Terrible experience 0 stars. Customer service at this location is pitiful. Used stocking as an excuse not to wait on customers. Clearly a bell rings when someone walks in so they knew I was there. I could have been doing anything but they were concerned with the conversation they were involved in. Probably didn't here the bell. After another 2 customers came finally an associate came to the register but said nothing did my transaction and that was it. I said boy the customer service sure is going down hill here and she starts cursing me out. Don't know her name but she had an eye patch. Told the manager and she said she was stocking. Lol Great manager keep it Dollar General

It's just like everywhere else, maybe no workers. Why have a propane exchange if you are not doing it. May e if there wasn't one on every corner they could ha e some better ones.

Well I lost my keys most people don't care but the nice lady I met in the parking lot was more than happy to lend her eyes. Then the manager at Dollar General was very helpful in trying to find my keys also, we had a whole team . I want to thank you for being so kind and taking on my stupid issue . I hope you have a great day Mike , mine's much better now found the keys!

Typical dollar store. Somewhat disorganized at this store. Had to hunt for things. Tried to find an employee, but they were hard to find also. Found a good deal on breakfast bars so it was a good visit. I think the one in Hartsville is better. Might just keep going there.

Instead of rotating bagging station she kept setting the bags up on the counter behind product still needing rang up and bagged. This required me to reach over fully extended and lift the bags over my torn shoulders to clear everything else on the counter and causing unnecessary pain. The rotating bagging station is there for good reason and should not be ignored. Store is not in Green.

The other terrorist oops shoppers refused to stay a safe distance. May be they can't read so I pointed out the markers that were socially appropriate distance...still they came into my space. I don't he COVID NOR DO I WANT IT. Stay back. The cashier was slow in ringing the store was busy and I was not a happy camper at all. Dollar General attracts individuals without common sense. I will not be going back to this or any other Dollar General! Life is for living.

Stopped in to get a specific item, that I know they carry. Found one on the shelf, so I asked the counter associate (who happened to be wearing a title that said "Store Manager") if they happened to have more in the back. He was on his phone as I approached, but did set it down. His reply to my question: "We just got a truck in, everything should be on the shelves by Saturday." This was on Thursday. He rang up my items, handed me the bag and receipt, then immediately picked up his phone and resumed texting. It's sad that I'm conditioned to expect this behavior from a younger associate, but that's the world we live in. I'd expect much more professional behavior from an adult, store manager.

This store is one of the worst Dollar General I have ever shopped at. The aisles are so packed it's difficult to navigate thru the aisles. The shelves are half empty. Product stacked on the floor but not the shelves. I was there yesterday May 19 2016, and of course they didn't have what I wanted. There was an employee standing looking while I tried to get thru the aisle, but couldn't because of boxes on one side and a pack of toilet paper on the other side on the floor. No offer to help. Some of the cashiers give the impression that they are doing you a favor to wait on you. I only live a mile away, but I will be taking my business elsewhere. I know a lot of the people in this area that feel the same.

Store front and main entrance was dirty. The welcome door mat was out in the parking lot instead of in front of the door. Merchandise was NOT well displayed and in many areas it was strewen on the floor. I could not find what I was looking for and there was no sales associate available other than one who was busy at the checkout. Even though this store is walking distance from my house I will not shop there again.

I tried contacting the store again after ending my initial review and much to my surprise the phone calls ended abruptly with a busy signal every single time out of 100ish attempts this morning alone.

My major gripe, EMPLOYEES PARK IN THE HANDICAP PARKING SPOTS.Have some respect for the disabled. You could have easily parked one spot over to walk your over weight self inside. I parked across the parking lot and I am way over weight. I want the exercise. I have the respect for a handicap spot. Corporate needs to teach you guys better or find better people to work at this store.

I mean it's a dollar general so there's not too much to say, but it's far better than any other dollar general I've been to. It's not super small, it's pretty clean, the staff is pretty friendly and it's easy to locate most items.

I will tell you about. Dollar General it advertise it has Weston Union and no dollar store knows how to work it .your stores are a fire hazared isles are over run with cartons ,junk,its ridiculous. Try getting your stores in order or stop building them.

Clutter in the Isles and overall messy everywhere else. I love Dollar General, but this particular location is always somewhat unorganized and a bit claustrophobic.

I like this store. It's a Conveniat store tho run to when I don't need a big shopping trip. As d a great place to bring my Grandkids for snacks when they come over

This dollar general is a little older and very crowded. They do have alcohol which makes it a quick and easy spot for a beer run.

Went in looked all around found some holiday deals. Left
