Shop here once a week, wife uses the pharmacy for prescriptions the pharmacists are always friendly. Walked in today looked at the liquor selection to see if any new products were on the shelf. Went over to get few drinks out of the cooler noticed it had an odor and warm temperature. Walked over to the cashier and notified him of the issue he replied back rudely and said he knew of the issue and said its been down for 2 weeks. No signage or notifications of the cooler being down.

Love the prices and selections but for a store the staff are super anti social. I walk in and I don’t get greeted. Which is fine but when stores like dollar tree, dollar general, and Walmart, etc are able to greet you and actually try and talk to you before you even get to a register it’s disappointed you can’t get a simple “hello” now some associates when I get to the register are phenomenal. But if I had to name names Jeff and Jan don’t talk don’t do nothing but scan and try to get you out. Jan I’ve seen talk down to associates and telling them they’re going to lose their jobs. Meanwhile if I buy one singular item that really don’t need a bag like example; chapstick I’m not asked if I want a bag or not she puts it straight in one if I say no bag despite her not asking she bags it anyways. I love rite aid but a lot of changes with certain staff members need changed at-least the others I tend to see are nice and gracious but I can’t get passed being treated like I’m not a human.

5 stars doesn't even do the pharmacy justice. The amount of compassion and just pure kindness is incredible. Reminds you that there are good people in this world and I cannot thank you enough. By far my favorite pharmacy. He is doing much better now, so from the bottom of my heart thank you.
