It is chick days at Tractor Supply Company so it is always fun to visit the store. Who does not love baby chicks. They always have cool stuff to look at and your farm supplies are always in stock. The service is always great because they have super friendly folks that work there. Worthy of the 5 stars

Sorry but I'm not a fan. For several years this was my go-to place for farm-ish and product you need in the country. That was until they price gouged me on the cost of propane refills. In my case TSC was over a dollar more per gallon for propane than the Granville Mill just down the street. Now I avoid TSC and purchase my supplies from the Granville Mill or Rural King.Tip: If you want more examples of TSC price gouging and questionable business practices, do a price comparison with Rural King or in some cases Menards. Need a more proof? No problem. Do a search on the TSC website for "chain binder" and compare prices when doing the same search on the Rural King website. As of the writing of this review TSC's price was double the Rural King price. Same "made in China" binder, maybe a different color, but they charge twice as much. I have found TSC prices to be consistently higher than other local sources. If you want another example, do a google search on "Elanco Praziquantel Tablets for Cats". As of this wiring you will pay $16 on Amazon for a regular order ($8 if you subscribe and save), while at TSC it will cost you $24.99. Same product, way more expensive. But I guess you do get TSC Neighbor Rewards (aka the shaft). In summary, TSC should be ashamed of their business practices and how they treat their customers/neighbors. Please be careful with TSC, this once trustworthy business is now anything but trustworthy.I can only conclude TSC is more focused on their stock price than doing right by its customers/neighbors.

I am always greeted entering this tractor supply. The people there always make sure to help me get what I need. They are extremely friendly and professional. I feel like this is a neighborhood store even though I don't live in Johnstown. So even though I have a choice of tractor supplies closer to me, I prefer to shop at this one. They tend to be well supplied and consistent in their offerings. But the thing I appreciate most about this store are the people working there because they are truly wonderful.

Ideally we'd give 0 from what happened today at the Sunbury location. After speaking with corporate, the Johnstown Manager Matt, called us back. He went in on his day off the remedy the situation prior to calling us. I cannot explain to you how much this man actually did today when he didn't even have to. Our issue was mainly with the Sunbury location and their "corporate policies" (that corporate did not agree with). Thank you Matt for caring and going above and beyond for customers that were not even yours. I hope the Sunbury location can learn from you.

Terrible service. Made me wait 45 mins to fill a tank of propane. It was 28° out with breeze. Ridiculous, telling me they'd be right out.

Horrible Santa and pet experience. Pictures were never printed and provided. Never even got a phone call about the issues. Had to call and find out that you could come and see if they were able to recover your pictures.

This store is always super clean with friendly and helpful staff. They generally have everything I need and a few things I didn't even know I needed LOL. It is my new go-to store for pet food and they often have good sales on the brands I prefer.

Ended up at TSC after my horse managed to rip off part of his foot and needed it wrapped this morning. They were out of gauze, and the gentleman working took it upon himself to get a bandage from a first aid kit in the back so that I’d have something to use. So impressed and thankful for that act of kindness!

Nice cashier made sure they had 10 bags of stone for me. Another friendly person loaded them in my truck for me. They have more stone than other TSC in the area.

Interesting store. They charge half the cost for propane refills than their competitors. The store has a great selection of pet food and toys, along with just about everything else. Clothing is reasonably priced for well known heavy duty brands. Good boot selection. They charge by the pound for hardware, not by the piece, which is huge. Everyone is friendly, providing customer service with a sincere smile. Just be sure to have some time the first time you visit if you like poking around looking at farm hardware stuff you don’t see at Home Depot.

Excellent staff members had a warranty on a rake for 25 years it broke in 3 days. The manager went above and beyond and pulled one from another store that was close to her house and had it back to me the next morning. I told her I greatly appreciated it and uncut exceptional service with exceptional employees there for the past 6 years. Nice job thank you Tractor Supply

Always a good experience at tractor supply with friendly people to help you. Their feed prices have gone up significantly and they don't price match like items, so tough to shop there if you are looking for savings over convenience

I was there to look at 1 of the safes they had on sale that it went off sale and they want willing to give me the sale price again for that was a couple days late and I understood. But the good safes they normally put on sale the prices are going up a little and they just worn able to help me this time period but it is a good place and I have bought a lot of stuff there and it's convenient and the people are helpful

Love the store and employees. Get there early if shopping on Saturday. You are competing with farmers who start at the crack of dawn for popular items.! Store will give you raincheck and notify whe item available and they price match.

Great like always!!! They have a fantastic team right now.. Really hope everyone stays for awhile. Management is superior!!! Hence why all the employees are so happy and helpful...(People dont quit jobs!! People quit managers )Unfortunately I can not say the same about the Newark or Pickerington location's...I personally will never do business at either location again. If the Johnstown store doesn't have it. And I cant wait for them to get it in. I'll fortunately be going to your competitors store.Maybe need to have other locations do some training with Johnstown. And business I'm sure will get alot better!!! Just my two cents for what its worth...Thanks again Johnstown team...You all went out of your way to help me today!!!

I stopped in today to get some Duck Quilted Bib Overalls for the upcoming hunting season and working outside. This store is quick drive from the N.E. side of Columbus. The staff was friendly and helpful. I love store associates that genuinely want to assist you. I compared the Carhartts and C.E. Schmidts (the TSC store brand) both in stock. They looked to be identical in quality. Wearing a hoodie and jeans, the C.E. Schmidts fit better in the chest, without being too long in the leg (I am 5' 11"). I bought the C.E. Schmidts and I didn't have to pay an extra $30 for the Carhartt name, not that there is anything wrong with Carhartts. They make a quality product.

I shop here all the time for my pet One Stop Shop. Prices are great I don't have to jump from store to store and it's great having it where we live. The people are great that work there.

I drove across town to buy some boots I saw on the website. They advertise dozens of colors , sizes and brands but have maybe 4 or 5 on the shelf. Also, there was literally 2 other customers in the store and I could not find anyone to help

Very friendly staff! I had my toddler and my two month old with me when I went in for cat food. Unprompted, an employee followed me out to my car to help unload the cat food. She said she noticed I had my hands full. I wish this happened more often!
