Pretty sad I would rather drive 20 minutes to the nearest town so that I don't have to go 5 minutes from my house to the shortcut store. I get ripped off every time I go in there because the workers try to scam you. 1st they up charge $2 on a 12 pack on their pop every time I go in, and then they wanna ask you for your pin number on your debit cards so THEY can type it in..no ma'am. Then they get the nerve to get mad when you tell them that you're not giving them your pin number because it's illegal!! I called the owner when this happened several months ago..she absolutely doesn't care because it's the same worker doing it this time as well.

Nice little store. They have a bit of everything. Beware, most things very pricey, but beats having to drive to Cambridge or Newcomerstown for a few items that you need. We are a fan of the Banana and the Butterscotch pudding desserts that are in the cooler!!!

Been coming here for years - well before you owned it. Today I ordered a pizza and salad. My wife arrived early and it wasn’t ready. Not a problem she said as you walked away mumbling under your breath about a holiday weekend. She asked for ranch dressing - you said salads don’t come with dressing, but I’d be happy to charge you for it. Grow up buddy, not gonna happen. In fact, I’ll take my money somewhere else - I’m here every weekend in the summer and through December and contribute significant cash to your business. Again, don’t worry about my business the rest of the holiday weekend. I’ll also share the experience to all of the neighbors in my campground - you’ll be the talk of the camp!I’d love to hear your response...BTW, salads do come with dressing.

Very pricey. Ordered a pizza and a gallon of milk.. pizza was burnt and milk was expired. Prices keep going up. No where near as good as it was. I will be driving to Cambridge from now on.

It is a nice small local shop for necessities & sweets but plan to pay at least double because of location.

Just ate their pizza and meatloaf sandwich. I have ate at alot of difference places but this place hands down has THE BEST meatloaf sandwich I have ever had.... 👍👍
