I just wanted to say thank you to everyone at Johnstown Animal Hospital I know it’s been several months after Huffington’s passing and I didn’t get a chance to say it, but thank you for being there for him and doing everything you could to try and save him and just being kind humans it really meant more than I can put into words and if I could rate you more than 5 stars I would. I will always highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a new veterinary.

This lovely clinic is tucked behind CVS in Johnstown, and feels more like going to visit friends than a scary vet visit for my animals. The facility is clean and cozy They have provided exceptional care to my dogs and cats. Each visit and call I've had with the clinic, the staff has been extremely professional and attentive.

Love this vet practice but hate the new, very restrictive hours. I have pets that are established with your center who I can't get in because you close so early or are not even open most of Friday.

Easy to make an appointment for both my Shiba and a stray cat. They got the vaccines done quickly and professionally. Had the sweet stray spayed yesterday to get ready for a rescue to help her find a loving home and the clinic informed me of everything going on while she was there. Loved the receptionist, Rachel...the technician and the Dr who we met with on our first visit. Highly recommend this wonderful hospital. You know they absolutely love our pets!

They were amazing! Unlike other vets, we were able to be in the room, and they kept my two girls together as they do not do well separated. The pricing was amazing and agreeable, and the vet and technician were absolutely wonderful. Will definitely be coming back here again.

We recently had to switch vets and were referred to Johnstown Animal Hospital. As an animal lover, it’s important for me to know my fur babies are getting the best care. Our first visit was a warm welcome, friendly staff and an awesome vet that took time with us to hear our concerns and perform a thorough exam and treatment plan for our girl. She also called me directly when the lab work came back to go over next steps. I would highly recommend them.

I've been taking my pets here for almost 20 years, I trust them completely with my animals. The staff is fantastic, always friendly and helpful, and very knowledgeable.

So I have never taken my cats to any veterinary doctor. And all 3 of my cats needed to go. The vet tech and veterinarian were both awesome! If your in the Johnstown area and need a vet I highly recommend Johnstown Animal Hospital!

Johnstown Animal Hospital is one of the best vet offices I have been to. The pricing is great and the vets and workers are really friendly and have been great with my dog. You can tell they really like their jobs the way they show concern with the animals that come in and the care they have provided to our dog. I have never had a bad experience with them. Try them out and you will see what I am talking about.

I cannot say enough good things about this vet. They are so friendly and compassionate to your animals needs and yours. I feel a lot of the time, you can feel like a number or dollar signs at other vets - I can promise that you will not feel that here. We all know accidents can happen with our pets and I have had a few with my blind pup & siblings, in every emergency they were able to help me quickly and work with me if needed. I love this place dearly and highly recommend them! These true pet lovers have won me over from the start and will be a customer as long as I have animals.

I’m not the person to leave any kind of negative reviews. I was extremely unimpressed with Chris and her poor customer service. I was waiting outside to get my dog seen at 3:30 and at 3:50 I thought it was my turn when Chris came outside so I asked if she was for me and the response was “No we are running a little behind.” Which is understandable then my response was “Ok no problem she just told me 3:45” To which she responded “Welp you didn’t show up at 3:45 so.” I understand having a long day and being stressed I have long days at work and get stressed all the time but when someone is trusting you/paying you for care for there pet there is no reason to be rude to a customer who showed up on time to their appointment. My family and I have been using this vet for years even when I have VCA animal hospital 1 mile up the road from me, unfortunately I cannot see myself coming back due to this experience. The owner I’m sure takes and looks after all animals fantastically and is a very pleasant person to speak with but I cannot trust a company to care for my pet if one of the employees cannot be kind to a customer.

We have been taking our pets to Dr Terrant at Johnstown Animal Hospital for 25 years (large & small dogs, cats & house rabbit) & have always received outstanding care. They are accessible, caring, reasonably priced, and very knowledgeable about animal health. Easy in & out. Grateful for their service & expertise.

We have went here for our last 2 dogs. Our current dog Amore had a small tumor on her eye. They operated and it went amazingly. Our go to vet, but my only complaint is our rescue pup is very high anxiety, like never before seen this.So sweet, but scared to be away from us( her people.) So we made the staff aware and purposely scheduled the 1st time slot open. They said she'd be operated on 1st. See we knew after sedation they would need to keep her. So patiently I waited til well after lunch like 1:30p.m. to see how her post op was.I was shocked and sad when told she just went back, for the procedure.You see we dropped her at 7:30a.m. or so. So we could get her asap.When we finally got her a worker was sitting on the floor with our dogs blankets holding her because of hours of crying and she has bad trauma. We live 5 minutes away, we could have ran her out when they were ready. She sat 5 plus hours unnecessarily caged(never caged either) and it took weeks for her to trust us even leaving the room without her on our heels. Her surgery was great I just wish after we discussed it several times with her Doctor and staff they would have called. We would have went and got her and came back at 1 p.m. we know emergencies happen. But this was the most pitiful sight for weeks. She is a baby and that's all she knows. I still trust them for my animals carw but will make 100% sure they do what they say.

Great little vet clinic. Dr Peterson was amazing. Continued to look for the issue even though all tests were normal. Found it when all other vets didn't even look. Amazing Can't say enough good things about Dr Peterson First timer and I now have a new vet forever

Love Dr. Terrant and all the staff here. They are close with their clients and their pets, and remember things you chatted about during your last appointment. You can tell they really care about their clients. Their hours are convenient and they do their absolute best to squeeze you in when you have an urgent need. Dr. Terrant is wonderful, I love her honesty and the fact that she doesn't try to talk you in to anything you don't need.

After the incident with the fire department, I was hoping the veterinarians could pull my beloved cat out of the depths of despair, but instead they accidentally gave her a prostate exam that was intended for another animal.I am outraged !!!!#bluelivesmatter

Took my little buddy (1.5 yr old beagle - named Porthos) here for his annual shots. I got right in and they took great care of him. The staff was very kind and professional. This is a great animal hospital and I will definitely recommend this place.

Dr. Terrant is absolutely wonderful. She has taken care of 5 of our Great Danes and I recommend her to friends and family. Her staff is amazing also, and the hours fit in to a busy schedule. I have been to several veterinarians in the last 3 decades and Dr. Terrant stands out above the rest!

Brought cat in at 6:30 was told they were too busy to see at this time. my cat died later that night. obviously does not care for animals. time clock was more important.

I've got 2 dogs that I brought here and the workers did amazing with them. I was worried about how it would go, but for the most part it went pretty smoothly.
