I have never been treated so poorly in a public place in my life. I was humiliated and thrown out by two trashy acting employees that ganged up on me over my employee asking for the bathroom key . Who had already asked for it once in broken English when I asked for him.Employee then told me he can ask for it himself in a very inappropriate tone . Then Tatum stepped in to add insult to injury by throwing me out in the most unprofessional voice and way of carrying her self with a store full of customers after I had just spent over $25 myself .It was so bad a customer followed me out to apologize for them .I’ll never go back I’m not from that town but I go with my job and we stay clear of that one now .There’s actually a very nice gas station across the street . I should have gone to instead but I’d never heard the name before .

Don't use their ATM, it's not gonna dispense any money but it will take it out of your bank account. Don't bother talking to the employees or managers about getting it back because no one seems to know anything about helping you recover said money. They'll tell you to call corporate but corporate doesn't answer, so here I am putting in a complaint in the only way I possibly can since the incompetence of circle k is so plentiful. Not to mention the rude attitude I was given from a manager because of her own inability to help, I will not be returning to this location as it has clearly signed off on hiring negligent workers. I suggest you go to marathon or duke.

Stopped in traveling thru. Wanted to get a snack & a drink but needed to use the restroom and wash up first. The clerk told me the restroom was out of order. He seemed a bit disingenuous so I shopped around a bit then I saw a female employee come out of the ladies room with a key. So I asked again and before I could finish the same guy barked at me "No!" So I asked again explaining that I had diabetes to which he replied "I don't care what you have your not using our restroom. I saw a Shell station across the street and went there. While I was checking out I complimented them on the fact I could use their restroom hassle free. She explained they get a lot of complaints about the circle K and their restroom policies. Ohio is one of the states that has Ally's Law, a law designed for people with disabilities that often have to use the restroom suddenly and unexpectedly. This guy was an employee so the "no public restroom" policy must be a mgmt philosophy because he actually looked like he did a good thing while refusing a 61 year old diabetic a restroom. I spent $25 at the other station I'll never spend another dime at a Circle K.

Nice people, but getting in and out of the lot is a major pain. Always out of Coors Light 24s . Go there less and less because of both those issues!

While this is my normal stop.. a female employee was blocking the alley/drive through and i couldn't get through nor could i turn around as i drive a larger vehicle. I went inside and asked the person behind the register if it was an employees car and told him my conundrum..plain clothes female employee whos car it was, was very inappropriate and rude asking why she should have to move her car and having a real attitude.. if the alley isnt accessible put up a sign.. remind your employees that customer service is key.

I know it's hot and yes it's summer time. But one of my biggest issues is the nats and flys that are around the fountain stations. I've on multiple occasions had to dump my drink due to nats falling into it. And that's before I've placed the lid on the cup and paid for it. Those nozzles and drip trays need daily care. Other areas to focus is the ice despiser due to flys and possible mold build up.

Just to warn folks, the staff at this location crosses out the real expiration date on sandwiches and sticks on a fake one. If you have a sensitive digestive system, stomach, or other issue, better to stay away. If you do brave it, make sure to double check all dates and ask about any crossed out or scribbled over ones. Kinda surprised me, because when I could make out the date under the sharpie, it was only a day from expiration. But still they put over it a sticker stating the expiration date to be 9/14 instead of 9/12.The staff there are very nice and friendly. The store is not very well kept, but not outright dirty. Everything about it seems to need just a little more help, and tighter rules on the quality of food.

I come here every day, the staff is very friendly, and have never an issue with them. However, expect them to never have diet coke in the fountain machine. The manager or whoever never orders enough lowest price fountain in the city and the never have diet coke. The manager is not friendly at all, and will always blame coke, or something else. I am still going here mostly cause of the staff

The worst rude immature aggressive mean offensive standoffish customer service ever!!!!!EVER!!!!!!!!!!! Will be going to Bells across the street forever. Usually fast and efficient. Almost all of the cashiers are friendly. Hand sanitizer and masks readily available upon entering. Always clean and usually stocked. Kroger needs to look listen and learn from this store.

They refused to sell me non-alcoholic beer 10 minutes before 1:00. This place and all other circle k's have forever lost my business. Whoever the snooty lady that was working tonight, Friday September 25, needs to re-evaluate her customer service skills.

Jennifer took care of me this morning (Thurs Aug 10th) and her customer service could NOT be one single bit better. She is amazing. That woman deserves a raise or promotion based on customer service. Keep up the great work Jeenifer.

Horrible customer service! ALL of the employees act like they hate their job and aren’t very friendly at all! A young blonde woman who works there actually yelled at me in front of other customers! Very unprofessional! Will be sure to spread the word of my negative experience at this store!

A good stop for fuel in downtown Johnstown. They also sell kerosene for those of you that use kerosene in the winter for heat.
