I hate to leave negative reviews, but you guys have stiffed me a few times. I order through the app so there's no confusion, but I am often missing an item or 2 (even after being pulled out of line to wait, which I don't have a problem with). I don't mind waiting at the drive through, but I DO mind driving 20mins home to find out the food I got for my disabled father is not there.Should I have checked the bag before I left? Yeah, probably, but the bag also should have been checked before it left the store as well. Double check the bags, please!

It'd be nice if they could actually make a Bacon double quarter pounder with cheese , with Bacon considering it's the first word in the name of the sandwich, but over the course of 2 years and 6 separate orders I've yet to get bacon on my sandwich.... Contacted mcds HQ and pretty much nodda.... otherwise food is good, seems freshly made etc , just incorrectly made🤷

Passing thru.....stopped in. Clean bathroom. Noone @ the register so I felt compelled/persuaded to use the 'kiosk' order technique which had a confusing way to end/complete your order by choosing to 'add' to your existing order (which I didn't want to do) then the next screen came up w/option to check-out. Food was delivered to my table quickly & was good.

So me and my husband went through the drive thru after his shift about 11pm. We were both insanely hungry. First when we ordered the lady was rude about waiting on us,then we had to wait for twenty mins only to get cold unsalted fries and two cheeseburgers were hard on the top! I dont go to often but now I wont be going to that McDonalds at all! So disappointing!UPDATE 05/12/23.. I tried agian at this McDonalds purchased a mochca frappe. I got half way through and then seen a FLY! I was so disgusted so I called and then emailed the actual Lewis email on the receipt. They said they sent me a card the first time I never got it. So I contacted them by email agian and they told me to get my giftcard at the restaurant. So I did so i got emails saying they are so sorry and I just let it go... i wasn't gonna leave this review but I have tried to claim my free mocha frappe, three days in a row I have waited in line for ever! Only for them to tell me the frappe machine is down. At least post it so i dont have to wait! I am totally disgusted with KENTON MCDONALD'S GET IT TOGETHER! YOU AGIAN LOST A CUSTOMER! I can see from all the reviews it hasn't imporved!

Ok usually i do a negative review but i couldn't let this slide... i went to McDonald's it had about a half hour before they close it took them about 10 min for the food i didn't mind that at all but apon opening my fish sandwich i see a 1/4 of a slice of cheese slapped half way off my sandwich!! And that was all the cheese i got smh and just recently went again ordered a fish sandwich and this is Edgar i received at least have a little professionalism and you guys want more money working here gtf on with that bs

Love the Frappe and hot Latte but this past year the machines have been broke or down more than they are supposed to be working??!! What could possibly be happening, are they being cleaned properly and serviced regularly? Many of us out here who are willing to pay for special good tasting coffee, would like an explanation as to why this keeps happening.

They try their hardest to get SOMETHING on your order wrong. Most of the time their iced coffee is missing the flavoring you asked for, just coffee creamer and ice. If a young child is at the register window good luck getting a receipt. It's supposed to be fast food, but the line takes longer than some sit down restaurants.

The dining room was disgusting, ketchup splattered all around the drink station and trays piled up by the trash. Several of the tables weren’t wiped off and had crumbs all over them. It took about 20 minutes to get my mom and I’s food brought to us and I’ve never waited that long at a McDonald’s. It was rough but the food was ok.

I needed to get out of the house, so I went to Kenton. I did a little shopping then got some supper at McDonald's. They were busy, but the drive thru line was actually moving very nicely. I ordered a double cheeseburger bundle, which is a double cheeseburger and a small fry for $3, and I got a free large diet Coke because there was an offer on the McDonald's app for a free pop or tea with a minimum $1 purchase. A whole meal for 3 bucks. Doesn't get much better than that nowadays.

The hash browns always taste like they soak them in grease and then barely cook them and they are a soggy mess in the bag every time we order there so we no longer get hash browns, and when you get sausage gravy and biscuits and do not pay for extra gray you barely have enough to cover a biscuit. Very dis-appointing and their fries used to be excellent and now they are also a soggy greasy mess.

It's been months, so i tried again. Curbside just isn't good at this location. Got a Mc Flurry and fries. Again, the drive-through went through way faster than Curbside. To top it off the fries were overcooked. The dog was happy to eat them.Decided to give another try. I've been sitting here for 14 minutes so far, no food. This is ridiculous.using the app lately. Curb side is hit and miss. The first time I used it, food was at my door in two minutes. Tonight was terrible. It took 12 minutes. The whole drive thru emptied out before they brought out the food. It was a basic meal so no reason for the long wait.

The 2 middle aged ladies that work there are very rude. Always mess up the food, this time we ordered 2 OREO McFlurries and by the time we got through the top layer of them the rest was vanilla. I mean come on how hard is it to let a machine do your job?!

The food is always good, but I ordered the day before Thanksgiving fir 3 dinners I waited an hour and a half to get an ordered I ordered the day before to pick up at 1pm on Thanksgiving. There were people that order that morning gotbtheirs before I did . That's totally wrong. I will never order again for Thanksgiving or any holiday

5 times they've given my wife a regular sugar coffee after ordering sugar free. My wife is a diabetic and can't drink regular ice coffee with flavoring. They constantly mess up orders and the managers are rude and really don't care about customer satisfaction. This place needs new managementand more owner involvement. Terrible serviceand no concern for customer needs.
