him to another groomer to get it fixed.On top of the service I requested not being done, the owner, Julie, did at least one service that I did not consent to. My cat has chronic ear infections and I have to take very specific care of his ears. Julie told me they cleaned his ears but would not tell me how. I have no idea what tools or products they used and my vet is concerned about damage. We have to watch for the next few weeks.My vet also believes they sedated my cat. When I brought him home, he was incredibly lethargic and would not come out from under my bed for three days. He was acting like he does when he gets a shot, but the lethargy lasted for much longer.When I called to try to resolve the situation, both Julie and Caley screamed at me for 20+ minutes. They called me stupid and said I was lying. They made me describe what the person I dropped him off with looked like (the owner) because they said I was making things up. They offered no solutions to the hack job they did on my cat. When I said if they can’t remedy the situation, I would have to leave an honest review, the owner called me heartless. She said she has 3 kids and this is how she supports her family so to leave a bad review would threaten her livelihood. I consider my cat to be part of my family and she threatened his wellbeing, so I don’t really care. One bad review isn’t going to tank your business, but it might prevent someone else’s pet from being mistreated.Edited to add: My "friend's dad " is not the vet I'm referring to. My cat was was seen by our regular vet. He saw a second vet tech when he got a proper sanitary shave, as our new groomer is affiliated with an animal hospital.Julie is again lying. She admitted during the 26 minute phone call that she did not inform me his ears would be cleaned. When I spoke to her, she remembered that his ears are misshaped, but decided to clean them anyway.Lastly, I did not harass anyone. I can see in my call log that there is one 26 minute phone call from 3/8/24. This is the call where both the owner and employee called me stupid and accused me of lying. I have not contacted them since.

I don't know if these words have ever been said before but, I think my cat loved her grooming today. These ladies did a great job. My cat came home with the very silly lion cut I requested and seemed like she had actually enjoyed her trip to the groomers (as strange as that may sound for anyone who has ever owned a cat). They did a great job and I would totally recommend them to anyone looking to have their cat groomed.

My dog was stolen 7 months ago and I got her back yesterday she was in good health but her grooming was terrible. Her fur was all matted, she had not been bathed in a long time and her nails had never been cut. I called and they were booked for the next couple of weeks but I asked if they had someone cancel I would take it. A few hours later they called and said someone cancelled today. I took the appointment and they did an amazing job. If you live anywhere in the Cleveland area they are worth the drive trust me. I am posting some photos of before I took her. This was after I had cut or brushed out most of the matting, cut the hair around her face, under her body and bathed her. I will add after pictures when I get home! I have had dogs my entire life their prices are very reasonable and they take good care of your pet.

My pekingese is almost 15, and I always handled his grooming myself, which was honestly a bit involved and probably not as good as it should be. I've been hesitant to take him to groomers, because he tends to be excitable and anxious around strangers.The staff at Waggs-N-Whiskers were so friendly I figured I'd give it a try, and they were amazing! After dropping him off with me waiting (anxiously) at home, the staff called me at the designated time to go get him. He looks so good! They handled him so well, and he was so happy when he left the store.Will definitely seek out their services for the next trimming. Thank you so much!

Fantastic service! Brought my big German Shepherd mix to get a wash and brushing. He’s not great with other dogs but they were very accommodating. He also looked fantastic when I picked him up. Recommended to anyone looking for grooming services in the area.

Always have taken good care of my dog! She smells great and looks like a show dog! Though sometimes we still find matts behind her ears afterwards (not too much of a concern for me because I can easily brush them out)

The lovely ladies here did a great job with my Rottweiler! They’re very caring, as if all of the animals that come in are their own, and they were very calm and patient with my big guy! He looked and smelled stunning when I picked him up, and the price was great! All around, a wonderful place with amazing workers! I would recommend them to everyone for their pets!

My fluffy girl needed some extra help getting some mats out of her fur and the ladies here took amazing care of my Juni! She was a bit nervous but they all gave her the attention she needed and then some! I highly recommend them for cat grooming and you can tell the ladies love each pet that comes through those doors as if they were their own! My floof is now so soft and mat free!

Really happy with this service! Price was double that of a place like Pet Supplies - but the result was wayyy better.My dogs used to continue to shed immediately after their grooming at Pet Supplies. We've taken our shorkie, ZaZa, there 2 times now and Kara is so awesome! You can tell she really cares about the animals she works with. My husband and I treat our puppy like she's our own child so trusting someone with her is hard. The last groomer we went to before here rubbed us the wrong way entirely. We switched to here and are SO happy and relieved to have a compassionate, loving place to take our puppy to. Thank you guys for being so kind and sweet to our baby! Plus, the hair cuts have been perfect each time!

The first time my dog got groomed. I have a small 8 pound wiener dog so I was a little nervous. They were awesome and when I picked her up we’re so kind. They did a wonderful job trimming paws and giving me exactly what I wanted. Would definitely recommend!

I've tried multiple groomers around the area. I have 2 toy poodles and neither of them like being groomed. The ladies at Waggs-N-Whiskers are such nice people. They care for the pooches and do such a great job with them. I cannot give them 10 STARS, so I guess 5 will have to do. Thank you ladies for the excellent care you give my fur babies. You do such a tremendous job for them. Tillie and Django always come home looking great and I can tell how much you care for them while in your care. Thank you.

I love this dog groomer! Always the same staff who remember you and your pup, and they always take such care of the animal. Very reasonably priced and always willing to take you last minute. They are incredibly accommodating. I love them, and my dog does too.

The best! Kind, skilled professionals who can work with any animal. Our dogs get a full shave in the summer and they can even make that extreme "style" look good! Our dogs LOVE Julie & her staff. Great pricing, too.

My 1.5 year old Westie got his first professional haircut from Waggs N Whiskers today (I've been cutting his hair on my own at home). From the initial phone call to meeting them in person at the appointment, they were professional, kind, and lastly, did a great job with his haircut! I was impressed with her knowledge of the specifics of the Westie look (ears, tail shape, etc). I will certainly be back and recommend them highly!

Oh my goodness! What nice, caring , gentle groomers! I'm so happy I called and brought my cat in. She's an adult rescue that although curious, has anxiety and despite the multiple dogs there during my pick up/drop off she was calm when finished . They did such a great job- cutting only what I asked. I'll be back!

First time dog owner. My daughter is a golden-doodle. She was shaggy, I love it when this breed is shaggy. I told them to make her girly. I couldn't have been happier, they put bows in her hair and cleaned her up something fierce. I highly recommend 👌 10 stars. Marine Corp Veteran approved.
