This store is run by quality people, our neighbors. The service is friendly and top quality. The produce is consistently fresh and the deli and bakery offer several choices of quality foods. We are blessed to have them in our community. I know prices are high everywhere we shop. Please help this IGA stay in business by shopping there every week. It is important to keep this store open.

Nice clean store with excellent selection and friendly employees. Pricing is much better than most of the nearby competition. I will return often.Now 1 years later. Lately do not have advertised items, no rain checks available. This weeks steak sale was not even available. Cashier said they never came in and didn't know if they wouldThis was this last day of the advertised sale.Last week not swiss steaks available.I'm losing confidence in this store. Question are they falsely advertising items just to draw you into the stores?

This is a very nice door to stop at. It was very clean outside and inside. All of the produce and meat look very fresh. The shelves we're stocked well and the prices we're very good. They did not have a public bathroom and I was feeling eel and the staff helped me to a bathroom before I got sick. I really appreciated their help. The store seems to be a great place to shop and the customer service is outstanding. Thank you staff for all your help

I love their meat. Prices maybe a little high, but it's great quality. I bought porterhouse steaks at Sparkle and they were like eating shoe leather. Wasn't to happy. Next time it's IGA for meat!!

Great local store but not great for every week major groceries. But the meat has most reasonable prices. So we do stock up on this to freeze. Good for few things run out of need in hurry Cuz closest store to us.

They always take great care of me and have even ordered products I have requested. Great deals on meats and deli. The hot lunch/dinner bar has good choices from time to time as well. They may be a little more pricey then DirectfromChina Mart but I dont have to drive 30 minutes to get there and I dont have to deal with people.. lol.. oh and fights never break out in the store like sometimes at DirectfromChina Mart.

Love this place. Odd point...but I can't help it....I just love their plastic bags....they are bigger and stronger than other stores use. I would give them 5 stars but reason for 4 is.....they do have AWESOME sales on their meats but other than that the regular products are very pricey

They have decided, without any reasoning to not honor a coupon that has no expiration date. A coupon I've had on my phone and used since October 2018.Great business ethics, indeed.

I like the Kinsman IGA. Store is neat and clean and close to to where I live. They have everything I always do need. The workers are very nice and helpful. Meats and other items are good.

I drove a long ways for their bread very good. This is the cleanest grocery store I have ever seen. Everyone was very helpful but I was amazed of its cleanliness not sure about prices because I only got 2 loafs of their bread

Went for some lunch meat yesterday. Deli person didn't notice the fly that landed on the sliced turkey and just threw the next slice on top. I don't know what's more disgusting than a dead fly in the middle of your pack of lunch meat.

The store is clean. Love the price and meat Selection. How ever the store manager is rude and not thoughtful of the elderly shoppers that ask for help. He needs to be more respectful.

Kinsman IGA has been inspected and rated repeatedly in the past to offer free advise in order to improve the experience of their patrons to no avail.They have continued down the same lazy path as the only game in town usually does. They profit by false advertising mainly.I can visit daily and get over charged as regularly as clock work.Valentines Day was no exception.They put up signs that trick people into buying and systematically cheat them at the register. IT HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR YEARS! People are trusting and lazy and Kinsman IGA takes great advantage of that fact.
