This place has the best most caring nurses, vet doc, & ect ever!! I am truly blessed and more than happy to have them to care for my animal kids! I recommend them to everyone, honestly I will never go to any other clinic. They truly care about you and especially your animals! They are reasonable with there prices, they definitely ain't in it for the money they truly are for the animals i can't express that enough! I also want to truly thank them for the card they sent expressing there condolences for having to put my dog down to R.I.P. Thank You!

Have loved them for years. Dr Clayton has taken care of all my dogs, cats, and even chickens for many many years now. Dr.Ramsey and Dr. DiMilo have taken care of my animals as well. I have found them all to be compassionate and supportive. The support staff of techs and gals who work at the desk are equally wonderful as well. They’re getting busier as a practice and can’t always fit in an appt on short notice but critical situations they always find a way to help. I am a loyal client and will be continue to be moving forward.

I can be a difficult client for a Vet because of my past experiences. Dr DeMailo held her own & problem-solved with me to find solutions on an issue many Vets would give up on. Her dedication to the clinic & the animals she sees is apparent. The Vet industry in general is overworked, underpaid, and difficult to find help. This clinic is keeping their head above water & dealing with the current market climate gracefully. I will/would go here again, and not think twice because I know my dogs are in great hands with people who care about solutions.

Wonderful staff and veterinarians! He was very knowledgeable about our African gray parrot and was very gentle with him. It's very clean and modern. So glad to have such a wonderful facility that is so close. They even offer boarding for cats and dogs. If your looking for an avian vet I highly recommend!

12/31/23 We've been bringing our furbabies here for a few years. Their staff are ALWAYS polite and considerate. We had to euthanize one of our babies (Lady Bula) today. I called up I asked if they could do it today. They said yes with No hesitation. They made the process as comfortable as they could. They did their jobs with compassion and took their time with us. We had the hands down scariest moment of our lives the month on Monday the 13th while visiting family up north. Our English bulldog became hyperthermic and had throat swelling from all the excitement of new surroundings of an exciting day. She started to turn blue/grey so we rushed her to the nearest vet, which was Countryside Vet service - Kinsman. They did not hesitate to take action. They took our little girl straight back to try and help with her respiratory distress that ultimately concluded with intubation and ventilatory support. Her larynx was nearly swollen shut and her temperature was extremely high. This team of compassionate professionals took action without question to save her. They let me stay with her the whole time. About 4 hours later we were able to extubate her and take her home on 1:1 supervision. The wonderful staff here saved my baby yesterday. She's my whole life, turns 7 in October, the most funloving little girl who enjoys life to the fullest... they saved her. They didn't know their day would start this way, didn't expect us coming in, definitely not scheduled, and they took action to save her life. I owe my life to these wonderful individuals and will be forever grateful for their care and expertise in caring for my sweet baby. I couldn't have asked for better care. They are all angels in my eyes. I could never thank them enough for what they have done for our sweet Winnie girl. Best group of team work and caring individuals I've ever met in my entire life. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

They were awesome to us and our dog. We were not even a client, called around to get our dog some stitches from a fight he got into with our other dog and they were able to squeeze us in. My wife had called several other clinics and they could not help us in a timely fashion. Not only did they fix him up, they charged us a very fair price and called two days later to follow up on him. First class service and organization.

Dr. Clayton and the staff are wonderful. We recently had to say goodbye to both of our senior boxers this year and we cannot thank them all enough for their compassion and care. They go above and beyond and truly care for your family members. We have been seeing Dr. Clayton for around 13 years and we will never go anywhere else. Words cannot express how grateful we are for everything and for caring for Gunner and Remington.

Staff is very friendly. Dr. Jeff Clayton is by far the most knowledgeable veterinarian/surgeon I have ever encountered. My dogs have had amazing care from him. Truly, there is no one that I have entrusted more than he with my pets. Dr. Clayton is absolutely remarkable. I would highly recommend Countryside Veterinarian Service. I'm very partial to Dr. Clayton. He genuinely cares and he loves his job taking care of everyone's pets.

Dr Clayton is amazing and takes his time to answer all questionand also taught us so much more about caring for my bird ,Clyde. When I first got my dog several years ago, I originally planned to take him to a different vet office, but I had a handful of people recommend this vet office so I switched and I am so glad I did! Every single person I've talked to over the years when I am there has always been extremely nice. I've had appointments with all of their vets there and they are all professional yet friendly, and very knowledgeable. The office has gotten me in quickly when needed. A+ receptionists, vet techs and vets!

Recently moved to the area and found this vet on google. Made and appointment to take my sick duckling in. This place is beautiful! I went inside everyone was nice. Dr. Clayton was very friendly and understanding. He took great care of ducky and was very knowlegable. I highly recommend this place!

This is my regular vet office. The doctors and the personnel are nice and good. Only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because it is expensive. Maybe all vets are? Hard to get out without spending close to $100.00 per pet. Nothing is gratis. This last visit, my dog had an infection. He threw up the first antibiotic prescribed. The second one was fine, but I had to pay for both.

Love the people and service. Trust them highly with fur babies and my bearded dragons!Amanda was super when I had an emergency. I don't know how many times in one day I called her but it was MANY!! Not once was she rude or snappy. She gave me the time I needed to explain and get answers. Very, very super nice!!Dr. Clayton is the best for surgeries. I trust no one else for my doggies. I ran into an emergency recently and he did surgery on my baby, after already having a very booked surgery schedule! He is super at explaining things!Dr. Terrill is also great! She sees most of my babies for regular visits.I highly recommend this place to anyone looking.Prices are very reasonable!

I've been dealing with some issues with my pup and trying to find a good vet. As soon as I walked in I knew I would get answers here. Staff and vet were all great and Remi was comfortable with everyone. Even though I live in niles, this will be my vet.Update : unfortunately had to return bc Remi has to be euthanized and they took great care of him in his last moments

Update: I have updated my rating from 2 stars to 5. Two hours after posting my original review I received a call from Countryside Veterinary Service - Kinsman. They were VERY apologetic and found me an opening with Dr Clayton the next afternoon. The care that my cat received was the same wonderful care that I had come to expect over the years. I am not sure who answered my initial call, but I am so happy that it was made right and that my cat was able to get the care that she needed.Original Review: This place used to be wonderful, I have used them anytime my pets needed a vet for the last 28 years...all the way back when they were in a tiny little brick building that was about the size of a hole in the wall. They put my 17 year old cat down just four short months ago. I have ALWAYS been able to be seen in a reasonable frame of time, typically same or next day. Today I called about an injury to one of my cats and was told that they couldn't see my cat until January because I "didn't have an account with them" and that I should take my cat to "another vet local to [me]". Problem is, they ARE the local vet! Apparently they have gotten way too big for their britches and forgotten that fact.

Had an emergency with my cat this morning and they got me right in. Unfortunately I had to put my cat down but the staff there was very passionate and super nice. I'll definitely be using them again in the future.very reasonable in pricing as well.
