I called this florist as I couldn't find exactly what I wanted on their website and I'm out of town so I couldn't stop in - I am so glad I did make that call!The staff was so nice, allowed me to explain why I was purchasing a floral arrangement and what I was looking for as I had a friend unexpectedly lose their dog this week. I wanted flowers with a keepsake that was most appropriate for the occasion.The wonderful woman, and I wish I would've gotten her name, took all of the time to explain what keepsakes they had that would fit what I was looking for and she went over available arrangements. She was so patient with me, too.We settled on a florist choice using the color of flowers I wanted, and settled on a keepsake. I had flexible availability for delivery, and she placed me on the first available within 3 days of my order. They also took into consideration where to deliver, best time of day, etc.I can't wait for these flowers to be delivered to my friend.If you can order directly from a local florist, please always do so. ❤️ Their care is always above and beyond from some commercial contracted place.- Flower Delivery -My friend messaged and said that the delivery person was so sweet! The flowers arrived, exactly in the colors I requested and it was a beautifully large arrangement! The keepsake was even better than described, too.

Pam at Blossom Gallery Florist did our flowers for our wedding and knocked it out of the park! We did lots single stem flowers over arrangements and Pam was 100% dedicated to helping achieve our vision. Even when a supply chain issue caused a last minute change of plans, Pam was right there with a replacement flower that fit in perfectly!I even showed up randomly the day before the wedding (more to pet the adorable shop cats than to check in on the flowers) and Pam rolled with it. She is an excellent communicator and I would recommend her to other brides especially for the Hardin County Armory as she is local!

We live in Texas and I called to have some flowers sent to my brother who had just lost his wife. My niece just sent me a picture of the flowers. They are beautiful Blossom Gallery you did an excellent job. Would highly recommend your florist shop A big thank you from Texas

I received an arrangement for a memorial. It was not conventional design, it was a contemporary which I found engaging and made a bold statement. The arrangement lasted for 2 weeks. As it dried the piece became more of an art form.My arrangement in memoriam of my guy was exquisite. Thank you for your artistry.

We were disappointed with the floral arrangement they sent our friend. I understand some substitutions are fine but the arrangement was substantially different than the arrangement we ordered and paid for. A lot of cheap flowers were used instead.

The florist went above and beyond to fulfill my specific requests during the covid-19 difficult times and with the short notice that I gave them. My floral arrangement was not only beautiful but was to my detailed instructions. I would definitely recommend them.

This place is ABSOLUTELY AWFUL. Do NOT order flowers from here. My flowers were suppose to be delivered the 21st and it’s now been two weeks…. I asked for a refund 3 times and then the lied about my flowers ever being ordered in the first place i paid $86.00 for them to not even fulfill my ordered and basically just steal my money. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I’d give no stars if i could.

What a beautiful store!! And prices are very fair, wide variety and arrangements that are so lovely and would make anyone smile :)...The shop has so much for sale, silk flowers, primitive decor, angels angels and more angels, memory blankets and so much more. I have so many things on my wish list to buy that my husband is going to be a repeat customer I think..what a great store!

Arrangement of cut flowers was nice , enjoyed them for two days before they started wilting. For they price you pay would expect them to last at least a week.

These people are extremely rude and very unprofessional. If you give them a budget they will go for the highest end of it as well as add on top of that. And you will only get a fraction of what you should get for your money. They are also very unwilling to make it right with the customer if there is an issue. I will never recommend this place to anyone and I am very unhappy.
