The tle department out there has not been very good in a while they are saying they are doing work that they never touched.. Took a car to get a battery and was told that they check and that the alternator was bad and that they wouldn’t put the battery in.. Took car home and took everything apart myself once I had the time and the positive battery terminal was so corroded that it had broken in half and was hard on the battery.. They told us that they unhooked the battery and that’s how they new the alternator was bad.. Well there must be a Bluetooth feature to unhook the battery that I’m not aware of cause they never jack the car up to even check the battery.. Mother took her car there for tire got 4 new tires which they put on but did do the valve stems… Check your stuff if you get anything done out here!!!!!!

Sometimes find good deals. Use the pharmacy. People are nice. The automated system is very messed up, which I have spoken to them about, but everyone tells me they can do nothing. It notifies me to fill prescriptions I don't need and tells me to refill prescriptions I just filled the day before or that day.

Bad experience with bakery. Product was not as labeled ( cherry tarts ) what ever was inside was spoiled and ended up trashing product. Noted store was becoming dark dingy and unwelcoming.on the up side the staff were ready to help when asked. Whatever happened to employees approaching customers and offering assistance. Guess those days are gone!

went to this store for some pop and couldn’t find it and then went to ask an employee for some directions and this girl called “jackie” said to me go find it ur self lazy and then when i acted shocked she rolled her eyes at me and scoffed and walked away. rudest employee iv ever encountered in my 46 years of living in ohio absolutely disgusting behavior.

It's one of the nicer locations around. It's pretty clean when I visit and things are kept put away where they belong. Still have issues with finding everything we need when shopping, but that is every one of these stores. Also, I get tired of only two lanes being open and backed up across the isle into the clothing section. Same for the self checkout, running back into the grocery section.

The womens dept. was nice and tidy, clothes hanging in order and together. The food isles I went thru were very orderly. The meat section... we had to sort thru meats to find what we wanted and only found it when a very kind employee helped us.

I ordered tire online from Walmart last Sunday and was scheduled to have them put on today. I get a call this morning saying the air compressor was broke and the couldn’t install them. Ok no big deal so I go to get the tires and they only have 1. The girls in there looked all over the store for them I waited an hr thinking I wasn’t going to get anything today but they made it right! Thank you so much

It was nice to have some extra teamwork today and some workers opening up maybe like 6 lanes other than the self checkout! I was so amazed to have some help scanning and bagging my things today! I was about ready to ask for a raise! Lol but after today, as long as they keep that up, I'd like walmart alot better for real!

Let's be serious here folks it's Walmart. The crowd here is barely above mentally challenged. If it's Marion then the people are already at a deficit. The toy department sux, the automotive department is over shoplifter and the groceries are mostly from China, don't eat that shid. Take your chances and thanks for riding the rides here at Marion Walmart.

First time in this center. Very clean and well stocked. Shelves were fronted and faced. Employees were very cordial as I was walking around. I was exceptionally impressed by the young man working the self checkout. He was very energetic and engaging with with every one at each self checkout station. Great to see young people with great customer services skills and being proactive in their area. He didn't stand back and wait for issues to arise. It was nice to see.

I Recently did some grocery shopping at my local Walmart. One item I bought had already been opened when I went to use it. I tried to return this item and the staff member didn't want to exchange it and was rude. She finally agreed and acted like I was putting her out. Some staff are very friendly while others are hateful and very rude.

Fast, friendly, but not well stocked. We had just spent 2 days hibernating during a blizzard. I think they were suffering from the same issues, ie: delivery issues du to road conditions

The lady at the register had some trouble adding money to a gift card. She was doing a great job trying. However, she acted nervous like I was going to be mad at her. After she kept saying sorry, I said, "Don't worry, I'm a pretty laid-back person." It's sad that people who work in customer service roles are afraid people are going to yell at them over things that really aren't a big deal. People need to chill out and treat each other with respect. This world is hard enough without treating each other badly over stupid things.

At the prices now being charged in store for items, I do not think that it is unreasonable to ask that at least one checkout lane always remain open. It is difficult to use the self check out when you have a full cart of groceries, $200-300 worth. It would be a different story if you received a discount for the added hassle of using the self check out.

They are out of everything its always like the people had been shopping for the apocalypse. There seems to be always more self check outs than anything else and i changed pharmacies because 1 or 2 of the judgemental pharmacy techs. The others however are divine

For some reason everyone of the coolers had bags of ice in them and most were tarped over. Ice cream and stand up ones were taped off and you couldn't open them, sadly it was a big waste of gas going out there!

Horrible experience with pickup. Made the order at 2:28 pm the only options they had was 6-7 7-8 so we picked 6-7. It got delayed. By 8:10 pm never got an email or notification about it. So called and got the run around. Said won’t get to pick up until the next day!One person said, the people who do pick ups left at 8! Another person said they left at 4! Makes no sense. If you have orders for that day, they need done THAT DAY!! Even if you have to stay over a little bit.

Weird review but thought it was worth mentioning. We went today to get laundry sanitizer after my er visit last night with poison ivy/oak/sumac to get rid of any residual oils that maybe on my pillows...anyway, as an after thought once in the store. We picked up a loaf of bread. Went to self checkout. Loaf of bread and laundry soap....because we didn't choose to add to the trashing of the earth by putting our two items in plastic bags that would have been thrown away once we got home. We got stopped by the Walmart greeter for a receipt...which we showed. the dear older gentleman, He didn't even inspect/read the receipt. He said "you're good" to wich I replied rather snarky "are you sure" sorry i already wasnt feeling well. Why stop us to begin with! What Mother and 10 year old son go to walmart to steal laundry soap and a loaf of bread. Calm down walmart! Loaf of bread and laundry sanitizer should warrant a harrasment of your customers. Just saying.
