Overall it’s a good place to sleep for the night. Room was very clean, smelled clean and the A/C worked very well. The ceiling fan with a remote was also a wonderful touch. There was a full size fridge, microwave and Keurig machine too! It would be nice if the room had a small table or something to set your bag on, and the TV setup was difficult to get to work. Bathroom is pretty tight, and toilet is extremely weak so be cognizant of before using it haha.

Super clean, cute atmosphere, quiet location. We came down here from Michigan spontaneously to visit friendsfor the fourth. Our friend found us the stay and we were shocked at the cheap price! Staff was nice with the cutest little puppies. Only negative was we didn't have our lights working but we were too lazy to ask since we were just staying overnight for the beach the next day. Assumed it was just some dead bulbs. But, definitely a cute stay if youre visiting for a short time ! We must have visited when they weren't busy because we were the only people there. We were only 10 minutes from most beaches, stores, and places to eat.

Honestly this place is definitely more for fishermen, but the parking for boats are limited. When you call the motel they are not even on the property. It calls the owners cell phone. Which btw the woman who answered was quite rude, not professional as a business owner at all. I brought my small 4lb dog to visit a friend who was staying there and got scolded for having my do there, BUT in the rooms there is a laminated paper stating that's pets where welcome! And also, a few days before, I had 2 dogs like the size of German shepherds run up on me on arrival coming from another room! So it's confusing to me.Other than this discrepancies, the rooms are clean and decent, but very small. I'd only suggest you stay at the place if your coming to fish for a weekend.

The room I was in was just big enough. It was clean. That's the most important thing. The people that ran it were very nice. I definitely would use them again. Spent 3 days here fishing for Walleye. This place is great if you're just looking to come back after a long day of fishing and get some sleep and relax. There's a fish cleaning station down on the end which makes it nice, and a freezer for the guts and also a freezer to keep your fish in if you are prepared to vacuum seal and freeze it while you are there. The rooms have good AC and a small fridge. They also sell ice right out front of your rooms for your coolers. You can get gas, coffee, worms etc just a stone throw away. I'd stay here every time.

I'm a traveling Solo Female Sr. and this place was a rustic one. It was a great location near the beach and my host gave me good directions for a sunset dinner on the lake. The bed was more like a duvay matress so it was lumpy, but the staff are very kind. In fact I didn't catch all the signage about check out, so they called me and let me check out over the phone after I left. The lost was very diligent to get the tv going for me. Great location near the beach, and close to a good place to eat breakfast before heading to the Jet Express for my ride to Put In Bay.

A bunch of foreign speaking kids sat outside my room smoking , talking loudly and laughing loudly. I opened the door and told them that I’ve were trying to sleep. They went in the door right next to mine which was obviously a private residence. Most probably the owners family and/or friends. They were loud when they were inside as well with a lot of banging and of doors and whatever. Total lack of respect for guests. One kid was playing with the propeller of my boat. Won’t know if they messed with anything on my boat or truck because there are no lights outside. I would leave as it is only a little after midnight but have nowhere else to go. They better hope that I find nothing missing or damaged on my property. The walls are extremely slim and we can hear everything in their apartment but can’t understand what they are saying. I will NEVER return to this motel!

This place is a run down no tell hotel. We had three fisherman in our party and we got 3 hard and uncomfortable beds. The fish cleaning station didn't have a roof or an adequate lighting set up. Literally had to run our own extension cord to light the area up in the rain. My brother booked the rooms and was told there would be ice available for keeping our fish fresh. Ice was nonexistent and manager didn't offer to fix the issue in any manor. The bathroom was so small the sink was as big as a dentists spit sink and the shower well it's for very thin people. Racks in fridge were rusted well you get the picture.....

We stay here every year for our November fishing trip on Lake Erie. 2 minutes from Mazurik public launch. Very reasonable rates and great hospitality. Nothing fancy but a perfect fit if you're looking for a place to stay with a fishing group.

Been staying at the Majestic for 3 years for 5 night stays for Lake Erie fishing trips. Bed, bath, AC, TV, mini fridge, microwave, right next to Mazurik's to launch...fish cleaning station...can't ask for a better setup. As long as we're here, Majestic is at the top of our list for lodging options.
