Their service technicians need to go back to school, I just bought a Honda self-propelled mower and almost immediately had problems with the transmission locking up on me. I told them The transmission was locking up and it needed replaced, a week later I went back to check on it and they said the transmission was fine and they ordered other parts that I wasn’t having a problem with. These parts were on back order, I had to wait six weeks and had to call Honda to get them in when they finally came in they found that the transmission was bad and had to order a new transmission for it. Finally I went in to pick it up and the parts that were good now were not working so I had to go back in the next day and it was finally working after over eight weeks.

This is the least helpful place I have ever shopped at. The people are rude, and actually act offended when they have to produce customer service. Getting questions answered (let alone answered accurately) is like asking them for a kidney. And forget shopping online and picking up in the store! They do not keep up on inventory at all, and do not remove discontinued items from the inventory or add new items that replaced them. I tried twice to place an online order for pickup and both times, by the next morning with no notifications on my order, they had not even looked at the order at all. This is the only hardware store in the area and they take advantage of that, knowing they don't have to service customers. The cashiers are CONSTANTLY playing on their cell phones and can't be bothered with doing their job. Worst customer service ever!

This is the hardware store of my dreams. It's quite obviously a mom and pop shop and they had a better selection of garden supplies than lowes, meaning not all miracle gro! They also had a bulk seed section - amazing.

Very knowledgeable people they always willing to help prices is in line with the big box stores. I don't think they have never not had what I've been looking for each time I visit. Sometime I don't know what I'm looking for I explained my job and they come up with what I need. Yes most definitely would do business with them again.

Good dudes here. They always take great care of me and whatever I need. Bought a Gravely Z260 here and today I bought a Cub Cadet snowblower. They deliver. They help you stay up on maintenance in the off season. Good service all around.

It's 15 minutes before their posted closing time on Saturday in July and the doors are locked. $5 minimum credit card charge. Teens at checkout seem to not care much about anything. All that said, they usually have what I'm looking for, no matter how obscure.

They are very helpful if you have questions. They have quite a selection. They are a little on the higher end in regard to price but It is nice not having to go out of town for most things.

You know they always have what I'm looking for when it comes to weird bolt sizes and other random bits. They even have some bicycle parts.Definitely the most useful store around here for a DIYer like me.

Beats going all the way to Lowe's and they have a decent selection but most of the employees could use a class in customer service. The girl at the front register and the cool guy with the dreads are awesome, everyone else is pretty much rude.

Quick down the road something I didn't know they had but my buddy works there and everything I dont think they would have they do. Lol so I call and they get it ready evan good service all the way around.

Been there several time with sale add, they never have sale items in stock, staff is anything but helpfull. Was in the store for fifteen minutes once and not one employee ask if I needed help. I found what I needed and left. Take an extra 15 minutes and go to Belfountaine Lowes
