Prices are fair, decent selection in store and in the lumberyard. Great personnel, but maybe not enough staff? Only real complaint is that it's a bit of a crapshoot to get help loading in the lumberyard. Some days they are on top of things, other days you can expect to load your own stuff.

This company made a error on a order for thousands of dollars . Asked for my money back . Sales man screamed and yelled at me told me he didn’t care what if I didn’t do business with him. Never got the problem fixed or my money back . They completely just disrespected us and ripped us off . Would not recommend taking the risk here!

Employees somewhat helpful when I needed screws, but when it came time to go get the lumber that I ordered, there was no one out there to help me load it. I loaded it all myself. Wouldn’t really recommend this place, but the service was all right inside the store. Not too bad for a Small town hardware I guess.

Have been working with Gerber for many years. Can say enough good things about this company. Great staff that is willing to do whatever it takes to make things right. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

We stopped at this quaint little store. They had canning jar lids that I haven't been able to find anywhere else. So happy we stopped there.
