I'm a raving fan. Took the time to sit down and write this because the consistency of amazing service and guidance on land management is priceless. They're so good I try to only shop for my needs with them. They're also so helpful to load items and make a point of thanking me for being a customer. In these days of the ease of online shopping, they get how to create loyalty and run a retail store and be successful.

I have been shopping at this business for several years, primarily for bird seed but also for home decor and dog treats (and their toys!). The bird seed sold here is tops! It's not full of the usual junk "fillers" that you find in so many retail stores. The store has a good variety of bird seeds from which to choose, depending on the type of birds your yard is attracting. And their pricing is more fair than the chain retailers, especially when you consider the higher quality of their seed! The staff is so friendly which is always appreciated. And last but not least - the store's dog treats and toys are really good! Good selection, quality, and more fairly priced than the "pet stores" !! Heartily recommend checking out this store. Be sure to allow time to look around!

Quality items and wonderful service; took our German Shorthaired Pointer in to get a toy for his 3rd birthday. Found great dog toys at great prices, wonderful staff; they gave him a free bag of treats! Highly recommend.

It's a great mill and they have items that you can't find at big store companies. They have a good selection of seeds as well from local farms. They are a bit more expensive in pricing than other stores

There's a great big sign on the door that says you have to wear a mask, but none of the employees (there were 4) are doing so inside. Also the store is 75% dog food, not much else. Will not return.

My wife and I have been going to the Granville Milling Company for about 3 years. Yes some things are a little pricey and you can find them cheaper elsewhere. But the staff here are absolutely amazing. So helpful and have really been what we needed as we grow our tiny family farm. Well worth going here.

Amber is always so pleasant and goes out of her way to be helpful and welcoming. We almost always bring our dogs and they can't wait to see her and a are disappointed if she isn't working!Always a great variety for petowners, birders as well as 'real' farmers. Been going to one of the Granville Mill's locations since 1978 and Amber has made this our favorite.

Great mill. They’ve got everything you need and will refill propane. We used to take our motor home RV there for fill ups.
