This place if you're gonna keep getting ferrets here. We need to push them to build a bigger set for the ferrets. This is too small. It leads to it in the lest be two tier I advocate for ferrets

Small store but not bad variety. My biggest issue is for $40 you can get a bath, brush, ears cleaned and anal glands done but if you want undercoat brushing too they add $50 because they have to use different brushes which they use the same ones over and over (they don't use new brushes on each individual dog) so don't understand how they more than double the price for brushing the dogs

Always a nice place to go if you're in a pinch. Great variety of food choices for dogs and cats, not much for smaller animals like rabbits. Prices are a bit high. I wouldn't shop here on a regular basis for my animals, but the staff is nice and helpful. Grooming services are available at this location. The cages were clean and selection of small animals such as; gerbils, hamsters and ferrets looked clean and healthy as well.

I wish I could hive this place 0 stars. My mother in law took her dog to get his nails trimmed and get groomed dropped him off and got a call to that her dog had bitten Alicia m who had "groomed" him which not to mention didn't even finish trimmin his hair before giving him a bath and wash blow drying him and then claimed that he had bitten her which let me make this clear I have bathed this dog along with my sister in law and mother in law and has never been bitten. This dog is very people friendly. He now since this has happened hasn't been the same he cowards down to any loud noise, even on the car ride home... and that's not normal behavior for him. Sounds suspicious to me.... anyone who owns a pet and truly loves there fur baby would be concerned and upset as we are. Alicia M would not even come out and speak to my mother in law. I'm going to attach a picture of this dog, and you ask urselfif this would be a dog that would bite someone?! I think not! If you love ur pets do not take them here.

Shoutout to Tina who groomed my mini goldendoodle today! She did an excellent job. He looks so wonderful!And, in general, the staff at this store is always so helpful. I’m a new pet owner and they’ve guided me through foods, toys, and hopefully some puppy training in the future!

1st time at this location because it's an hr away, it was absolutely worth the drive! We were on the hunt for salt water fish because my local We ❤ Pets hasn't been able to sell theirs for a few months now. I think the employees name was Shawn or Eric was amazing and knew what he was talking about. The store was really busy but he handled it calmly and was able to get our 3 fish and a few lg live rocks that ripped through several bags even layers. Would suggest getting something stronger for the wet live rock. But anyways all their tanks were BEAUTIFUL and healthy unlike the Wooster Ohio Petco! Will definitely return soon to keep adding to my aquarium!

There are hardly any cat supplies compared to dog supplies. We searched for urine cleaners and found 6 shelves of dog cleaner and finally found 1 shelf of cat cleaner. Also, the food and water bowls are not equally stocked. We ended up not buying bowls because the cat bowls were scantly stocked and dog bowls were mostly too big.

I found a sale price on Petcos online ordering for can cat food and the cashier was nice enough to match the prices for me. That alone saved me 10.00. For that, I’ll definitely be shopping there more often.

I just got my puppy and he needed a hair cut bad, I was looking around for a place that would be open on one of my days off and so I saw petco was. I made my appointment with a stylist named Ashley she did such a great job on my boy! He is a little shy and she was really good with him and he looks like the most handsome man around!

Bought a bearded dragon and it died within 6 days. Before you asked I have had other bearded dragons before this and has gotten a cage for them specifically. Please don't shop here

I had a horrible experience with Alicia M. as Eddie's groomer. His appointment was 12/20/23 at 10:30 am. This was the first with her because we usually choose Jackie, she has groomed Ed several times. I dropped him off at 10:20 and asked how long it would be, Alicia said 2 or 2 and1/2 hours for bath, cut and nail trim. I went to Walmart and received a call at 11:48 am that she was referring him out and stopping the appointment due to the claim he bit her. Again, Ed had been seen by Jackie several times and never a complaint of him biting, he's never been aggressive to ANYONE. She claims it occurred while blow drying him, but he was unfinished as far as the cut went, she herself did not come and speak to me when I retrieved him, instead she sent another groomer out to return him and on top of that charged me $40.00 for the shampoo. He is cowering over loud noise both in the car on the way home and at home and that is not his personality at all. I do not believe he bit her unless she hurt him. The whole scenario is suspicious at best. If you take your pet to the Brimfield Petco to be groomed, please steer clear of Alicia M.

We have been coming to Alicia for years now! She is fantastic with my dog! We now have a puppy that I will be bringing in for Alicia to groom. I would bring my cat in if Petco groomed cats. We have been coming to Alicia for YEARS now and have never had a problem. She is the reason that we bring our dogs to Petco.

The brick and mortar store is not as nice as the website. No associates around for assistance. Only ones I saw were running register. Their prices at the register don't match up. I scanned a dog sweater with their app and it said it was on sale for $8.99 but rang for $17.99 at the register. I had to point it out so they adjusted the price. The store is also set up strangely. It's like a maze that they wind you through. Took a little bit of time to find the dog coats and sweaters because there was no clear aisle markers.

We have just adopted a pup from a shelter and he stunk. He was matted, dirty, and dark brown. He needed professional help immediately! We got in with a groomer the very next day!! They were fabulous! She took her time to make it a great experience and did a wonderful job!! Let me know his triggers on groom process (dryer to his face) he got a full bath, dry, brush out, and underbelly shave. He was happy!! Looked like a brand new dog!! It ment the world that she didn't scare him off from grooming! Very pleasant and rewarding experience for our pup and a great team of ladies!! Thanks so much!

They were so helpful with found I dog food my dog would eat. We would try a bag of food and if she did not like we could return to try another brand or flavor. We were working on our third go-round I'll try again until we stumbled across True Meal dog food only sold at Petco. Does not look or smell like normal dog food. All I know is my puppy loves her new food and can't get enough of it

We were getting a fish for a dorm room and wanted to get something small like a goldfish. The guy we talked to was very nice and helpful. He steered us away from goldfish due to how dirty they are and how much care they need to stay alive. We ended up getting a betta fish and named her Jamal 😍. So far she's loving her new tank.

Made this Petco a Field Trip for home-based daycare. We LOVED all the various fish, staff were super friendly, but no RR availability yet for little people due to COVID-19! (9/11/20)

They did so good with ducky we are from Texas and I was concerned how she would do there but they did great with her! They also did her nails exactly how we like it which unfortunately the petco doesn't do that so well. Thank you so so much for making her comfortable and taking care of her 💜💜

Everyone is really helpful at this location, and they do online price matching inside their store when they have " online buy only" deals on their website. Some stores don't do that. Very convenient.
