Had to write a review because the staff at this place is definitely more knowledgeable than the average. At least that was my experience yesterday when I needed to buy some tools and hardware to support very heavy equipment at my shop. I was going to buy something entirely different but the guy working ( I forgot his name) told me exactly what I needed to get. And it worked perfectly.

I had ordered expensive air filters for my home. I couldn’t find them anywhere. Employee at the Canton store. Ordered them for me. I picked them up brought them home. There’s three of them. However I didn’t use them right away because they weren’t needed well when I went to use them wrong size, I took them back to the store. They had their purchase order where they had sent form. I didn’t have my receipt they were not going to honor and honor the return due to that fact, but they ordered them I didn’t. I had to sit there be rude and insistent before they make it right and they still didn’t. They only refunded two when I purchase three I went back in there at a later time , the one I told him that they could just keep the third when they wouldn’t credit before they had it on the shelf I believe to sell …

I love to come to Ace they have respectful workers there and they are always helping and they are nice to there customers they had awesome spices there too and a lot of great stuff for a BBQ where there spices are as soon as you walk in the building and look to your left and they have a variety of great spices that Walmart doesn't have

Once again discussed with this store. Went in with a package to be returned via UPS. Left it untaped until I got there since I was uncertain on the labeling I printed previously. I was told they ship by UPS but they don’t do packaging. He said they were out of packing tape. Daaaaaa! I ended up having to $5.35 for a roll of tape off their shelf where there was plenty. Oh yea don’t ask to use a pair of scissors they won’t.The employees are awesome but they can only do what their manager says. I am pretty sure that it would be only pennies a day to have packing tape on hand for this situation.

I had paint mixed twice, it was the wrong shade both times. I brought it back in, nothing wrong can do ma'am it's already been mixed. My original color was from Ace,, same store. I even brought the can in so they could see what it was.

You can say you don't need help a dozen times and an employee will still be on your heals the entire time, none of the staff knows inventory or pricing, kid that loads concrete drops bags as if them breaking doesn't matter. Worst ace I've ever visited

I Will Never Go Here Again Instead All My Business Is Going To Root Lumber Instead. Sales Staff Skipped Over Me When Waiting For Assistance To Help A Male Customer Who Just Walked In The Door 5 Min After Me Clearly Disrespectful Young Sales Associates Who Could Care Less. ROOT LUMBER FOR NOW ON! They lost about $ 6-7 hundred dollar sales cause of their actions.

Was really surprised, bought 2 door latches. Cost less then Menards and the quality was a lot better. I went through two of Menards door latches they keep bending and won't work not to mention they cost a lot more. I will look for the Ace brand from now on.

Great hardware store just a little pricey, chemicals for pest control, gas cans, bolts and screws, plungers everything that's at Ace I can go buy same quality products cheaper at Walmart and gas cans are cheaper at any random gas station.

Friendly greetings as you enter, and help offered within seconds of arriving. I find the prices are usually a little bit high than other options, but sometimes convenience overrides price.
