He gave us multiple quotes, took his time to explain everything to me and gave us more coverage on our new policy than our previous insurance company with a much lower rate! We have been with Stockton Hill for several years now, as have my parents. I have never experienced customer service at this level before, especially from an insurance company. Every person I have ever spoken with is beyond friendly and would jump over the moon to help us. The few times we have had to do claims, they have made it impossibly easy. Today, I called needing a copy of my policy. I called at 3:39PM, was on the phone with them for 36 seconds and had my policy in my email by 3:40PM. I honestly couldn’t believe it. Truly phenomenal customer service. I would recommend them over and over. Five stars, 10/10, two thumbs up, etc.

At first I was not looking forward to Changing insurance companies after being with the same company for 15 years and having 13 cabin rentals, two wedding venues and also a farm. After meeting with Gabe & Brandon the change was so easy and it saved us a lot of money. They go through every property and make sure we are covered with the right amount of insurance. I didn't even know our business had insurance problems, so I'm very thankful Brandon reached out to me. It was totally no-pressure, in fact we deferred talking for a few months until one of our commercial policies was close to renewal time. Brandon followed-up with us again at that time and we got the ball rolling. He spent a ton of time with me very patiently evaluating our needs and going over our existing policies/coverage. I just married my wife and while reviewing our finances I compared our insurance rates with two other companies. We Came to learn that they were overcharging us by nearly $1200 every 6 months!! This was with our house, two trucks and one car. We switched, and contacted them to cancel and they were horrible about it. Emily was extremely rude and then continued to attempt to stretch out the coverage by not emailing me the cancellation information. She continued contacting my wife because they knew they had gotten over on her for years so they didn’t want to talk with me. Finally February 2 my wife says that Emily said it’s all complete and the cancellation was done. Today, February 13th, I get charged $140 still from State insurance!! My bank has my back on this thank goodness and I sent a Email to Emily direct.Stay away!! This place is a rip off!!
