I bought a Gavely Zero turn at Lakeview Home Center Hardware about 4 years ago. They have been exceptional in their service & ongoing dedication to me as a customer. I have had a few things come up with my mower at different times. They have fought on my behalf to get the manufacturer to cover things when they could have just as easily not made that effort. I pay each winter for their "Spring tune up" service. They come get my mower. Zero hassle. Take care of changing the oil, sharpening or replacing the blades etc, alignment of the steering etc. Whatever needs done. They get my machine in tip top shape for the next year's mowing season. When they are done, they bring it back to the house and drop it off. Again...Zero hassle. I will be a life long customer as long as we live within driving distance, and will likely upgrade machines at some point as well. They are excellent.

Hi! I am very satisfied with Lakeview Hardware in Russell's Point, Ohio. They are friendly and easy to talk to. They care about your concerns and do their best to solve your problems. I'm very happy with the work they have done on my tractor. They dropped the mower deck, sharpened the blades, put the snow blade and chains on and brought it back to my house in time for the winter season. I gave one star because the system won't let me give zero. I dealt with one of the owners, I don't know which one. He was short of stature and had tattoos and a muscle shirt. He needs to hire a salesman that knows how to sell, and stay in back room away from customers. This guy was so cocky and rude. His EGO is too big for the stores business. I will never set foot in there again. I wanted to buy a leaf blower, but he was too important to wait on me. I'm on my way to bellefontaine to shop elsewhere.

This is for the lawn mower service and repair. I just fixed my friends mower for them after this place had his mower for over 4 weeks without fixing it. He called them and asked them to just return his mower and the person on the got aggressive with him. He let them know that after he got quoted for over a $700 repair after 4 weeks that he no longer had faith in them and would like his mower back. They returned the mower to him but damaged his front rim and the tire is now flat. They also left the mower partly disassembled. The only issue with his mower was the drive belt for the transmission needed replaced, at the most expensive a $30 part.

8 months pregnant and wouldn't let me use a bathroom then my purchase was 4.69 and couldn't use my card because it wasn't $5 so I will take my business elsewhere. I will pay cheaper prices at a large retail rather than stick local due to them
