The new tech is the most ridiculous heartless rudest person ever! You can't understand him most days when he does talk he whispers and is unwilling to help! For months they have messed my boyfriend's prescription up because they don't check the answering machine! Why have one if you don't check it? Change yours hours if your so under staffed instead of taking it out on the people who keep your job for you!! Stop wasting our time with sorry excuses man up do the job your paid for!!!! Ask for help call corporate them your pharmacy has turned into chaos. Stop telling us 1 hour and it turns into 24 or I don't have it knowing you have not checked your messages to even begin to fill the missing prescription!!!

The store & pharmacy always seem understaffed. Self checkout is sometimes the only option with staff nowhere in sight to scan IDs if you have an age-restricted item. The pharmacy sometimes closes inside & the long drive-thru line is your only option. Shelves are also quite empty. I will be transferring my prescriptions to the grocery store across the street so I no longer need to shop at this CVS location.

Slow and uncaring staff.... they will see you waiting and proceed to continue talking amongst themselves or talk on their phones or just ignore you in general. Its always a long wait anymore and half the time you've veen getting text saying your rx is ready and that was a lie.

The pharmacist John gave us the rudest most derogatory encounter my wife and I have ever experienced regarding any medical professional scenario. We arrived 10 minutes prior to close with one person in front already being worked with. After waiting 12 minutes upon arriving to the window 2 minutes after close we were greeted to the most sarcastic and disrespectful tone claiming “we’re too late.” He then went on to laugh at us and walked away. There’s no way individual of this character should be in charge of such an important duty and would highly suggest reviewing his actions. A simple respectful response to being closed and legally not being able to help would have been more than sufficient but the immature attitude should not have been present. There’s a pharmacy directly across the street that we’ll make sure to use from here on out if this gentleman remains to represent this organization.

Not very bright pharmacy staff member and let the line get BIGGER and they told me to come back in 1 -4 hours and it should be ready. My doctor already told me that they called and send them for my prescription and I get it that low staff but being rude or saying you might need come back is insane when you don’t have a driver license and had to walk everywhere ugh 😑

On multiple occasions the oharamcy tech has said that my script isnt ready. Despite the confirmation text coming through. When I insist they check with the pharmacist, the script is suddenly ready.

Always so kind! And fast! Been going there my whole life and they’ve never done me wrong. Can’t say enough good things about the my pharmacy! Jeff is great and so is the other staff.

Pharmacy staff is nice enough but I’ve never been to a slower pharmacy. Seriously every time I go it’s at least a 20 min wait to pick up, even if no one else is in line.6 months later and still having the same problem. I’m here at 3:30pm and have been waiting behind one car for 15 minutes while the other line seems to be moving away. Not even covid testing; the woman in the car in front told me she has no idea what’s going on. Come on CVS get it together.

My husband dropped off a prescription earlier and was told it would be ready in an hour. Over an hour later, he came back to get the medicine and they couldn’t find the order. The employee had left for the day and didn’t even put my prescription into the system. So they assure him they will get it for him right away. 20 minutes later they asked him what name he was waiting for again. Some help is needed here - this is ridiculous.

My husband was exposed to Covid-19. We scheduled a test at the nearest location offering the lab test (more accurate) which was 30 minutes from our house, but unfortunately we misunderstood the date. We showed up on the wrong day. This would not usually be a problem it was our fault - but seeing as how they were not busy, no one else was in line they just refused the test because it was not scheduled. People are trying to do the right thing. No reason to make it more difficult to do.

They are not helpful with printing my photos. I keep getting an emailed saying the photos have been delayed. I asked them to resend it and they said they didn't know what I was talking about and they didnt see my order. I know that's not true because it's happened before and another person resent the order. The woman on the phone was rude and not helpful. She gave me no advice on how to get my photos or what to do about my order. I've order my photos twice and both times the people that have been working have been little to no help.

I used to live in Johnstown....at least 8 months ago. While I used this CVS drug store, I was told that my CVS card would no longer work and they refused to give me a new one!! So they told me to use my phone number. Now that I am trying to do things on line in Sunbury, I can't even get through to anyone at the Johnstown CVS on their phone line to get some info from them. This drug store is absolutely the worst drug store I have encountered in my 70 years of living in 6 different homes in 5 different states !

After having such a crappy experience at Kroger with the pharmacist working last night I was happy to came in to meet your pharmacist Jeff. He is such a great person that took the extra time to make sure my 16 week old son had his meds last night so it was as painful for him to eat. Thanks again Jeff for helping us out.

I have been a customer in both pharmacy and store many years in pickerington. After moving here this is the most unbelievably worst pharmacy drugstore I have ever encountered. I don't know how they stay in business.

They are supposed to open at 9am and this is the second time I have come in just after 9 and they are not open yet. 9:05 employees for pharmacy just started arriving and take their time opening the gate. I will be switching to kroger pharmacy.
