My visit to the Lakewood office great. The vet took great care of my Lilly while keeping myself well informed. He was kind and gentle when working with mt dog. He kept me well informed and the process and after care for the animal. I would recommend taking your pet there for services. Good prices and great veterinarian cares about his animals he treats! Thanks keep up the good work.

Dr. Mark Jamba was a great vet and really took the time to make the proper decisions about my dog's care. He was honest and told me that the treatment may not help my dog's ear since he has been had tried so many treatments and needs to be seen by a dermatologist to assure proper resolution of his ear infection. Nevertheless, he made sure to thoroughly exam him and did not rush through his visit. He answers all my questions and concerns. He was very kind and understanding. I was very impressed by his expertise. The other vet close to my home was not open, so I had to drive out of my way to the Lakewood location, but I am glad I did. Thanks for your help again!

The vet and the tech were extremely nice and friendly and completely cared about me and my dog. They made sure to take the time to explain everything so I was sure to understand. This is the reason I always go back. :)

I found tape worms on my Kitty brought them in and the vet and his assistant took great care of them! They were absolutely wonderful and so kind gave us a ton of information and answered all of our questions highly recommend them.

FYI despite the fact that the website says they are open till 7:30, they do not take patients after 7:00. If you show up at 7:05 because the website says 7;30, they will dismiss you without a care in the world about how you revolved your day around getting your pet there before they close at (supposedly) 7:30. Why would I care that you close at 7:30 if you don’t take patients after 7:00? Especially when NOBODY is there waiting? The vet was dismissive and rude when I asked if they were still open as the website says 7:30. Pet Supplies + manager, as expected, said they had no control as VIP is a separate entity. All I wanted was for her to pass on the message that the website should make the cut off time clear as VIP obviously has an affiliation with the store in which they are housed. She was also rude and dismissive.

The clinic is only slightly less expensive than a standard vet office however, The vet and vet tech are great. More importantly, you do not need an appointment, most of the time are able to be seen right away and my dog loves going there. I would highly recommend them for vaccines, wellness visits, and minors ailments. It is so much more stress free for you and your pet. And you can buy a special treat on the way out. (my cat said it's still stressful but the cat believes any trip away from home is stressful lol)

Staff always friendly and patient w/ my dog! I only take him here for his heartworm test b/c it is so much more reasonable than my vet. And they even have coupons sometimes for the flea/tick meds, which is a help. Definitely recommend!

This is great to know about. I was late getting off work so I missed my vet apt and my puppy had to get her dapp shot that day so it was great they were open late and just able to walk in and it cost alot less then going to the vet almost half the price!

The vets were very friendly and answered all of my questions (which was a lot because I am a new kitten owner) and were patient and kind about my daughter wanting to see what was going on also. The wait wasn't too long and they got us in and out of there pretty efficiently. I was pleased with the whole experience.

I highly recommend VIP Petcare Wellness Center at Pet Supplies Plusin Lakewood, OH. Dr. Mark Jamba is truly the most caring, professional & compassionate veterinarian whom I have ever met! He takes the time to listen and thoroughly answer any questions you may have, and he gives excellent pet care advice! He and his staff show genuine affection for all of the pets with whom they interact. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Jamba & his assistants! VIP Petcare provides very high-quality, affordable veterinarian services without needing an appointment.Highly recommended!

As always, the service was great at the Lakewood VIP Petcare Wellness Center. The veterinarian is one of the best I've ever encountered! He thoroughly assesses my dog everytime we go for blood work and vaccines. The vet techs are also great and everyone is so calm, gentle and reassuring when my dog is nervous. I highly recommend this wellness center!

Very nice people and they are very reasonable on their pricing the VET in Lakewood on Madison Avenue wanted almost $400 for the same service an vaccines that I got there for less than half what the other VET Lakewood on Madison Avenue wanted to charge me.

Good price,Kind vet who took time with our dog who was a rescue with some anxiety issues . Our dog is 2 years oldand not small 85 lbs. She allowed his shots to be given on floor not table when he had issues with safety hold. Will go back . Couldn't get in to see our regular vet due to long wait time for apt.Clean exam area records emailed to me. Nice experience.

The vet and the vet techs were very nice. The "office" was small cozy but very clean and comfortable. My nervous golden was doted on and uncharacteristically comfortable with the experience which says a lot. The charges were reasonable and although this was our first visit, we will be going back.

Best place I've ever used, Dr. Mark Jamba and Stephanie were very caring and answered all of my questions. I used the Lakewood location, very convenient. The hours and days are great! Tuesday -Friday; 2:30-7:30 pm and Saturday hours as well. First come, first serve basis and cost was way better than I expected.

I am giving this visit a one star because of the nasty attitude I encountered from the tech at this location. The vet was wonderful. This girl needs some training in customer care. She was rude and inappropriate during my entire visit. As a repeat customer, I felt extremely disrespected. I submitted a lenghtly message to the comment section of the VIP website and I certainly hope they address this individual about her inappropriate behavior towards me.
