I love love love having a store so close to home. Normally I can find the basics of what I need. But definitely leave yourself lots of time if you're looking for produce - I've found that I have to go through EVERY single container of fruit as most are rotten in the display, greens are wilting or soft, avocados are too hard or completely rotten - no in between. (It really is the only thing they need to work on.)The meat department is the highlight of the entire place!! They have the best cuts of meat, with the best prices! Steak, roasts, chicken, bacon, it doesn't matter I will be going to IGA forever for my meat selection. The cakes and donuts are also fresh and amazing!!! Donuts fresh everyday - best ever!!

The prices are high and the chicken breast I got was boneless and skinless and by the time I trimmed the fat I hardly had enough for my recipe. Very disappointed

Website says open until 9pm on Friday and Saturday. I’m here at 8:28pm on Saturday and the doors are locked. Not ideal.

Spacious and clean store, nice selection of food, noticeably more affordable than Oberlin IGA. A couple employees at the front end could use a refresher it seems on customer service and general friendliness and decorum, but sadly I've grown accustomed to that at pretty much any grocery store.

We picked up an eight piece chicken and Jojo dinner last night and the chicken was so dry it wasn't even edible. I called and talked to Jen and was told there was nothing she could do, I needed to call yesterday. The customer service is terrible there. I told her we won't be back. $14.99 spent and was it awful.

Digusted with this place.Made an order weeks ago. Called 4 hrs ago to check on it. "Yes it'll be here ready at 4pm"Here now "umm umm we don't have an order ..."Me "I literally called you at 1:30 to check on it.." girl behind the counter "that doesn't mean anything...."So save your money because apparently if you make orders you're gonna be let down here...
